技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种量子清肤祛痘液及其制备方法。
背景技术
痤疮俗称青春痘,为慢性炎症性毛囊皮脂腺疾病,是皮肤科最常见的疾病之一。
皮肤产生座疮的主要原因是:①由于皮脂腺分泌旺盛而引起油脂过多、毛孔粗大或堵塞、角质层增厚,于是,油脂渐渐往皮层表面隆起,这样就造成了油脂堵塞毛孔、隆起的顶点氧化变成黑色,导致了细菌在毛孔里和油脂搅合在一起,使座疮丙酸杆菌在缺氧情况下大量繁殖,再导致炎症细菌侵入,变成脓疱、结节,最后整个毛囊变红、发炎;②肌肤的干燥化也是座疮的形成原因,因为肌肤水分不足,过于干燥,为了润泽肌肤,反而会分泌过多的油脂;③内分泌失调。
在祛痘方面,需从以下几方面着手:①提高皮肤的保湿效果;②调节皮肤的油脂平衡,抑制皮脂的过多分泌;③抑制座疮丙酸杆菌的繁殖;④具有一定的抗炎作用;⑤祛除痘印;⑥调节内分泌。
但是目前市场上销售的许多祛痘产品大多有副作用,吸收效果差,治疗周期长。
因此提供一种温和无刺激,吸收快速、治疗周期短的祛痘产品是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种量子清肤祛痘液及其制备方法,配方中加入的针对性中药及其中药提取物均采用纳米科技手段萃取而得,在保留活性成分同时并使其小分子化,使用时可被完全吸收;而且配方中所采用的物质互相配合协同作用天然无害对皮肤无伤害,祛痘显著。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种量子清肤祛痘液,其特征在于:按重量百分比包括以下组分:丙二醇8-10%,丁二醇4-6%,乙醇4-6%,穿心莲提取物1-3%,七叶一枝花提取物1-3%,葛根提取物0.4-0.6%,欧蒲公英叶提取物2-4%,苦参碱3-6%,辛酰甘氨酸0.8-1.0%,辛酰水杨酸0.4-0.6%,生育酚磷酸酯0.8-1.0%,吡哆素0.1-0.3%,积雪草花/叶/茎提取物0.8-1.2%,忍冬花提取物0.8-1.2%,滨海当归叶/茎提取物0.8-1.2%,蛹虫草提取物0.8-1.2%,紫玉兰花提取物0.8-1.2%,马铃薯果肉提取物0.8-1.2%,薄荷脑0.05%,尿囊素0.2%,EDTA二钠0.1%,苯氧乙醇0.6%,余量为水。
优选的,在上述一种清肤祛痘液中,按重量百分比包括以下组分:丙二醇10%,丁二醇5%,乙醇5%,穿心莲提取物2%,七叶一枝花提取物2%,葛根提取物0.5%,欧蒲公英叶提取物3%,苦参碱5%,辛酰甘氨酸0.8%,辛酰水杨酸0.5%,生育酚磷酸酯1.0%,,吡哆素0.3%,积雪草花/叶/茎提取物1.0%,忍冬花提取物1.0%,滨海当归叶/茎提取物1.0%,蛹虫草提取物1.0%,紫玉兰花提取物1.0%,马铃薯果肉提取物1.0%,薄荷脑0.05%,尿囊素0.2%,EDTA二钠0.1%,苯氧乙醇0.6%,余量为水。
一种如上所述的量子清肤祛痘液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方重量百分比称取各物料;
(2)将乙醇、薄荷脑,搅拌分散均匀,备用;
(3)将丙二醇、丁二醇、尿囊素、EDTA二钠和水,投入乳化锅中搅拌,加热至90-95℃,待各组分溶解均匀后保温15分钟;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的组合溶剂降温至45℃,加入步骤(2)中配置好的组合溶剂,再依次加入穿心莲提取物、七叶一枝花提取物、葛根提取物、欧蒲公英叶提取物、苦参碱、辛酰甘氨酸、辛酰水杨酸、生育酚磷酸酯、吡哆素、积雪草花/叶/茎提取物、忍冬花提取物、滨海当归叶/茎提取物、蛹虫草提取物、紫玉兰花提取物、马铃薯果肉提取物,搅拌均匀;
(5)在步骤(4)中得到的组合溶剂中加入苯氧乙醇,搅拌均匀,对版合格后过滤出料。
优选的,在上述一种量子清肤祛痘液的制备方法中,所述穿心莲提取物、七叶一枝花提取物、葛根提取物、欧蒲公英叶提取物、积雪草花/叶/茎提取物、忍冬花提取物、滨海当归叶/茎提取物、蛹虫草提取物、紫玉兰花提取物、马铃薯果肉提取物,采用纳米科技手段萃取而得。
对于纳米萃取的手段,可以采用超临界萃取、微波萃取、超声波萃取、超高压萃取、纳米研磨萃取中的一种或几种的组合。
经由上述技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种量子清肤祛痘液及其制备方法,配方中含有多种具有温润保湿性能的化学物质,以及多种采用纳米萃取手段制得的中药性提取物,各物质之间协同作用,天然无刺激、可被快速吸收、祛痘效果极佳。
其中,在配方添加有乙醇、丙二醇,丁二醇等具有超强保湿性的化学物质,它们之间相互作用,使产品在有效去污去油脂的同时具有超强保湿功能;薄荷脑对皮肤和粘膜有清凉止痒的作用;
此外,本配方中添加有尿囊素促进细胞生长加速伤口愈合,减短治疗周期;辛酰水杨酸作用于皮肤、粘膜和角质的纤维,在防止皮肤老化,改善肤色,减轻皱纹,使面部肌肤或身体皮肤呈现光洁方面具有突出的效果;苦参碱具有杀菌、消炎的作用,可有效杀灭引起面部痤疮的病菌;生育酚磷酸酯可以阻止细菌攻击,具有抗氧化性,抗高人体免疫力,增强抗病能力;

