Abstract
本发明公开了一种含茶树花提取液的祛痘液,按重量百分比包括以下组分:茶树花提取液20.0~50.0%、植物精油0.2~5.0%、天然植物源抗菌剂0.5~5.0%、水杨酸0.2~2.0%、维生素E 0.2~2.0%,余量为水。发明在最大限度的以无毒副作用的天然植物成分为原料的前提下,实现高效、多效治疗痤疮的目的:1)抑制皮脂的过多分泌,调节皮肤的油脂平衡,收敛油性及暗疮皮肤,提升肌肤免疫能力;2)抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌的繁殖,控制病源体;3)控制炎症,防止毛囊皮脂腺结构的破坏,减轻痘印;4)淡化、祛除痘印,并提高皮肤的保湿效果;5)采用天然植物抗菌、防腐剂,减少肌肤过敏症状。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化工技术领域,具体涉及一种含茶树花提取液的祛痘液配方及制备工艺。
背景技术
痘是痤疮的俗称,又叫青春痘、暗疮或粉刺,是皮肤科最常见的疾病之一,除儿童外,约有80~90%的人患本病或曾经患过本病(包括轻症在内)。痤疮是一种不容忽视的身心疾病,其病程长,易复发,给心理和生理带来很大困扰。
现在市场上的祛痘产品其主要不足和问题表现在:违反国家规定大量使用抗生素和抗菌素;为了抗过敏而使用激素。另外,结构不够科学,忽视角质层的处理和保湿,未能提升反而降低了肌体免疫等。食品药品监管总局指出,化妆品非法添加禁限用物质,特别是非法添加抗生素,不仅危害消费者健康,而且会引起细菌耐药,导致严重的社会问题。因此,市场急需天然无副作用、疗效好、功效全面的祛痘产品的研制开发。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种在最大限度的以无毒副作用的天然植物成分为原料的前提下,实现高效、多效治疗痤疮的目的的含茶树花提取液的祛痘液配方及制备工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下的技术方案来实现的。
一种含茶树花提取液的祛痘液,按重量百分比包括以下组分:茶树花提取液20.0~50.0%、植物精油0.2~5.0%、天然植物源抗菌剂0.5~5.0%、水杨酸0.2~2.0%、维生素E 0.2~2.0%,余量为水。
进一步地所述植物精油为茶树精油、薰衣草精油、姜黄精油、佛手柑精油中的至少一种。
进一步地所述天然植物源抗菌剂为桉叶素、丁香酚、丹皮酚中的至少一种。
进一步地所述维生素E为天然维生素E。
进一步地还提供了一种含茶树花提取液的祛痘液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将茶树花将乙醇浸提2次,合并提取液,经过滤、浓缩、脱色得茶树花提取液;
(2)按配方加入茶树花提取液、水杨酸,加热至75~85℃,搅匀并保温15~25min;
(3)将步骤(2)所得降温至35~40℃,加入植物精油、天然植物源抗菌剂、维生素E,搅匀;
(4)将步骤(3)所得高速乳化10~15min,即得一种含茶树花提取液的祛痘液。
进一步地所述步骤(1)中茶树花为开放期采摘的茶树花。
进一步地所述茶树花为鲜花或干花。
进一步地所述步骤(1)中茶树花提取液总有效成分的浓度为20~30%。
配方中主要活性成分功效简介如下:
1)茶树花提取液
茶树花是茶树在生长出营养芽的同时,又生长繁殖后代的生殖花芽,随着无性繁殖技术的推广应用,大量的茶树花变成了与茶树芽叶争水争肥的累赘,茶树摘花后翌年茶叶可增产30%,并且品质也明显提高。我国是世界上最大的茶叶产地之一,资源十分丰富,所以茶树花是一种无需重新栽培、储量丰富、年年可再生的可变废为宝的天然资源,并且茶树花农药残留和重金属含量低于欧盟标准,在2013年卫生部批准茶树花为新资源食品。但长期以来关于茶的研究多局限于芽叶,茶树花基本处于未被开发利用状态。
茶树花具有和茶叶相似的有机营养成分,并且茶多糖、茶多酚等活性抗氧化物质及维生索C、微量元素等含量也都超出茶叶中同类物质。茶树花中的主要成分茶多酚具有收敛性,能使蛋白沉淀变性,因而对许多细菌如金色葡萄球菌、福氏痢菌、伤寒痢菌、绿脓杆菌、枯草菌等有抑制的杀灭作用。民间用茶水洗创伤伤口和治烫伤,就是利用了茶多酚的收敛性,促进伤口愈合和杀菌消炎功能;另一重要成分黄酮类化合物,具有抑菌、抗辐射等功效;而茶皂素不仅是一种纯天然非离子型表面活性剂,也具有抗菌、抗炎等功能。总之,研究发现,茶树花中多种有效成分都具有治疗痤疮的理想生理功能,并且茶树花提取液经临床验证,对皮肤还无剌激,无不良副作用。
2)植物精油
