Abstract

本发明提供了一种温变指甲贴膜及其制备方法,所述温变指甲贴膜由下至上依次包括底膜层、胶水层、隔离层、温变涂料层、图案层和指甲油亮油层,所述胶水层粘覆在底膜层表面,隔离层涂覆在胶水层表面,温变涂料层涂覆在隔离层表面,图案层通过丝网印刷在温变涂料层表面,指甲油亮油层涂覆在图案层表面,所述隔离层为透明指甲油,所述温变涂料由以下重量份数组分组成:乙酸丁酯30‑50份、乙酸乙酯25‑40份、硝化纤维10‑20份、丙烯酸聚合物15‑35份、增塑剂1‑5份和温变颜料微球8‑12份。本发明所提供的温变指甲贴膜能随温度变化,在不同温度下会呈现不同颜色,能带给消费者不同的体验。

Description

一种温变指甲贴膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于美容装饰类产品技术领域,具体涉及一种温变指甲贴膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前人们使用的指甲角质层部位的装饰方法普遍为直接涂抹指甲油和采用指甲油在指甲上面彩绘图案。普通指甲油的溶剂成分基本都是有毒或者有害的物质,直接涂抹会对人体健康产生危害,同时指甲油的使用具有以下不便:1、指甲油属易燃品携带不安全;2、指甲油涂刷完后,如果未干透就会破坏指甲油表面平整,等待干燥的时间较长;3、指甲彩绘图案对使用者的技术手法要求较高;4、卸除时需要用到溶解性较强的有机溶剂,对人体造成二次伤害。因此,开发一种安全、环保、便于使用和去除的指甲油替代品成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种温变指甲贴膜,以指甲油为原料提前预制成指甲形涂层,然后烘干后制指甲贴膜还可以根据需求印刷图案,使用时只需揭下贴到甲部,然后用指甲锉修平多余部分,卸除时只需从指甲边缘撕开剥离即可,具有使用卸除方便、安全环保和便于携带的优点。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种温变指甲贴膜,由下至上依次包括底膜层、胶水层、隔离层、温变涂料层、图案层和指甲油亮油层,所述胶水层粘覆在底膜层表面,隔离层涂覆在胶水层表面,温变涂料层涂覆在隔离层表面,图案层通过丝网印刷在温变涂料层表面,指甲油亮油层涂覆在图案层表面,所述隔离层为透明指甲油,所述温变涂料由以下重量份数组分组成:乙酸丁酯30-50份、乙酸乙酯25-40份、水杨酸2-4份、硝化纤维10-20份、丙烯酸聚合物15-35份、增塑剂1-5份和温变颜料微球8-12份;
所述温变颜料微球的制备方法为:将聚乙烯醇加入水中,加热至沸腾,搅拌至完全溶解,加入颜料,经喷雾干燥制得颜料微球,所述聚乙烯醇、水和颜料的质量比为30-40:100:8-12。
聚乙烯醇能在95℃以上水中溶解,将聚乙烯醇溶于沸水中后,加入颜料搅拌均匀,再通过喷雾干燥使得溶剂水快速挥发,从而制得具有核壳结构的颜料微球,颜料的外面均匀包覆有聚乙烯醇。
本发明所述的温变涂料变色可逆,温度低于30℃时,聚乙烯醇不溶于乙酸丁酯和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂中,指甲贴膜无色;温度大于30℃时,聚乙烯醇分子链伸展,溶胀,使得颜料部分被释放出,指甲贴显色,随着温度升高,聚乙烯醇分子链伸展度增加,溶胀率增加,颜料释放率增加,指甲贴颜色加深;当温度再次降至30℃以下时,聚乙烯醇分子链收缩,将颜料分子再次包覆,形成核壳结构,此时指甲贴无色。
聚乙烯醇需要在60℃以上才能于乙酸丁酯和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂中溶胀,但一般环境温度均低于60℃,因此不能在日常生活中实现变色功能。水杨酸为助溶剂,能促进聚乙烯醇于30℃以上即发生溶胀,从而实现在不同环境温度下变色。
作为优选,所述底膜层为覆膜相纸、格拉辛纸或PET离型膜。
作为优选,所述指甲油为溶剂型指甲油、水性指甲油或UV光固化型指甲油,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯。
作为优选,所述胶水层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
作为优选,所述隔离层的厚度为0.05-0.15mm。
