本发明公开一种治疗脂溢性脱发的药物,由下述重量份数的中药材制备而成:肉豆蔻10~15份,荨麻23~27份,莲子心10~17份,覆盆子3~7份,夏枯草4~6份,桑椹子6~8份,肉苁蓉3~5份,菟丝子3~5份,玉米须3~5份,玛卡4~7份,芋艿7~9份,和尚头2~4份,离南6~9份,枳壳2~5份,膏凉姜1~3份,树耳5~7份,蝉蜕6~8份,白蜜4~6份,白鼓钉8~10份,六月凌6~8份。本发明可有效抑制5α‑还原酶,从而防止睾酮转变为双氢睾酮,进而治疗脂溢性脱发。

很多人受脂溢性脱发的困扰。脂溢性脱发是在皮脂溢出过多的基础上发生的一种脱发,其症状为患者头皮脂肪过量溢出,常伴有头屑增多,头皮油腻,瘙痒明显,有的还伴有头皮脂溢性皮炎症状,开始逐渐自头顶部脱发,蔓延及额部,继而弥漫于整个头顶。传统中医认为脱发是由肾血亏虚、肝郁气滞、阴虚内热引起;有临床研究证实,脂溢性脱发可能与人体的雄性激素有关。人体分泌的雄激素主要为睾酮,睾酮在5α-还原酶的作用下转变为双氢睾酮,再与头皮部毛囊靶细胞内的雄激素受体结合,抑制毛乳头的生长发育,干扰毛囊细胞的生长代谢,使头发提前进入休止期,从而引起AGA(雄激素源性秃发)。非那雄胺可阻断睾酮转变为双氢睾酮及阻断雄激素与雄激素受体的结合,阻止前额及头顶部头皮的毛囊萎缩,逆转脱发的过程;米诺地尔可抑制毛发的脱落和促进毛发的再生,阻止脱发进展。因此目前通常采用口服非那雄胺及外用米诺地尔联合治疗,但其药效慢,治疗周期较长,最短也得6个月,而且不能根治,需要长期使用,否则还会继续脱发。
莲子心含莲心碱、异莲心碱、甲基莲心碱、荷叶碱、前荷叶碱、牛角花素、甲基紫堇杷灵、去甲基乌药碱,又含水犀草甙、金丝桃甙、芸香甙等黄酮类。中医认为,莲子心归入心、肺、肾三经,由心走肾,能使心火下通于肾,又回环上升,能使肾水上潮于心。
荨麻含有蚁酸、色胺和组胺,中医和西医均认为荨麻可以入药,能够有效治疗很多种疾病,尤其是可以治疗前列腺肥大。
肉豆蔻归脾、胃、大肠经;主虚泻;冷痢;脘腹胀痛;食少呕吐;宿食不消。本草正义》:肉豆蔻,除寒燥湿,解结行气,专理脾胃,颇与草果相近,则辛温之功效本同,惟涩味较甚,并能固及大肠之滑脱,四神丸中有之。
覆盆子,归肝、肾、膀胱经,能够益肾固精缩尿,养肝明目,主用于遗精滑精,遗尿尿频,阳痿早泄,目暗昏花。《本草通玄》:覆盆子,甘平入肾,起阳治痿,固精摄溺,强肾而无燥热之偏,固精而无疑涩之害,金玉之品也。
海金沙,归膀胱、小肠经,用于热淋、石淋、血淋、膏淋、尿道涩痛。《本草纲目》:治湿热肿满,小便热淋、膏淋、血淋、石淋茎痛,解热毒瓦斯。
桑椹子入心、肝、肾经,滋阴补血,明目生津,润肠,主治久病体虚,肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,目暗耳鸣,关节不利,肠燥便秘,津亏血少,潮热遗精,糖尿病等。现代研究表明桑椹子能够增强免疫功能。
肉苁蓉归肾、大肠经,具有调整内分泌、促进代谢及强壮作用,抗衰老作用,增强免疫系统的作用,促进脱氧核糖核酸合成。
菟丝子归肾、肝、脾经,具有滋补肝肾、固精缩尿、安胎、明目、止泻之功效,临床主要应用于肾虚腰痛、阳痿遗精、尿频、宫冷不孕、目暗便溏之肾阴阳虚证。
玉米须归膀胱、肝、胆经,有利尿消肿、清肝利胆的功效,主水肿,小便淋沥,黄疸,胆囊炎,胆结石,高血压,糖尿病,乳汁不通。
夏枯草归肝、胆经,清热泻火,明目,散结消肿。《重庆堂笔记》:夏枯草,微辛而甘,故散结之中,兼有和阳养阴之功,失血后不寐者服之即寐,其性可见矣。陈久者尤甘,入药为胜。