植物精油是芳香植物的高度浓缩萃取物,至少由一百多种以上的成分所构成,被称为“液体黄金”,其成分复杂,无法用化学的方式合成。植物精油具有多种生物学活性,并且分子小,很容易被人体吸收,被广泛应用于化妆品及制药行业。主要功效:最重要的特性是芳香气味,它会影响大脑的边缘系统,并且含有荷尔蒙、维生素、抗生素,能提供细胞营养,有助于加强身体的免疫系统,抵抗各种病菌、病毒的攻击;另外还具有天然的抗菌、防腐功能。
茶树精油:具有抑菌消炎、收敛祛脓、平衡油脂分泌的功效,是强效的抗菌精油,祛痘和控油效果也极佳。
熏衣草精油:能够平衡皮酯分泌,有效的收敛油性及暗疮皮肤;具有杀菌消炎的功效;能促进细胞活化再生,有效祛斑消疤。
佛手柑精油:具有抗菌、平衡油性肤质的皮脂腺分泌的功能,可治疗粉刺。
姜黄精油:具有很强的抑菌功效;对羟自由基具有很高的清除率,具有较好的抗氧化活性,与VE的作用效果相当。
3)天然植物抗菌剂
桉叶素:是桉叶油中的主要成分,含有防腐杀菌功能。研究表明,桉叶素具有较强的抗痤疮丙酸杆菌的作用。
丁香酚:丁香油有效成分为丁香酚,具有抗菌作用。研究证实,丁香酚对金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑制作用,而金黄色葡萄球菌与痤疮的发生有着密切关系,因而丁香酚可以抑制痤疮的发生;同时它还具有强烈的抗组胺作用,可能对痤疮引起的皮肤瘙痒有减轻作用。另外,丁香酚与桉叶素具有协同抗痤疮丙酸杆菌的作用。
丹皮酚:是牡丹花的根皮中的提取物。能抑制细胞内自由基产生,将皮肤中沉积色素还原退色,消淤化斑,同时也具有抗菌、消炎、消肿止痛、抗过敏、抗病毒等作用。研究表明,丹皮酚对痤疮丙酸杆菌具有中敏作用,能促进皮肤新陈代谢,去粉刺。
4)水杨酸
水杨酸是从柳叶或柳树皮中提取的,也叫柳酸。1828年,德国人在柳叶中找到了水杨酸,证明它能杀菌、消炎、止痛;1997年,《美国皮肤病杂志》发表论文,证明水杨酸能淡化色斑、缩小毛孔、去除细小皱纹;2005年,《欧洲皮肤病杂志》发表论文,证明水杨酸是最基础、最有效的去角质因子,能去除老化的角质细胞,让健康的细胞透出来,所以能达到美白和淡化色斑的效果。
水杨酸为皮肤科常用药,临床应用于治疗各种慢性皮肤病,其作为祛痘活性物质,始于20世纪70年代。1991年美国食品药品管理局FDA批准水杨酸作为非处方药物,0.5~2%的水杨酸产品为有效的非处方药物,用于治疗痤疮等皮肤疾病,水杨酸是载入美国联邦法规的祛痘和护肤佳品。
与其它治疗痤疮的成分相比,水杨酸具有以下优点:(1)效率高可以清理毛孔、淡化色斑、缩小毛孔、抑制皮脂腺,通过多个环节对痤疮产生作用,所以特别适合治疗青春痘,研究表明对痤疮及黑头粉刺的疗效优于过氧苯甲酸。(2)安全性高其作用锁定在浅层角质中,不会影响活性表皮细胞,对皮肤的刺激较果酸更低,连续使用没有副作用,因而近些年来被广泛应用于化妆品行业中,成为日化原料的新宠儿。
5)天然维生素E
具有以下三个功效:(1)抗氧化作用经过皮肤吸收后,是自由基最直接的捕获者,免除了自由基对人体细胞的破坏,是公认的抗氧化剂。(2)皮肤深层“保湿剂”。(3)祛痘印能够促进皮肤的新陈代谢功能,防止色素沉积。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1)该发明最大限度的以天然植物成分为原料,由多种天然植物萃取物组成,不含任何抗生素、抗菌素、激素等成分,无毒副作用、温和不伤皮肤,可以长期使用;
2)与现有单一功效的祛痘产品相比较,本发明通过改善痤疮皮肤病理状况,提升肌肤免疫力,抑制痤疮再次生长;减少痘印生成并能淡化、祛除痘印;保湿肌肤减少过敏等多个环节、多功能为一体的对痤疮产生作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
茶树花提取液制备方法:在茶树花开放期及时采摘,去除杂物后清洗,当不能及时进行提取时,可以将其烘干备用。用去离子水加热提取2次,合并提取液,提取液经过滤、浓缩,然后进行脱色处理,即得本发明配方中的茶树花提取液,其总有效成分的浓度为20~30%。
实施例1
往800g去离子水中加入250g茶树花提取液、12g水杨酸,在80℃搅匀并保温20min进行灭菌处理,再降温至35℃时加入20g茶树精油、20g桉叶素、10g丁香酚、10g天然维生素E,搅匀后,高速乳化15min,即得产品。
实施例2
往1000g去离子水中加入350g茶树花提取液、15g水杨酸,在75℃搅匀并保温15min进行灭菌处理,再降温至35℃时加入10g茶树精油、8g佛手柑精油、20g桉叶素、12g天然维生素E,搅匀后,高速乳化10min,即得产品。
实施例3
往去离子水10.0kg中加入4.0kg茶树花提取液、0.12kg水杨酸,在85℃搅匀并保温25min进行灭菌处理,再降温至38℃时加入0.15kg茶树精油、0.15kg薰衣草精油、0.12kg桉叶素、0.2kg丹皮酚、0.10kg天然维生素E,搅匀后,高速乳化12min,即得产品。
