一种治疗糖尿病肝病的中药配方
技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种治疗糖尿病肝病的的中药配方。
背景技术
糖尿病肝病是一种罕见肝病，多发生于 1 型和 2 型糖尿病（病史＞12 年）。两次肝活检均显示一致的肝纤维化进展。组织学研究表明，糖尿病肝病是另一种形式的微血管病，其基底膜超微结构与糖尿病性肾小球硬化症不同，是由胶原纤维组成的，而非 PAS 阳性的细胞外基质增厚。 糖尿病微血管病类型多见，包括视网膜病变、肾病和神经病变等，都是糖尿病治疗的关键点。其基本病理是微血管病导致的内皮细胞受损和毛细血管基底膜增厚。 而糖尿病肝病常发生于 2 型糖尿病，是肥胖的常见后果，易致脂肪病和非酒精性脂肪病，这将导致进行性肝纤维化和肝硬化。另一种肝病常见于 1 型糖尿病，与乙肝综合征所致肝肿大相关。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术上的问题，特提供了一种效果明显、疗程较短的治疗糖尿病肝病的中药配方。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：生地10g，榛花10g，知母15g，黄连20g，地骨皮15g，黄芪10g，丹参15g，金银花20g，板蓝根20g，五味子10g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服：每天1服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
发明用于治疗糖尿病肝病的中药配方，选择天然药物，针对糖尿病肝病病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，方中生地、知母滋阴清热，黄连地骨皮清热养阴，榛花、丹参、金银花、板蓝根、五味子解毒化瘀，黄芪益气活血。上述诸味药物共用，相互协同相得益彰，共奏清热解毒、清热利湿、清热疏风、通经活血、行血消肿、活血散瘀、散结通络、散结消肿之效，诸药合用，活血化痰、通脉降脂，为治疗糖尿病肝病的良方。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗糖尿病肝病的的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：生地10g，榛花10g，知母15g，黄连20g，地骨皮15g，黄芪10g，丹参15g，金银花20g，板蓝根20g，五味子10g。
水煎服：每天1服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于糖尿病肝病护理的中药配方的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
50例糖尿病肝病患者，均为一年以上糖尿病肝病病史，患者平均年龄45±20岁(25～65岁)，符合“《中医病证诊断疗效标准》(国家中医药管理局颁布)”中的糖尿病肝病诊断标准，全部诊断为糖尿病肝病患者。
50例糖尿病肝病患者全部有厌食，肝脏肿大等症状
2、疗效标准
治愈：临床症状消失，各项指标正常；
显效：临床症状明显减轻，部分指标正常；
无效：临床症状无明显减轻、症状加重，判定为无效。
3、治疗结果
50例糖尿病肝病患者治疗3～4疗程后，治愈38例，治疗显效8例，无效2例。治疗总有效率为93％。
典型案例：
张某，男，59岁。患者女性，50 岁，于 1989 年诊断为 1 型糖尿病，接受胰岛素治疗 24年。伴有多种糖尿病并发症，如糖尿病肾病、视网膜病变、胃轻瘫和神经病变，右足溃疡缓慢愈合。 实验室检查：肝功能异常，丙氨酸转氨酶 162 IU/L；胆红素 44IU/L；碱性磷酸酶5279IU/L（同工酶：骨 1029IU/L，肝 4250IU/L）；γ- 谷氨酰转移酶 662IU/L。非侵入性肝定量筛查未见肝炎病毒和相关自身抗体，血小板计数 193×109；超声示肝脾、门静脉血流均正常；MRI 胰胆管造影示未见胆道扩张和胆汁淤积；肝活检示肝非脂肪病变的纤维化。诊疗经过：患者诊断为糖尿病肝病。后服用本发明配方6剂，水煎服，每天1剂，每日1服。第二诊：疼痛略感减轻，继服12剂，三诊：疼痛基本解除，之后，为巩固治疗效果，嘱继续服用12剂。随访1年，一切正常。

1.一种治疗糖尿病肝病的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方按重量份数包括以下中药成分：生地10g，榛花10g，知母15g，黄连20g，地骨皮15g，黄芪10g，丹参15g，金银花20g，板蓝根20g，五味子10g。
2.本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：水煎服：每天1服，7剂为一疗程，需要用药2-6疗程。
