Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一种新型高熔点的钎焊材料,其特征在于,所述合金的成分范围为质量百分比:Cr:19‑26;Ni:18‑29;W:8‑12;B:0.1‑2.6;Co:余量。与现有钎焊材料相比,本发明所述钎焊材料具有良好的润湿性能和铺展性能,且合金的熔点均高于1220℃。

一种高熔点钎焊合金
技术领域
本发明涉及钎焊材料,特别提供一种高熔点高钎焊温度的钎焊材料。
背景技术
随着镍基高温合金的发展,合金的使用温度越来越高,因此对于采用合金生产的空心部件在利用钎焊工艺进行钎焊的过程中,对钎焊材料的熔点和钎焊温度要求越来越高。现有大多数镍基高温合金钎焊材料的熔点不超过1220℃,对于一些要求高使用温度的部件,现有钎焊材料的熔点过低,无法满足使用要求。为了满足高的钎焊温度的需求,需要研发出新型的高熔点钎焊材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型高熔点的钎焊合金,该钎焊合金具有良好的润湿性能和铺展性能,且合金的熔点高于1220℃。
本发明具体提供了一种高熔点钎焊合金,其特征在于,所述合金的成分范围为(质量百分比):Cr:19-26;Ni:18-29;W:8-12;B:0.1-2.6;Co:余量。
作为优选的技术方案,所述合金的成分范围为(质量百分比):Cr:19-26;Ni:18-29;W:8-12;B:0.1-2.6;Co:余量。
本发明所述钎焊合金与现有钎焊材料相比,具有成分简单、成本低、制备方法简单等优点,在不降低其力学性能的条件下具有更好的润湿性能和铺展性能,且合金的熔点高于1220℃,从而可以满足高温合金高钎焊温度的需要,特别是一些具有特殊用途的高温镍基合金。

具体实施方式
采用真空熔炼获得不同设计成份的合金,然后采用金属雾化设备制备出钎料粉体,采用差热分析设备测定粉体的熔化温度。表1为不同实例制备的钎焊材料的分析化学成份和熔点测试结果。结果表明全部钎焊材料的熔化温度均高于1220℃。

1.一种高熔点钎焊合金,其特征在于,所述合金的成分范围为质量百分比:Cr:19-26;Ni:18-29;W:8-12;B:0.1-2.6;Co:余量。
2.按照权利要求1所述高熔点钎焊合金,其特征在于,所述合金的成分范围为质量百分比:Cr:19-26;Ni:18-29;W:8-12;B:0.1-2.6;Co:余量。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述高熔点钎焊合金,其特征在于:所述合金的熔化温度高于1220℃。