玛卡中含有的玛卡酰胺和玛卡稀对平衡人体荷尔蒙分泌有显著作用。
芋艿7~9份,化痰,软坚,消肿散结。
和尚头2~4份,补肝肾,强筋骨,续折伤,止崩漏。
离南6~9份,归肺、胃经,清势利水。
枳壳2~5份,破气,行痰,消积。
膏凉姜1~3份,味辛,性热。温胃止呕,散寒止痛。用于脘腹冷痛,胃寒呕吐,嗳气吞酸。
树耳5~7份,可防治缺铁性贫血延缓衰老。
蝉蜕6~8份,味甘、咸,性凉;疏散风热,利咽开音,透疹,明目退翳,息风止痉。
白蜜4~6份,主心腹邪气,诸惊痫,安五脏诸不足,益气补中,止痛解毒,和百药。
白鼓钉8~10份,入心、肝、肺、胃诸经。
六月凌6~8份,行血通经,散瘀止痛。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能够治疗脂溢性脱发且停药后不会复发的药物。
为解决上述问题,本发明的治疗脂溢性脱发的药物由下述重量份数的中药材制备而成:肉豆蔻10~15份,荨麻23~27份,莲子心10~17份,覆盆子3~7份,夏枯草4~6份,桑椹子6~8份,肉苁蓉3~5份,菟丝子3~5份,玉米须3~5份,玛卡4~7份,芋艿7~9份,和尚头2~4份,离南6~9份,枳壳2~5份,膏凉姜1~3份,树耳5~7份,蝉蜕6~8份,白蜜4~6份,白鼓钉8~10份,六月凌6~8份。
优选地,本发明的治疗脂溢性脱发的药物的制备方法包含以下步骤:(1)研磨,将肉豆蔻、荨麻、莲子心、覆盆子、夏枯草利用研磨机研磨成过200目筛的粉末;(2)浸泡;将研磨后的粉末放置于密闭加压容器中并倒入粉末重量80%的乙醇,于10MPa环境下放置0.2~0.5小时;(3)渗漉,将浸泡后的原料于渗漉器内渗漉,从收集的渗漉液中回收溶剂制得浸膏,乙醇用量为浸泡后的原料重量的10倍,渗漉速度为2.5ml/min;(4)煎煮,将桑椹子、肉苁蓉、菟丝子、玉米须、玛卡、芋艿、和尚头、离南、枳壳、膏凉姜、树耳、蝉蜕、白蜜、白鼓钉、六月凌切碎后置于容器内,加水将药材浸没后浸泡1小时,加热至沸腾后煎煮2小时,分离、收集出煎出液;药渣依法煎出2次并分离、收集煎出液,将所有煎出液合并经离心分离后在干燥机中干燥成粉;(5)将步骤(4)制得的粉与步骤(3)制得的浸膏混合制成药丸。
优选地,本发明的治疗脂溢性脱发的药物的制备方法中所使用的干燥机包括机架、垫板、隔热层、干燥室,干燥室通过垫板安装于机架上方,隔热层环绕干燥室四周,垫板与机架之间还设有隔热层;干燥室由砂锅制成,干燥室与隔热层形成的空间内设有电加热管;干燥室下方与垫板之间设有托架,干燥室与托架之间的空间内设有电加热器;干燥室底部设有进水口,进水口处设有喷嘴,喷嘴与干燥室下方的进水管道连接,进水管道中设有流量调节阀;干燥室顶部设有顶盖,顶盖内设有隔热层,碰撞器自干燥室上方穿过顶盖延伸至干燥室内部,碰撞器下部的内部设有加热棒;碰撞器上部中空,碰撞器上部外壁设有通气孔;干燥室上方设有可升降的气体通道,碰撞器与气体通道连通,气体通道上方设有正电极板,气体通道下方设有负电极板。
本发明的治疗脂溢性脱发的药物能够有效抑制5α-还原酶,从而可防止睾酮转变为双氢睾酮,进而防止脂溢性脱发;经验证本发明的药物见效快不复发。

对比例1
(1)取肉豆蔻5份、荨麻15份、莲子心10份利用研磨机研磨成过180目筛的粉末;
(2)将研磨后的粉末放置于密闭加压容器中并倒入粉末重量80%的乙醇,放置0.1小时;
