一种治疗高脂血症的中药配方
技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种治疗高脂血症的的中药配方。
背景技术
高脂血症尿病是一种由于脂肪代谢或运转异常使血浆一种或多种脂质高于正常称为高脂血症，脂质不溶或微溶于水必须与蛋白质结合以脂蛋白形式存在，因此，高脂血症常为高脂蛋白血症，表现为高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症或两者兼有，临床上分为两类：①原发性，罕见，属遗传性脂代谢紊乱疾病；②继发性，常见于控制不良糖尿病，饮酒、甲状腺功能减退症、肾病综合征，肾透析、肾移植、胆道阻塞，口服避孕药等。原发性者见于儿童，继发性者多在20岁后发病，多数人无症状仅于体检时发现，也可早年发生冠心病及其他动脉粥样硬化性疾病如中风，周围血管病，常伴有肥胖，葡萄糖耐量异常（或糖尿病），高胰岛素血症，高尿酸血症，可发生急性胰腺炎，常出现黄斑瘤位于上，下眼睑或腱黄瘤在肢体伸侧肌腱，如鹰嘴，髌，足跟部，伴有肌腱炎时有痛感和压痛。
本病发病机制长常多为肝肾阴虚，痰浊淤血阻滞。本发明通过痰淤入手，以化瘀活血立法，自拟水蛭排毒汤，随证变化施治，取得了较好疗效，长期服用后即可治愈高脂血症。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术上的问题，特提供了一种效果明显、疗程较短的治疗高脂血症的中药配方。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：川芎11g，水蛭16g，茯苓13g，瓜蒌16g，半夏13g，泽泻11g，山楂18g，香附13g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服：每天1服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
发明用于治疗高脂血症的中药配方，选择天然药物，针对高脂血症病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，方中重用水蛭，川芎破血逐瘀，以荡涤脉道之瘀浊；瓜蒌、半夏共奏清浊化痰之功；茯苓益脾化痰；泽泻能渗水泻湿而湿去化痰；香附为血中之血药，能通行血气，增强祛瘀化痰之力；山楂则具有形气化瘀、消食化痰之效。上述诸味药物共用，相互协同相得益彰，共奏清热解毒、清热利湿、清热疏风、通经活血、行血消肿、活血散瘀、散结通络、散结消肿之效，诸药合用，活血化痰、通脉降脂，为治疗高脂血症的良方。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗高脂血症的的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：川芎11g，水蛭16g，茯苓13g，瓜蒌16g，半夏13g，泽泻11g，山楂18g，香附13g。
实施例2：如果患者有脾肾阳虚症状，在上述组分中加巴戟天10g，仙茅6g，淫羊藿15g。
实施例3：如果患者有肝肾阳虚症状，在上述组分中加白术12g，枸杞子10g，黄精15g。
实施例4：如果患者有痰浊阻遏症状，在上述组分中加胆南星8g，竹茹10g。
实施例5：如果患者有阴虚阳亢症状，在上述组分中加天麻10g，牡蛎15g。
水煎服：每天1服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于高脂血症护理的中药配方的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
50例高脂血症患者，均为一年以上高脂血症病史，患者平均年龄45±20岁(25～65岁)，符合“《中医病证诊断疗效标准》(国家中医药管理局颁布)”中的高脂血症诊断标准，全部诊断为高脂血症患者。
50例高脂血症患者全部头晕目眩、头痛、胸闷等症状
2、疗效标准
治愈：临床症状消失，各项指标正常；
显效：临床症状明显减轻，部分指标正常；
无效：临床症状无明显减轻、症状加重，判定为无效。
3、治疗结果
50例高脂血症患者治疗3～4疗程后，治愈38例，治疗显效8例，无效2例。治疗总有效率为93％。
典型案例：
沈某，男性，51岁，形伟体丰，体重逾９０ｋｇ，体检时发现血脂极高，服西药降脂效果欠佳。观其面色潮红，油光发亮，舌红苔黄垢厚，脉象弦滑且数按之有力。血液检验甘油三脂极高，后服用本发明配方6剂，水煎服，每天1剂，每日1服。第二诊：疼痛略感减轻，继服12剂，三诊：疼痛基本解除，之后，为巩固治疗效果，嘱继续服用12剂。随访1年，一切正常。

2.如权利要求1所述的治疗高脂血症的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括巴戟天10g，仙茅6g，淫羊藿15g。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗高脂血症的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括黄白术12g，枸杞子10g，黄精15g。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗高脂血症的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括胆南星8g，竹茹10g。
5.如权利要求1所述的治疗高脂血症的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括天麻10g，牡蛎15g。
