本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗背肌筋膜炎的中药组合物。
背景技术
背肌筋膜炎是指因寒冷、潮湿、慢性劳损而使背部肌筋膜及肌组织发生水肿、渗出及纤维性变，而出现的一系列临床症状。潮湿、寒冷的气候环境，是最多见的原因之一，湿冷可使背部肌肉血管收缩，缺血，水肿引起局部纤维浆液渗出，最终形成纤维织炎；慢性劳损为另一重要发病因素，背部肌肉，筋膜受损后发生纤维化改变，使软组织处于高张力状态，从而出现微小的撕裂性损伤，最后又使纤维样组织增多、收缩，挤压局部的毛细血管和末稍神经出现疼痛。其它如经常一个姿势坐着、缺少相应的活动、久坐电脑前及病毒感染、风湿症的肌肉变态反应等都是诱因。背肌筋膜炎主要表现为背部弥漫性钝痛，尤以两侧腰肌及髂嵴上方更为明显。局部疼痛、发凉、皮肤麻木、肌肉痉挛和运动障碍。疼痛特点是：晨起痛， 日间轻，傍晚复重，长时间不活动或活动过度均可诱发疼痛，病程长，且因劳累及气候变化而发作。查体时患部有明显的局限性压痛点，触摸此点可引起疼痛和放射。目前，临床上治疗背肌筋膜炎一般采取口服或外用水杨酸制剂，局部封闭、针灸、按摩等理疗方法，虽能迅速缓解疼痛，但存在治标不治本及疗效不明显、疗程长、易复发的不足。
祖国医学认为背肌筋膜炎在外是因感受风寒湿邪、外伤劳损等，导致筋膜受损、瘀血凝滞、肌肉痉挛、经络阻闭、气血运行不畅；在内则是因肾气亏损、肝失所养，内外交迫，从而发病。

一种治疗背肌筋膜炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：骨碎补30g、仙茅5g、鸡血藤25g、葡萄根12g、薏苡仁20g、山茱萸5g、千年键25g、木瓜12g、狗脊20g、风毛菊5g、桂枝25g、苍术12g、桑枝20g、桃仁5g、萆薢25g、五灵脂12g、青风藤20g、饭团根5g、夏天无15g、寻骨风10g、血风藤20g、龟板5g、肿节风25g、甘草12g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗背肌筋膜炎的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例75例，男43例，女32例，年龄35～75岁。
二、诊断依据：
1、可有外伤后治疗不当、劳损或外感风寒等病史；
2、多发于老年人，好发于两肩胛之间，尤以体力劳动者多见；
3、背部酸痛，肌肉僵硬发板，有沉重感，疼痛常与天气变化有关，阴雨天及劳累后可使症状加重；
4、背部有固定压痛点或压痛较为广泛。背部肌肉僵硬，沿骶棘肌行走方向常可触到条索状的改变，腰背功能活动大多正常。X线摄片检查无阳性征。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。五天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：背部疼痛消失，活动自如，无复发；
2、有效：背部疼痛减轻，活动时稍有不适；
3、无效：症状无改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-10个疗程，痊愈57例，随访未见复发；有效15例，无效3例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
赵某，男，42岁。患者1个月前感觉背部酸痛，肌肉僵硬发板，有沉重感，疼痛常与天气变化有关，阴雨天及劳累后症状加重。诊断为：背肌筋膜炎。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，背部酸痛明显减轻；继续服用3个疗程，背部疼痛消失，活动自如，治愈。半年后随访无复发。
病例2：
姚某，女，54岁。患者自述：左肩背部酸痛难忍，活动受限，反复发作已有2年。曾在多家医院就诊，先后被诊断为：背肌劳损、肩周炎等。给予电针、拔罐、推拿等治疗，效果不佳。检查：左肩胛骨内侧可触及条索状物，压痛明显。X线检查未见异常。诊断为：背肌筋膜炎。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，背部疼痛减轻，活动时稍有不适；继续服用3个疗程，背部疼痛消失，活动自如，治愈。

1.一种治疗背肌筋膜炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：骨碎补10-30份、仙茅5-25份、鸡血藤5-25份、葡萄根5-20份、薏苡仁5-25份、山茱萸5-25份、千年键5-25份、木瓜5-20份、狗脊5-25份、风毛菊5-25份、桂枝5-25份、苍术5-20份、桑枝5-25份、桃仁5-25份、萆薢5-25份、五灵脂5-20份、青风藤5-25份、饭团根5-25份、夏天无5-20份、寻骨风5-25份、血风藤5-25份、龟板5-25份、肿节风5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗背肌筋膜炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：骨碎补20份、仙茅15份、鸡血藤15份、葡萄根10份、薏苡仁15份、山茱萸15份、千年键15份、木瓜10份、狗脊15份、风毛菊15份、桂枝15份、苍术10份、桑枝15份、桃仁15份、萆薢15份、五灵脂10份、青风藤15份、饭团根15份、夏天无10份、寻骨风15份、血风藤15份、龟板15份、肿节风15份、甘草10份。