(3)将浸泡后的原料于渗漉器内渗漉,从收集的渗漉液中回收溶剂制得浸膏,乙醇用量为浸泡后的原料重量的10倍,渗漉速度为2.5ml/min。
对比例2

(2)将研磨后的粉末放置于密闭加压容器中并倒入粉末重量80%的乙醇,于10MPa环境下放置0.2小时;
(3)将浸泡后的原料于渗漉器内渗漉,从收集的渗漉液中回收溶剂制得浸膏,乙醇用量为浸泡后的原料重量的10倍,渗漉速度为2.5ml/min;
(4)取桑椹子6份,肉苁蓉3份,菟丝子3份,玉米须3份,玛卡4份切碎后置于容器内,加水将药材浸没后浸泡1小时,加热至沸腾后煎煮2小时,分离、收集出煎出液;药渣依法煎出2次并分离、收集煎出液,将所有煎出液合并经离心分离后在干燥机中干燥成粉;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的粉与步骤(3)制得的浸膏混合制成药丸。
防止脂溢性脱发的关键之一即在于防止睾酮在5α-还原酶的作用下转变为双氢睾酮,因此抑制5α-还原酶成为防止脂溢性脱发的关键点;而5α-还原酶在还原型辅酶Ⅱ的参与下实施上述过程。还原型辅酶Ⅱ在340nm波长处有特征吸收,参与反应特征吸收消失,因此用紫外分光光度计检测即可测定某物质对于5α-还原酶是否有作用。
对上述实施例和对比例制得药物利用小鼠进行药效测验。小鼠为昆明种小鼠132只,小鼠鼠龄6~8周,体重20±2g,雌雄各半。利用小鼠肝脏制作反应液,进行紫外分光光度计直接检测。
将小鼠随机分为22组,每组6只,分别利用每组小鼠的肝脏制作反应液,第1组至第16组分别对应空白对照组、非那雄胺对照组、对比例1~7、实施例1~6、对比例8,所有反应溶液利用紫外分光光度法测定含量。
在第1组反应液中加入睾酮、5α-还原酶、磷酸盐缓冲液(PH=7.4)、还原型辅酶Ⅱ,混合后测定吸光度,37°恒温孵育60min后测定吸光度,扣除还原型辅酶Ⅱ空白下降本底值,测出空白下降值ΔA0为0.08。
在第2~16组反应液中还分别加入非那雄胺以及对比例1~7、实施例1~6、对比例8制得的药物,混合后测定吸光度,37°恒温孵育60min后测定吸光度,扣除还原型辅酶Ⅱ空白下降本底值,测出空白下降值ΔA,并计算抑制率I的大小。计算公式为I(%)=(ΔA0-ΔA)/ΔA0*100%。结果见表1。

从表1可知,实施例1~6所对应的第10至第15组的抑制率大于添加非那雄胺的第2组。
将实施例1~6制得的药物进行人体测试,共征得志愿者30人,随机平均分为3组,第一组口服,第二组将药丸用清水制成膏状外敷,第三组口服加外敷。经验证,第一组平均于第30天开始见效,脱发较服药前明显减少;第二组平均于第50天开始见效;第三组平均于第20天开始见效;停药个月后,除第二组有稍微复发,第一组与第三组均未复发,其疗效能够有效保持。
本发明还涉及一种制药过程中使用的干燥机,将煎出液合并经离心分离后在所述干燥机中干燥成粉,如图1所示,所述干燥机包括:机架1、垫板2、隔热层、干燥室4,
干燥室4通过垫板2安装于机架1上方,第一隔热层31环绕干燥室四周,垫板2与机架1之间还设有第二隔热层32;
干燥室4由砂锅制成,干燥室4与第一隔热层3形成的空间内设有电加热管5;干燥室4下方与垫板2之间设有托架6,干燥室4与托架6之间的空间内设有电加热器5;
干燥室4底部设有进水口,进水口处设有喷嘴7,喷嘴7与干燥室4下方的进水管道8连接,进水管道8中设有流量调节阀9;
干燥室4顶部设有顶盖10,顶盖内设有第三隔热层33,碰撞器11自干燥室上方穿过顶盖10延伸至干燥室内部,碰撞器设于喷嘴正上方;
