一种治疗高脂血症的药方及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种治疗高脂血症的的中药配方。
背景技术
高脂血症尿病是一种由于脂肪代谢或运转异常使血浆一种或多种脂质高于正常称为高脂血症，脂质不溶或微溶于水必须与蛋白质结合以脂蛋白形式存在，因此，高脂血症常为高脂蛋白血症，表现为高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症或两者兼有，临床上分为两类：①原发性，罕见，属遗传性脂代谢紊乱疾病；②继发性，常见于控制不良糖尿病，饮酒、甲状腺功能减退症、肾病综合征，肾透析、肾移植、胆道阻塞，口服避孕药等。原发性者见于儿童，继发性者多在20岁后发病，多数人无症状仅于体检时发现，也可早年发生冠心病及其他动脉粥样硬化性疾病如中风，周围血管病，常伴有肥胖，葡萄糖耐量异常（或糖尿病），高胰岛素血症，高尿酸血症，可发生急性胰腺炎，常出现黄斑瘤位于上，下眼睑或腱黄瘤在肢体伸侧肌腱，如鹰嘴，髌，足跟部，伴有肌腱炎时有痛感和压痛。本病发病机制长常多为肝肾阴虚，痰浊淤血阻滞。
本发明通过痰淤入手，以化瘀活血立法，随证变化施治，取得了较好疗效，长期服用后即可治愈高脂血症。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术上的问题，特提供了一种效果明显、疗程较短的治疗高脂血症的中药配方。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：瓜蒌18g，决明子18g，黄精18g，生山楂28g，苍术28g，丹参28g，何首乌28g，泽泻16g，海藻16g，法半夏13g，大黄13g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服：每天1服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
发明用于治疗高脂血症的中药配方，选择天然药物，针对高脂血症病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，方中瓜蒌降浊瘀痰，补肾活血；半夏祛痰除饮；海藻散结消痰；苍术利湿健脾，泽泻渗湿热，利小便；决明子降泄壅滞；山楂行瘀活血；大黄消坚破积首乌化阴活血，解毒通便；黄精益脾益气生津多液，滋润五脏；丹参活血化瘀，凉血宁心。上述诸味药物共用，相互协同相得益彰，共奏清热解毒、清热利湿、清热疏风、通经活血、行血消肿、活血散瘀、散结通络、散结消肿之效，诸药合用，活血化痰、通脉降脂，为治疗高脂血症的良方。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗高脂血症的的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：瓜蒌18g，决明子18g，黄精18g，生山楂28g，苍术28g，丹参28g，何首乌28g，泽泻16g，海藻16g，法半夏13g，大黄13g。
实施例2：如果患者有肢体麻木症状，在上述组分中加牛膝16g，桑植16g。
实施例3：如果患者有头痛症状，在上述组分中加延胡索13g，川芎11g。
实施例4：如果患者有眩晕症状，在上述组分中加菊花11g，钩藤11g。
实施例5：如果患者有失眠多梦症状，在上述组分中加远志11g，酸枣仁18g。
水煎服：每天1服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于高脂血症护理的中药配方的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
50例高脂血症患者，均为一年以上高脂血症病史，患者平均年龄45±20岁(25～65岁)，符合“《中医病证诊断疗效标准》(国家中医药管理局颁布)”中的高脂血症诊断标准，全部诊断为高脂血症患者。
50例高脂血症患者全部头晕目眩、头痛、肢麻等症状
2、疗效标准
治愈：临床症状消失，各项指标正常；
显效：临床症状明显减轻，部分指标正常；
无效：临床症状无明显减轻、症状加重，判定为无效。
3、治疗结果
50例高脂血症患者治疗3～4疗程后，治愈38例，治疗显效8例，无效2例。治疗总有效率为93％。
典型案例：
沈某，男性，51岁，胸骨后压榨样疼痛5小时。 病史：患者男性，有高血压、高脂血症史多年，于5小时前突发胸骨后压榨疼痛，伴出汗，有濒死感，含服硝酸甘油片无缓解。查体：烦躁不安，双肺呼吸音清，心率105次/分，律齐，心音低。既往有心绞痛病史。后服用本发明配方6剂，水煎服，每天1剂，每日1服。第二诊：疼痛略感减轻，继服12剂，三诊：疼痛基本解除，之后，为巩固治疗效果，嘱继续服用12剂。随访1年，一切正常。

2.如权利要求1所述的治疗高脂血症的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括牛膝16g，桑植16g。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗高脂血症的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括延胡索13g，川芎11g。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗高脂血症的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括菊花11g，钩藤11g。
5.如权利要求1所述的治疗高脂血症的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括远志11g，酸枣仁18g。
