中风先兆是因为血管受阻而导致缺血或者血管破裂出血而导致细胞坏死或即将坏死，其症状表现为半身不遂、口眼歪斜、手脚麻木等，如不及时进行治疗，则后果不堪设想。风易患者多为高血压、舒张压升高或波动较大者更易发生。冠心病同时脑动脉硬化及风湿性心脏病易引起脑栓塞。糖尿病血粘稠度高多动脉硬化。脑动脉硬化性脑梗塞，血胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白升高。其它为颈椎病肥胖、吸烟与饮酒、性情急躁、气候与季节等都存在危险因素。治疗中风先兆从药物开始，实际上，药物治疗期可能较短，病情已受控制后的复康治疗期往往长得多。治疗中风先兆要对症下药，利用中草药治疗，具有安全、有效的优点。
本发明用于治疗中风先兆护理的中药配方及其制备方法，针对中风先兆病因病机，以清热解毒，清热利湿，清热疏风，通经活血、行血消肿，活血散瘀，散结通络，散结消肿为治则，使邪伏、病退、正复而身安，达到清热化痰，通腑泻浊的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术上的问题，特提供了一种效果明显、疗程较短的治疗中风先兆的中药配方及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：川芎11g，草决明28g，赤芍13g，山楂16g，丹参16g，磁石28g，菊花11g，葛根16g，地龙13g，豨莶草28g，川牛膝16g，水蛭6g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服：每天1剂，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
发明用于治疗中风先兆的中药配方及其制备方法，选择天然药物，针对中风先兆病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，方中水蛭、赤芍、山楂、川芎、丹参化心脑之瘀；磁石瓶肝阳之亢；川牛膝补肝益肾之虚；地龙、豨莶草降压通络；决明草和山楂可以降血脂，以软化血管。上述诸味药物共用，相互协同相得益彰，共奏清热解毒、清热利湿、清热疏风、通经活血、行血消肿、活血散瘀、散结通络、通便活血之效，使邪伏、病退、正复而身安，达到化瘀涤痰通络，治疗中风先兆目的。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗中风先兆的的中药配方及其制备方法，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：川芎11g，草决明28g，赤芍13g，山楂16g，丹参16g，磁石28g，菊花11g，葛根16g，地龙13g，豨莶草28g，川牛膝16g，水蛭6g。
实施例2：如果患者有胸闷不通症状，在上述组分中加瓜蒌16g，薤白12g，地榆13g，三七10g。
实施例3：如果患者有肾虚症状，在上述组分中加山茱萸10g，杜仲12g，桑寄生10g。
实施例4：如果患者有语言不利症状，在上述组分中加胆南星12g，菖蒲10g，郁金15g，天竺黄16g。
实施例5：如果患者有肢体迟钝症状，在上述组分中加鸡血藤16g，独活12g，威灵仙12g。
水煎服：每天1剂，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于中风先兆护理的中药配方及其制备方法的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
50例中风先兆患者，患者平均年龄45±20岁(25～65岁)，符合“《中医病证诊断疗效标准》(国家中医药管理局颁布)”中的中风先兆诊断标准，全部诊断为中风先兆患者。
50例中风先兆患者全部有半身不遂、口眼歪斜、手脚麻木等症状。
2、疗效标准
治愈：临床症状消失，身体恢复正常；
显效：临床症状明显减轻，生活能够自理；
无效：临床症状无明显减轻或加重，判定为无效。
3、治疗结果
50例中风先兆患者治疗3～4疗程后，治愈38例，治疗显效8例，无效2例。治疗总有效率为93％。
典型案例：
黄某，62岁，男性，患者中风先兆一年，神清、交流尚可，反应稍缓慢，坐轮椅由家人推入，躯干向右侧倾斜，骨盆后倾程弓背坐。坐位骨盆后倾、躯干向右侧弯斜。睡觉时突发眩晕、视物旋转，恶心、呕吐，无耳鸣、复视，肢体麻木、无力，脑梗死、无意识障碍及大小便失禁，症状持续几秒钟后自行改善，以后以上症状反复发作，均与体位改变有关，于床上翻身或低头时发作，每天发作数十次，持续几秒钟至十余秒钟不等。服用本发明配方6剂，水煎服，每天1剂，每日3服。第二诊：腿脚逐渐恢复行动力，继服12剂，三诊：病症基本解除，之后，为巩固治疗效果，嘱继续服用12剂。随访1年，一切正常。