实施例4
往去离子水45.0kg中加入25.0kg茶树花提取液、1.0kg水杨酸,在80℃搅匀并保温20min进行灭菌处理,再降温至40℃时加入0.8kg茶树精油、1.0kg姜黄精油、0.5kg丹皮酚、0.6kg天然维生素E,搅匀后,高速剪切乳化15min,即得产品。
实施例5
往去离子水20.0kg中加入8.0kg茶树花提取液、0.4kg水杨酸,在75℃搅匀并保温15min进行灭菌处理,再降温至38℃时加入0.5kg薰衣草精油、0.2kg姜黄精油、0.2kg丁香酚、0.3kg丹皮酚、0.3kg天然维生素E,搅匀后,高速乳化12min,即得产品。
实施例6
往去离子水50.0kg中加入25.0kg茶树花提取液、0.8kg水杨酸,在80℃搅匀并保温25min进行灭菌处理,再降温至36℃时加入0.8kg薰衣草精油、1.5kg丁香酚、0.8kg天然维生素E,搅匀后,高速乳化12min,即得产品。
实施例7
往去离子水72.3kg中加入20.0kg茶树花提取液、0.2kg水杨酸,在80℃搅匀并保温20min进行灭菌处理,再降温至36℃时加入1.0kg茶树精油、0.5kg薰衣草精油、2.0kg姜黄精油、1.5kg佛手柑精油、0.1kg桉叶素、0.2kg丁香酚、0.2kg丹皮酚、2kg天然维生素E,搅匀后,高速乳化12min,即得产品。
实施例8
往去离子水42.6kg中加入50.0kg茶树花提取液、2kg水杨酸,在80℃搅匀并保温20min进行灭菌处理,再降温至36℃时加入10g茶树精油、50g薰衣草精油、50g姜黄精油、90g佛手柑精油、2kg桉叶素、2kg丁香酚、1kg丹皮酚、0.2kg天然维生素E,搅匀后,高速乳化12min,即得产品。
以实施例3产品进行功效和安全性评价案例分析试验。
治疗组病例资料:人数30名,年龄18至40岁,病程4~36周;受试者入选标准:面部具有较明显的粉刺、能很好配合的试验者、在试验期间能保持生活的规律性;使用的方法和时限:每日3~4次取本品适量涂于患处,试用期为4周,期间不用其他药物作为辅助治疗;试验结果评价标准:分为明显改善者、完全改善、好转、无效四个结论。
试验结果:痊愈23%、显效51%、有效26%、无效0,并且能改善面部的炎症程度,在痤疮早期使用可以预防色素沉淀及痘印的形成,另外所有受试者无任何不良或不适反应。
产品性能检测
实施例3产品感官、理化性能、微生物等主要指标检测结果见下表,其结果符合国家颁布的《化妆品卫生规范2007》中的指标。

1.一种含茶树花提取液的祛痘液,其特征在于,按重量百分比包括以下组分:茶树花提取液20.0~50.0%、植物精油0.2~5.0%、天然植物源抗菌剂0.5~5.0%、水杨酸0.2~2.0%、维生素E 0.2~2.0%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含茶树花提取液的祛痘液,其特征在于,所述植物精油为茶树精油、薰衣草精油、姜黄精油、佛手柑精油中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含茶树花提取液的祛痘液,其特征在于,所述天然植物源抗菌剂为桉叶素、丁香酚、丹皮酚中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含茶树花提取液的祛痘液,其特征在于,所述维生素E为天然维生素E。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含茶树花提取液的祛痘液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)用水将茶树花浸提2次,合并提取液,经过滤、浓缩、脱色得茶树花提取液;
(2)按配方加入茶树花提取液、水杨酸,加热至75~85℃,搅匀并保温15~25min;
(3)将步骤(2)所得降温至35~40℃,加入植物精油、天然植物源抗菌剂、维生素E,搅匀;
(4)将步骤(3)所得高速乳化10~15min,即得一种含茶树花提取液的祛痘液。

7.根据权利要求6所述的一种含茶树花提取液的祛痘液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述茶树花为鲜花或干花。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种含茶树花提取液的祛痘液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中茶树花提取液有效成分的浓度为20~30%。
