本发明涉及一种轧机层流均匀冷却喷嘴。包括喷嘴和流道接管,所述喷嘴后端固定安装在流道接管的前端,喷嘴通道与流道接管通道相联通,所述喷嘴通道分为后通道、过渡通道和喷射通道,后通道的内径大于喷射通道的直径,所述过渡通道为锥形通道,喷嘴通道内径与流道接管通道内径相同。本发明结构简单,流道阻滞力小,射流强度高,冷却效果好,从而降低了冷却成本。

技术领域
本发明设计一种轧机层流均匀冷却喷嘴。
背景技术
热轧带钢轧后冷却装置是热轧带钢生产的关键环节之一,它的作用是为了获得合适的带钢卷取温度,控制带钢的机械性能,冷却装置的能力、冷却强度、冷却速度、卷曲温度及其控制精度等直接影响到最终产品的质量和性能。目前带钢轧后冷却装置在发展的过程中尤以20世纪80年代的迅速发展,其中层流冷却具有处理产品范围宽,设备维护简单等优点。层流冷却需要喷嘴,一般的喷嘴喷射力度不够,冷却效果不佳,浪费冷却成本。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,阻滞力小,射流强度高,冷却效果好,冷却成本低的一种轧机层流均匀冷却喷嘴。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括喷嘴和流道接管,所述喷嘴后端固定安装在流道接管的前端,喷嘴通道与流道接管通道相联通,所述喷嘴通道分为后通道、过渡通道和喷射通道,后通道的内径大于喷射通道的直径,所述过渡通道为锥形通道,喷嘴通道内径与流道接管通道内径相同。
进一步,所述喷嘴通道后端内设有台阶,所述流道接管的前端位于台阶处。
进一步,所述喷嘴通道的内壁与流道接管通道的内壁均为光滑表面。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结构简单,流道阻滞力小,射流强度高,冷却效果好,从而降低了冷却成本。

一种轧机层流均匀冷却喷嘴,包括喷嘴1和流道接管2,所述喷嘴1后端固定安装在流道接管2的前端,喷嘴通道与流道接管通道相联通,所述喷嘴通道分为后通道3、过渡通道4和喷射通道5,后通道3的内径大于喷射通道5的直径,所述过渡通道4为锥形通道,喷嘴通道内径与流道接管通道内径相同;所述喷嘴通道后端内设有台阶,所述流道接管的前端位于台阶处;所述喷嘴通道的内壁与流道接管通道的内壁均为光滑表面。

1.一种轧机层流均匀冷却喷嘴,其特征在于,包括喷嘴和流道接管,所述喷嘴后端固定安装在流道接管的前端,喷嘴通道与流道接管通道相联通,所述喷嘴通道分为后通道、过渡通道和喷射通道,后通道的内径大于喷射通道的直径,所述过渡通道为锥形通道,喷嘴通道内径与流道接管通道内径相同。
