一种治疗中风先兆的药物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种治疗中风先兆的的药物及其制备方法。
背景技术
中风先兆是因为血管受阻而导致缺血或者血管破裂出血而导致细胞坏死或即将坏死，其症状表现为半身不遂、口眼歪斜、手脚麻木等，如不及时进行治疗，则后果不堪设想。风易患者多为高血压、舒张压升高或波动较大者更易发生。冠心病同时脑动脉硬化及风湿性心脏病易引起脑栓塞。糖尿病血粘稠度高多动脉硬化。脑动脉硬化性脑梗塞，血胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白升高。其它为颈椎病肥胖、吸烟与饮酒、性情急躁、气候与季节等都存在危险因素。治疗中风先兆从药物开始，实际上，药物治疗期可能较短，病情已受控制后的复康治疗期往往长得多。治疗中风先兆要对症下药，利用中草药治疗，具有安全、有效的优点。
本发明用于治疗中风先兆护理的药物及其制备方法，针对中风先兆病因病机，以清热解毒，清热利湿，清热疏风，通经活血、行血消肿，活血散瘀，散结通络，散结消肿为治则，使邪伏、病退、正复而身安，达到清热化痰，通腑泻浊的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术上的问题，特提供了一种效果明显、疗程较短的治疗中风先兆的药物及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：丹参16g，豨莶草45-60g，制首乌11g，桑葚子16g，当归13g，川芎13g，菊花13g，白蒺藜16g，水蛭1-2g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服：每天1剂，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
发明用于治疗中风先兆的药物及其制备方法，选择天然药物，针对中风先兆病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，制川乌大辛大热，温痰化饮；制南星解痉化痰，而缓解痉挛；白附子平肝涤痰解痉，可加强制南星作用；桃仁、红花、姜黄活血化瘀。上述诸味药物共用，相互协同相得益彰，共奏清热解毒、清热利湿、清热疏风、通经活血、行血消肿、活血散瘀、散结通络、通便活血之效，使邪伏、病退、正复而身安，达到化瘀涤痰通络，治疗中风先兆目的。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗中风先兆的药物及其制备方法，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：丹参16g，豨莶草45-60g，制首乌11g，桑葚子16g，当归13g，川芎13g，菊花13g，白蒺藜16g，水蛭1-2g。
实施例2：如果患者有面肌麻木症状，在上述组分中加全蝎3g，僵蚕11g，蝉蜕6g。
实施例3：如果患者有口角流涎症状，在上述组分中加益智仁2g，佩兰13g。
实施例4：如果患者有高血压症状，在上述组分中加钩藤16g，夏枯草16g，决明子16g。
水煎服：每天1剂，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于中风先兆护理的药物及其制备方法的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
50例中风先兆患者，患者平均年龄45±20岁(25～65岁)，符合“《中医病证诊断疗效标准》(国家中医药管理局颁布)”中的中风先兆诊断标准，全部诊断为中风先兆患者。
50例中风先兆患者全部有半身不遂、口眼歪斜、手脚麻木等症状。
2、疗效标准
治愈：临床症状消失，身体恢复正常；
显效：临床症状明显减轻，生活能够自理；
无效：临床症状无明显减轻或加重，判定为无效。
3、治疗结果
50例中风先兆患者治疗3～4疗程后，治愈38例，治疗显效8例，无效2例。治疗总有效率为93％。
典型案例：
李某，62岁，男性，2年前，患者无明显诱因出现头晕左侧肢体痿软无力，左手不能持物，左脚走路拽地，但无发热、头疼、恶心、呕吐及二便失禁，在我院诊断为：高血压脑梗塞，住院治疗好转出院。但一直遗留左上肢屈曲，左手不能持物，左脚走路跛型。近5天来，自觉头晕，左侧肢体痿软无力症状较前加重，休息及服用丹参片，卡托普利片等药物效果欠佳，以高血压病脑梗塞后遗症收入中医科。患病后饮食一般，大小便正常。既往史：发现血压高2年。否认“肝炎”、“结核”等传染病史；无重大外伤、手术史；无输血献血史，无特殊食物过敏史；预防接种史不详。余系统回顾未见特殊异常。之后服用本发明配方6剂，水煎服，每天1剂，每日3服。第二诊：腿脚逐渐恢复行动力，继服12剂，三诊：病症基本解除，之后，为巩固治疗效果，嘱继续服用12剂。随访1年，一切正常。

1.一种治疗中风先兆的药物及其制备方法，其特征在于：该药物及其制备方法按重量份数包括以下中药成分：丹参16g，豨莶草45-60g，制首乌11g，桑葚子16g，当归13g，川芎13g，菊花13g，白蒺藜16g，水蛭1-2g。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗中风先兆的药物及其制备方法，其特征在于：该药物及其制备方法还包括全蝎3g，僵蚕11g，蝉蜕6g。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗中风先兆的药物及其制备方法，其特征在于：该药物及其制备方法还包括益智仁2g，佩兰13g。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗中风先兆的药物及其制备方法，其特征在于：该药物及其制备方法还包括钩藤16g，夏枯草16g，决明子16g。
5.本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服：每天1剂，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
