The flotation effect is affected by various factors, such as the material composition and chemical composition of minerals, pulp preparation, a flotation reagent system, the working condition of a flotation machine and the like, so that the ash content of the flotation clean coal can fluctuate in a certain interval, and in order to ensure the quality (ash content and moisture content) of clean coal of the whole coal preparation plant, the method of back ash of the gravity clean coal is adopted by most coal preparation plants, namely the ash content of the gravity clean coal is reduced, so that the phenomenon of high ash content of the flotation clean coal is compensated, and the ash content of a mixed product of the flotation clean coal and the gravity clean coal meets the requirements of users. (3) Double-layer scraper

(4) Low-speed disc feeder

(5) Knife tooth type double-roller crusher
The cutter tooth type double-roller crusher E comprises a roller E1 which moves in opposite directions, and cutter teeth E2 used for cutting are arranged on the roller, so that the massive coal slime can be effectively crushed into fine-particle-grade coal slime, and conditions are provided for uniform mixing of materials in the next step.
2. Material uniform mixing system
(1) Belt for general clean coal
The discharged materials of the cutter tooth type double-roller crusher E uniformly drop onto a continuous running total clean coal belt F, a thin layer of coal slime is formed on the upper layer of the gravity coarse-grain coal, and preliminary blending of the crushed coal slime and the gravity coarse-grain coal is completed.
(2) Three-layer squirrel-cage mixer
In order to fully mix the crushed coal slime and the gravity coarse-grain coal to form a homogenized product, a three-layer squirrel-cage mixer G is arranged on the track of the movement of the materials along the oblique lower part of the discharge end of the total clean coal belt F, the three-layer squirrel-cage mixer G comprises an outer-layer stirrer G1, a middle-layer stirrer G2, an inner radial rib G3 and a central sleeve G4, the outer-layer stirrer G1 consists of an outermost transverse stirring rib G11 and a circumferential stirring rib G12, the middle-layer stirrer G2 consists of a middle-layer transverse stirring rib G21 and a circumferential stirring rib (G12), the outer-layer stirrer G1 and the middle-layer stirrer G2 are fixedly connected in series by the inner radial rib G3, the other end of the inner radial rib G3 is fixedly connected on the central sleeve G4, the central sleeve G4 is cylindrical, on the one hand, the materials are prevented from directly penetrating through the three-layer squirrel-cage mixer G in the discharging process to form a series material, on the other hand, the rotating shaft G41 arranged inside is protected, the rotating speed of the rotating shaft G41 can be adjusted by a speed reducer G42, and the speed reducer G42 is driven by a motor G43 to uniformly mix the coarse-grain coal slime under the actions of the outer-layer stirrer G1, the coarse-layer stirrer G2 and the gravity coarse-grain coal slime and the gravity coarse-grain coal.
(3) Feeding belt H and guide plate
The evenly mixed materials are transferred and transported to a product bin I through an upper bin belt H, a left material guide plate H2, a middle material guide plate H1 and a right material guide plate H3 are respectively arranged at the discharge end of the upper bin belt H along the movement direction of the belt, under the action of the material guide plates, the materials are scattered and fall into different positions of the product bin I, and the coal slime bonding problem caused by concentrated blanking is solved by a material scattering and blanking point mode, so that the mixing uniformity is further improved.

A system for uniformly blending filter-pressed slime cakes and gravity coarse-grain coal comprises a multi-section pull-open filter press (A), and is characterized by further comprising the following components: a rolling elastic connecting rod primary crushing device (B) is arranged in a discharging chute (A1) of the filter press, and the rolling elastic connecting rod (B1) is impacted by the dead weight of a coal slime filter cake in the discharging process to perform primary crushing; the materials after preliminary crushing fall into a double-layer scraper (C) arranged below, the upper layer (C1) of the double-layer scraper is used for partial storage, and the lower layer (C2) of the double-layer scraper is used for transportation; the material conveyed by the double-layer scraper machine (C) enters a low-speed disc feeder (D), the working rotating speed of the low-speed disc feeder (D) is lower than 2r/min, and a hydraulic flashboard (D1) is arranged at a feed opening of the low-speed disc feeder (D) and used for controlling the feed amount; feeding the low-speed disc feeder (D) into a cutter tooth type double-roller crusher (E), wherein the cutter tooth type double-roller crusher (E) comprises a roller (E1) which moves in opposite directions, and cutter teeth (E2) for cutting are arranged on the roller (E1); the method comprises the steps that the discharged materials of a cutter tooth type double-roller crusher (E) uniformly fall onto a total clean coal belt (F), the discharging end of the total clean coal belt (F) is obliquely arranged below the discharging end of the total clean coal belt, a three-layer squirrel-cage mixer (G) is arranged on a track along which materials move and is used for mixing filter-pressed coal slime and gravity coarse-grain coal, the mixed materials fall onto an upper bin belt (H), a left guide plate (H2), a middle guide plate (H1) and a right guide plate (H3) are respectively arranged at the discharging end of the upper bin belt (H) along the moving direction of the belt, and the materials fall into different positions of a product bin (I) in a dispersed manner under the action of the guide plates;
the rolling elastic connecting rod primary crushing device (B) comprises a rolling elastic connecting rod (B1) and a frame (B2) for fixing the rolling elastic connecting rod (B1); the rolling elastic connecting rod (B1) is made of steel with certain elasticity and toughness, and two ends of the rolling elastic connecting rod (B1) are fixedly connected to the frame (B2) and cannot transversely move along the frame (B2), but can do circular motion around the fixed joint; a guide rail (B3) is arranged above the brackets on the two lateral sides of the frame (B2), and a coal leveling device (B4) driven by a chain can do reciprocating lateral movement on the guide rail;
a plurality of discharge holes (C3) are formed between the upper layer (C1) of the double-layer scraper and the lower layer (C2) of the double-layer scraper and are used for dispersing materials and falling onto the scraping plate of the scraper.