实施例1
祛痘液配方如表1所示:

本实施例1所述一种量子清肤祛痘液配方是通过以下步骤制备:
(1)按配方重量百分比称取各物料;
(2)B相混合搅拌分散均匀备用;
(3)将A相各料投入干净乳化锅中搅拌,加热至90-95℃,待各料溶解均匀后保温15分钟,降温;
(4)将步骤(3)中的组合溶剂降温至45℃,依次加入处理好的B相、C相各料搅拌均匀;
(5)最后加入D相搅拌均匀,对版合格后过滤出料。
一种量子清肤祛痘液和普通除痘产品的刺激试验:
选取60名面部皮肤状态良好的17-25岁的女性,平均分成实验组、对照组和空白组,每组各20人。其中,实验组使用实施例1配制的量子清肤祛痘液;对照组使用普通除痘产品;空白组不使用任何护肤产品。每天早中晚洁肤后各使用一次,每天晚上对实验者皮肤状态进行统计:

通过本试验结果,可了解到空白实验无刺激,实验组中实施例1的量子清肤祛痘液对皮肤无刺激,而对照组中的普通除痘产品对皮肤的刺激反应还是存在。因而使用量子清肤祛痘液后对人体没有任何的过敏和不适,本发明相对一般除痘产品具有安全无刺激的特点。
实验例3
一种量子清肤祛痘液和普通除痘产品祛痘美颜效果实验:
选取40名面部皮肤有痘的17-25岁的女性,平分成甲、乙两组,每组20人。其中,甲组使用实施例1配制的量子清肤祛痘液;乙组使用普通除痘产品,每天早中晚洁肤后各使用一次,和一周后做对比:
1、对比结果:
甲组:使用产品后20个人的面部有明显消除改善,红肿部分消失平服,白头也不见了,皮肤表面的油脂也减少了。
乙组:使用产品后20个人的皮肤基本无明显改善,只是少部分略有改善,痘痘依然存在,只是刚涂上产品时略有水润感;
2、长期对比结果:
甲组:19个人的皮肤痘痘有全部消失,面部油脂减少,痘印明显淡化,粗糙的纹理减少或消失,皮肤细腻光滑。
乙组:6个人的眼部皮肤有明显改善,另有3个人的皮肤略有改善,其余人的肌肤痘痘依然存在。
经过对比试验,可以看出本发明对面部皮肤痘痘有显著作用,能够促进肌肤皮脂腺新陈代谢,新细胞再生,达到还原青春靓丽,淡化肌肤痘印的效果;同时具有改善皮肤纹理,滋润皮肤、清除色斑、美白皮肤,使皮肤细腻光滑,不刺激皮肤,适合长期使用。

(1)按配方重量百分比称取各物料;
(2)将乙醇、薄荷脑,搅拌分散均匀,备用;
(3)将丙二醇、丁二醇、尿囊素、EDTA二钠和水,投入乳化锅中搅拌,加热至90-95℃,待各组分溶解均匀后保温15分钟;