碰撞器下半部的内部设有加热棒;碰撞器11上半部中空,碰撞器上半部外壁设有通气孔12;
干燥室4上方设有可升降的气体通道13,碰撞器11与气体通道13连通,气体通道上方设有正电极板14,气体通道下方设有负电极板15。
将合并后的煎出液自进水管道8供入干燥室4内,利用流量调节阀9调节进水流量,合并后的煎出液通过喷嘴7进入干燥室后与喷嘴上方的碰撞器碰撞使合并后的煎出液雾化;加热器将干燥室内部加热,使雾化的溶液迅速汽化产生蒸汽浴粉末,碰撞器内部的加热棒进一步增强干燥室内的温度;蒸汽与粉末通过碰撞器上的通气孔以及碰撞器内部进入气体通道,气体通道内正电极板和负电极板之间产生静电场,将进入气体通道中的粉末吸附以便于收集;气体通道可升降并带动碰撞器在干燥室内部升降,调整碰撞器与喷嘴之间的距离,通过该距离以及喷嘴中喷出溶液的速度和流量调节雾化效果,同时碰撞器升降时还可调节位于干燥室内部的通气孔的数量,以调节与气体通道之间的通气流量。
利用上述干燥机重复实施例1~6的步骤得到实施例1’~6’,对实施例1’~6’(分别对应第17~22组)制备的药物重复进行药效测试,结果如表2。

另外本发明将步骤(4)制得的粉与步骤(3)制得的浸膏混合制成药丸的方式为先将步骤(4)制得的粉与步骤(3)制得的浸膏倒进搅拌罐,再用带有搅拌器的混合设备对该步骤(4)制得的粉与步骤(3)制得的浸膏进行搅拌来混合,而现有所述带有搅拌器的混合设备包括搅拌器,还包括可附接至用于旋转地驱动所述搅拌器的驱动电机,该搅拌器包括驱动杆和搅拌器头,该驱动杆具有适于耦合至驱动电机的远端,现有的驱动电机都安装在电机底座上,然后电机底座硬性连接于支撑台上,这样在驱动电机运行时发生旋转作用下引发的抖动就使得这种硬性连接缓冲能力不足,由此使得电机底座硬性连接于支撑台的结构牢靠性不足,严重的常常导致驱动电机里面的元件毁损的缺陷,最终导致混合均匀效果不好影响用于治疗痔疮的药物的疗效。
如图2-图5所示,所述带有搅拌器的混合设备包括搅拌器,还包括可附接至用于旋转地驱动所述搅拌器的驱动电机,该搅拌器包括驱动杆和搅拌器头,该驱动杆具有适于耦合至驱动电机的远端,而所述驱动电机安装在电机底座上,所述电机底座同支撑台相连接,所述支撑台包括第一套接件101和第二套接件102,所述第一套接件101为长方体状套接件,该长方体状套接件开有自顶部贯穿底部的长方体状贯通腔;所述第二套接件102也为长方体状套接件,该长方体状套接件开有自顶部贯穿底部的长方体状贯通腔;所述第一套接件101的内壁同电机底座的外壁拉钉连接,所述第一套接件101的底部伸入第二套接件102中并与第二套接件102相配合,所述第二套接件102同所述第一套接件101相向的壁面上开有引导口103,另外所述第一套接件101同所述第二套接件102相向的壁面上设有同所述引导口103相嵌接的嵌接头104,所述嵌接头104嵌接于所述引导口103中,所述嵌接头104与所述引导口103间设有竖直向的缓冲设备105;这样所述第二套接件102同所述第一套接件101相向的壁面上开有引导口103,另外所述第一套接件101同所述第二套接件102相向的壁面上设有同所述引导口103相嵌接的嵌接头104,所述嵌接头104嵌接于所述引导口103中,所述嵌接头104与所述引导口103间设有竖直向的缓冲设备105,就能达到引导式的定位和缓冲作用,在电机底座遭到电机旋转的作用之际,往往就会产生抖动、晃动、拧动这样的作用,经由所述竖直向的缓冲设备105