Abstract
The invention discloses a continuous feeding device for filter-pressing coal slime, which comprises a filter press body, wherein the bottom of the filter press body is provided with a wedge-shaped coal pusher, a hydraulic push rod, a coal storage hopper, a lower chute of the filter press, a material layer thickness adjusting plate and a scraper coal feeder; the lower chute of the filter press is positioned at the bottom of the filter press body, the bottom of the lower chute of the filter press is connected with the top of the coal storage hopper into a whole, and the wedge-shaped coal pusher is in transmission connection with the hydraulic push rod. The buffer device and the coal feeding device are arranged under the filter press, and the coal slurry is continuously output by adjusting the coal feeding speed and limiting the thickness of a material layer; the arch breaking device in the device solves the problems of bonding, arching and unsmooth discharging of the filter-pressed coal slime; the adaptability to ultrafine materials such as filter-pressed coal slime and the like is strong; the space arrangement is compact and reasonable, and the operation cost is greatly reduced; the device can effectively reduce the influence of the short-time concentrated feeding of the filter-pressing coal slime on the product quality, and avoids the phenomenon of arching in the under-machine chute due to high water content and high viscosity of the filter-pressing coal slime.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coal slime separation, in particular to a filter-pressing coal slime continuous feeding device.
Background
At present, a filter press is widely used in coal preparation plants for coal slime dehydration. When the filter press unloads, the filter plate is pulled open, the material breaks away from the filter plate and directly falls into the scraper conveyor below through the machine chute, and then all coal slime is directly conveyed to a product system in a short time in a centralized manner by the scraper conveyor. One working cycle of the filter press is 20-30min, the discharging time is only 3-5min, and the coal slime water content after filter pressing is 20-28%.
The fine coal slime dewatering equipment of the coal preparation plant mostly adopts a quick-opening diaphragm filter press, the equipment is intermittent working equipment, the main characteristic during unloading is that the fine coal slime is intensively unloaded in a short time, the filter-pressed coal slime consists of ultrafine particles, the water content is high, the viscosity is large, the total yield is low, if the coal products are uniformly mixed, the influence on the product quality is small, but the filter press works intermittently, the coal slime is intensively mixed into the coal products in a short time, the product quality is uneven, the local water content is high, the ash content is high, the viscosity is large, the problems of bonding and unsmooth unloading are easy to occur after the coal slime is put into a storage, in addition, the coal slime is easy to locally freeze into blocks in winter after the coal storage yard, and a plurality of problems are brought to loading and transportation, therefore, a coal slime filter-pressing continuous feeding device is needed to solve the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a filter-pressing coal slime continuous feeding device which is applied to a filter press of a coal preparation plant, a buffer device and a coal feeding device are arranged under the filter press, and the coal slime continuous output is realized by adjusting the coal feeding speed and limiting the thickness of a material layer; the arch breaking device in the device solves the problems of bonding, arching and unsmooth discharging of the filter-pressed coal slime; the adaptability to ultrafine materials such as filter-pressed coal slime and the like is strong; the space arrangement is compact and reasonable, and the operation cost is greatly reduced; the device can effectively reduce the influence of the short-time concentrated feeding of the filter-pressing coal slime on the product quality, and avoids the phenomenon of arching in the under-machine chute due to high water content and high viscosity of the filter-pressing coal slime.

As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, two groups of wedge-shaped coal pushers are arranged on one side of a lower chute of a filter press.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the wedge-shaped coal pusher consists of a connecting frame and a push plate.

1. the device does not need manual operation, reforms the scraper coal feeder, lays a bottom plate at the bottom of an upper scraper of the scraper coal feeder, enables materials to be transported on the upper layer, reduces the scraper chain speed to 0.28.m/s, arranges a material layer thickness adjusting plate in a trough box of the scraper coal feeder, compresses the thickness of a coal layer transported by the scraper coal feeder, adjusts the transportation amount of the scraper coal feeder by the material layer thickness adjusting plate and reduces the scraper chain speed, and enables filter-pressed coal slime to be uniformly and continuously mixed into products; after a filter plate of a filter press body is pulled open, filter-pressing coal slime in the filter press body falls into a coal storage hopper and a lower chute of the filter press, and the filter-pressing coal slime falls into the coal storage hopper and the lower chute of the filter press, so that the storage and the buffering of the filter-pressing coal slime are realized; the device comprises a coal storage hopper, a scraper coal feeder, a hydraulic push rod, a wedge-shaped coal pusher, a chute hopper, a scraper coal feeder, a coal slurry arch breaking device, a hydraulic push rod, a wedge-shaped coal pusher, a wedge-shaped coal pushing device and a coal storage hopper.

In other embodiments, the wedge-shaped coal pusher 1 is composed of a connecting frame 101 and a push plate 102; the top end of the back of the connecting frame 101 is in transmission connection with the output end of the hydraulic push rod 2, and the push plate 102 is used for pushing out coal slime stagnated in the lower chute 4 of the filter press, so that arch breaking is realized, and the coal slime is prevented from being accumulated on the lower chute 4 of the filter press.
