Abstract
本发明涉及一种搅拌叶,属于化工反应釜制造加工技术领域,包括基体和固定在基体上的叶片本体,其特征在于,所述叶片本体包括斜根部和平端部,所述基体包含于一平行于水平面的α平面内,所述斜根部包含于β平面内,所述平端部包含于γ平面内,所述β平面与所述α平面之间存在一个θ夹角,所述γ平面与所述α平面平行。采用上述方案为了实现反应釜内的原料混匀。

技术领域
本发明属于化工反应釜制造加工技术领域,特别是一种搅拌叶。
背景技术
现有的反应釜,在反应釜内的搅拌器存在物料混合不充分、工作时只能是反应釜一部分的物料流动,导致整个反应釜内的搅拌不是很均匀。
在公开号为CN106215833A的公开文件一种带搅拌装置的反应釜,包括反应釜本体、搅拌装置、电机;反应釜本体内壁上具有半球形凸块,凸块沿着反应釜本体内壁均匀分布一圈;凸块所在的内壁和凸块都为空心井且相互连通;凸块表面设有气头;搅拌装置包括搅拌轴和连接在搅拌轴上的搅拌叶,搅拌叶包含4个依次连接在搅拌轴上的半圆弧形搅拌杆,搅拌杆圆弧的两端点与搅拌轴相连,两相邻搅拌杆之间呈180°角,搅拌叶好包括一根横杆,横杆位于搅拌杆下方,与搅拌轴端部相连。该公开文件的最大问题就是不能充分使得物料混匀。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了实现反应釜内的原料混匀,并提高搅拌效率。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种搅拌叶,包括基体和固定在基体上的叶片本体,其特征在于,所述叶片本体包括斜根部和平端部,所述基体包含于一平行于水平面的α平面内,所述斜根部包含于β平面内,所述平端部包含于γ平面内,所述β平面与所述α平面之间存在一个θ夹角,所述γ平面与所述α平面平行。
斜根部起到对原材料的搅拌作用,平端部能使得更好的在原材料里面运动。θ夹角保证了转动的平滑性,减小了与原材料的垂直接触面积。
作为优选,所述θ夹角在30°-60°之间。
作为优选,所述斜根部与所述平端部之间光滑衔接。
作为优选,所述平端部的厚度向自由端逐渐减小。
作为优选,所述基体上设置有至少两片所述叶片本体,所述叶片本体之间有一个间隔。
作为优选,相邻所述叶片本体以所述α平面为基准呈对称状设置。
作为优选,所述间隔距离在20-40mm之间。
综上所述,本发明实现了反应釜内的原料混匀。使得在混合搅拌的过程中流畅,而且还保证了搅拌均匀的快速性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1和附图2对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种搅拌叶,包括基体2C和套接在基体2C上并通过螺钉固定的叶片本体3C,叶片本体3C包括斜根部31C和平端部32C,基体2C包含于一平行于水平面的α平面内,斜根部31C包含于β平面内,平端部32C包含于γ平面内,β平面与α平面之间存在一个θ夹角,θ夹角在30°。γ平面与α平面平行。
斜根部31C与平端部32C之间光滑衔接。斜根部31C与平端部32C之间通过圆弧面过渡连接。平端部32C的厚度向自由端逐渐减小,就是平端部32C具有一个尖锐的端部。
基体2C上有四片叶片本体3C,叶片本体3C之间有一个间隔,间隔距离在40mm之间。相邻叶片本体3C以α平面为基准呈对称状设置,就是一片叶片本体3C在转动方向上的平端部32C处在基体2C上方,那么其相邻的叶片本体3C在转动方向上的平端部32C处在基体2C下方。

Claims (4)
1.一种搅拌叶,包括基体(2C)和固定在所述基体(2C)上的叶片本体(3C),其特征在于,所述基体(2C)包含于一平行于水平面的α平面内,所述基体(2C)上设置有至少两片所述叶片本体(3C),所述叶片本体(3C)之间有一个间隔,相邻所述叶片本体(3C)以α平面为基准呈对称状设置,所述叶片本体(3C)包括斜根部(31C)和平端部(32C),所述斜根部(31C)包含于β平面内,所述平端部(32C)包含于γ平面内,所述β平面与所述α平面之间存在一个θ夹角,所述γ平面与所述α平面平行,所述斜根部(31C)与所述平端部(32C)之间光滑衔接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌叶,其特征在于,所述θ夹角在30°-60°之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌叶,其特征在于,所述平端部(32C)的厚度向自由端逐渐减小。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌叶,其特征在于,所述间隔距离在20-40mm之间。