就可以真正实现减轻所述第一套接件101朝着所述第二套接件102的作用、所述第二套接件102朝着第一套接件101的作用;另外还包括设置于所述嵌接头104的下端或所述引导口103的下端的用于竖直向的缓冲设备的定位件106,所述用于竖直向的缓冲设备的定位件106是同所述竖直向的缓冲设备105相配合的定位口或定位头;所述竖直向的缓冲设备10是玻青铜丝或者软塑料块,若为玻青铜丝,所述用于竖直向的缓冲设备的定位件106包括设在所述嵌接头104的下部与所述引导口103的下部相应的定位头,用来定位所述玻青铜丝;另外还能够利用铆钉107实现对第一套接件101和第二套接件102的定位,在同第一朝向保持九十度夹角的方向上,所述铆钉107透过所述嵌接头104和所述引导口103,而所述铆钉107的横向跨度都小于所述嵌接头104的铆孔108和所述引导口103的铆孔109于第一朝向上的横向跨度,这样有利于所述嵌接头104于所述引导口103里面抖动,来减轻驱动电机运行时的作用,所述第一朝向为从第一套接件101朝着第二套接件102运动的方向;经由这些描述能够推出:用于竖直向的缓冲设备的定位件106可真正实现减轻竖直向的作用对电机里面的元件的毁损,以此来保障电机的正常运行,而第一用于水平向的缓冲设备110和第二用于水平向的缓冲设备111各自设于所述嵌接头104的两边,所述第一用于水平向的缓冲设备110和第二用于水平向的缓冲设备111是玻青铜丝或者软塑料块。
这样经由加上所述第一用于水平向的缓冲设备110和第二用于水平向的缓冲设备111可真正实现减轻水平方向上驱动电机运行时产生的作用,防止对驱动电机内部元件的损毁,保障了驱动电机的工作性能。
典型案例
张某,男,45岁,脂溢性脱发患者,发型如同“地中海”,长期头皮油脂分泌过旺,洗头时,脱发现象严重。使用本发明的实施例6的方案,一周后,洗澡时的脱发现象减少一半,头皮油脂分泌减少,一个月后,头皮油脂分泌趋于正常,属于中性头皮,脱发现象明显减少,一年后,洗澡时脱落的头发小于十根,头皮油脂分泌平稳正常,停药后不复发。
上面结合附图对本发明优选的具体实施方式和实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式和实施例,在本领域技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明构思的前提下作出各种变化。
Claims (4)
1.一种治疗脂溢性脱发的药物,其特征在于由下述重量份数的中药材制备而成:
肉豆蔻10~15份,荨麻23~27份,莲子心10~17份,覆盆子3~7份,夏枯草4~6份,桑椹子6~8份,肉苁蓉3~5份,菟丝子3~5份,玉米须3~5份,玛卡4~7份,芋艿7~9份,和尚头2~4份,离南6~9份,枳壳2~5份,膏凉姜1~3份,树耳5~7份,蝉蜕6~8份,白蜜4~6份,白鼓钉8~10份,六月凌6~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗脂溢性脱发的药物,其特征在于制备方法包含以下步骤:
(1)研磨,将肉豆蔻、荨麻、莲子心、覆盆子、夏枯草利用研磨机研磨成过200目筛的粉末;
(2)浸泡;将研磨后的粉末放置于密闭加压容器中并倒入粉末重量80%的乙醇,于10MPa环境下放置0.2~0.5小时;
(3)渗漉,将浸泡后的原料于渗漉器内渗漉,从收集的渗漉液中回收溶剂制得浸膏,乙醇用量为浸泡后的原料重量的10倍,渗漉速度为2.5ml/min;
(4)煎煮,将桑椹子、肉苁蓉、菟丝子、玉米须、玛卡、芋艿、和尚头、离南、枳壳、膏凉姜、树耳、蝉蜕、白蜜、白鼓钉、六月凌切碎后置于容器内,加水将药材浸没后浸泡1小时,加热至沸腾后煎煮2小时,分离、收集出煎出液;药渣依法煎出2次并分离、收集煎出液,将所有煎出液合并经离心分离后在干燥机中干燥成粉;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的粉与步骤(3)制得的浸膏混合制成药丸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗脂溢性脱发的药物,其特征在于所述干燥机包括机架、垫板、隔热层、干燥室,
干燥室通过垫板安装于机架上方,隔热层环绕干燥室四周,垫板与机架之间还设有隔热层;
干燥室由砂锅制成,干燥室与隔热层形成的空间内设有电加热管;干燥室下方与垫板之间设有托架,干燥室与托架之间的空间内设有电加热器;
干燥室底部设有进水口,进水口处设有喷嘴,喷嘴与干燥室下方的进水管道连接,进水管道中设有流量调节阀;
干燥室顶部设有顶盖,顶盖内设有隔热层,碰撞器自干燥室上方穿过顶盖延伸至干燥室内部,碰撞器下部的内部设有加热棒;
碰撞器上部中空,碰撞器上部外壁设有通气孔;
干燥室上方设有可升降的气体通道,碰撞器与气体通道连通,气体通道上方设有正电极板,气体通道下方设有负电极板。
4.根据权利要求2所述的治疗脂溢性脱发的药物,其特征在于所述将步骤(4)制得的粉与步骤(3)制得的浸膏混合制成药丸的方式为先将步骤(4)制得的粉与步骤(3)制得的浸膏倒进搅拌罐,再用带有搅拌器的混合设备对该步骤(4)制得的粉与步骤(3)制得的浸膏进行搅拌来混合,所述带有搅拌器的混合设备包括搅拌器,还包括可附接至用于旋转地驱动所述搅拌器的驱动电机,该搅拌器包括驱动杆和搅拌器头,该驱动杆具有适于耦合至驱动电机的远端,而所述驱动电机安装在电机底座上,所述电机底座同支撑台相连接,所述支撑台包括第一套接件和第二套接件,所述第一套接件为长方体状套接件,该长方体状套接件开有自顶部贯穿底部的长方体状贯通腔;所述第二套接件也为长方体状套接件,该长方体状套接件开有自顶部贯穿底部的长方体状贯通腔;所述第一套接件的内壁同电机底座的外壁拉钉连接,所述第一套接件的底部伸入第二套接件中并与第二套接件相配合,所述第二套接件同所述第一套接件相向的壁面上开有引导口,另外所述第一套接件同所述第二套接件相向的壁面上设有同所述引导口相嵌接的嵌接头,所述嵌接头嵌接于所述引导口中,所述嵌接头与所述引导口间设有竖直向的缓冲设备;另外还包括设置于所述嵌接头的下端或所述引导口的下端的用于竖直向的缓冲设备的定位件,所述用于竖直向的缓冲设备的定位件是同所述竖直向的缓冲设备相配合的定位口或定位头;所述竖直向的缓冲设备是玻青铜丝或者软塑料块,若为玻青铜丝,所述用于竖直向的缓冲设备的定位件包括设在所述嵌接头的下部与所述引导口的下部相应的定位头,用来定位所述玻青铜丝;另外还能够利用铆钉实现对第一套接件和第二套接件的定位,在同第一朝向保持九十度夹角的方向上,所述铆钉透过所述嵌接头和所述引导口,而所述铆钉的横向跨度都小于所述嵌接头的铆孔和所述引导口的铆孔于第一朝向上的横向跨度,所述第一朝向为从第一套接件朝着第二套接件运动的方向;而第一用于水平向的缓冲设备和第二用于水平向的缓冲设备各自设于所述嵌接头的两边,所述第一用于水平向的缓冲设备和第二用于水平向的缓冲设备是玻青铜丝或者软塑料块。