作为优选,所述温变涂料层的厚度为0.1-0.4mm。
作为优选,所述指甲油亮油层的厚度为0.2-0.4mm。
本发明同时提供了温变指甲贴膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)在底膜层(1)上均匀涂布一层胶水层(2),厚度为0.1-0.2mm,再于40-50℃烘干3分钟;
(b)于胶水层(2)表面均匀涂布一层透明指甲油,形成隔离层(3),厚度为0.05-0.15mm,于40-60℃烘干5分钟;
(c)于隔离层(3)表面均匀涂布一层温变涂料,厚度为0.1-0.4mm,于40-50℃烘干5分钟;
(d)通过丝网印刷在温变涂料层(4)表面印刷图案,形成图案层(5),于50℃烘干3分钟;
(e)于图案层(5)表面均匀涂布一层指甲油亮油,厚度为0.2-0.4mm,于45℃烘干2分钟。
作为优选,步骤(a)中所述底膜层为覆膜相纸、格拉辛纸或PET离型膜。
作为优选,步骤(b)中所述指甲油为溶剂型指甲油、水性指甲油或UV光固化型指甲油。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明所提供的温变指甲贴膜,使用卸除方便,使用时只需揭下底膜层贴到甲部,然后用指甲锉修平多余部分;卸除时只需从指甲边缘揭开剥离揭开。
2、本发明所提供的温变指甲贴膜安全环保,方便携带运输。
3、本发明所提供的温变指甲贴膜颜色能随温度变化,在不同温度下会呈现不同颜色,能带给消费者不同的体验。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
(1)将30g聚乙烯醇加入100g水中,加热至沸腾,搅拌至完全溶解,加入8g红色颜料,经喷雾干燥制得38g温变颜料微球,将40g乙酸丁酯、30g乙酸乙酯、10g硝化纤维、20g丙烯酸聚合物、2g邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯、2g水杨酸和10g温变颜料微球加入高速混合机中混合均匀制得90g温变涂料。
(2)在底膜层1上均匀涂布一层胶水层2,厚度为0.2mm,再于50℃烘干3分钟;
(3)于胶水层2表面均匀涂布一层透明指甲油,形成隔离层3,厚度为0.1mm,于50℃烘干5分钟;
(4)于隔离层3表面均匀涂布一层温变涂料,厚度为0.2mm,于45℃烘干5分钟;
(5)通过丝网印刷在温变涂料层4表面印刷图案,形成图案层5,于50℃烘干3分钟;
(6)于图案层5表面均匀涂布一层指甲油亮油,厚度为0.3mm,于45℃烘干2分钟。
在本实施例中,步骤(1)中所述底膜层为覆膜相纸,步骤(2)中所述指甲油为溶剂型指甲油。
实施例2
(1)将35g聚乙烯醇加入100g水中,加热至沸腾,搅拌至完全溶解,加入10g红色颜料,经喷雾干燥制得42g颜料微球,将45g乙酸丁酯、40g乙酸乙酯、15g硝化纤维、15g丙烯酸聚合物、1g邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯、3g水杨酸和8g温变颜料微球加入高速混合机中混合均匀制得温变涂料。
(2)在底膜层1上均匀涂布一层胶水层2,厚度为0.1mm,再于40℃烘干3分钟;
(3)于胶水层2表面均匀涂布一层透明指甲油,形成隔离层3,厚度为0.15mm,于60℃烘干5分钟;
(4)于隔离层3表面均匀涂布一层温变涂料,厚度为0.1mm,于40℃烘干5分钟;
(5)通过丝网印刷在温变涂料层4表面印刷图案,形成图案层5,于50℃烘干3分钟;
(6)于图案层5表面均匀涂布一层指甲油亮油,厚度为0.4mm,于45℃烘干2分钟。
在本实施例中,步骤(1)中所述底膜层为格拉辛纸,步骤(2)中所述指甲油为UV光固化型指甲油。
实施例3
(1)将40g聚乙烯醇加入100g水中,加热至沸腾,搅拌至完全溶解,加入12g红色颜料,经喷雾干燥制得48g颜料微球,将50g乙酸丁酯、25g乙酸乙酯、20g硝化纤维、35g丙烯酸聚合物、3g邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯、4g水杨酸和12g温变颜料微球加入高速混合机中混合均匀制得90g温变涂料。
(2)在底膜层1上均匀涂布一层胶水层2,厚度为0.15mm,再于45℃烘干3分钟;
(3)于胶水层2表面均匀涂布一层透明指甲油,形成隔离层3,厚度为0.05mm,于40℃烘干5分钟;
(4)于隔离层3表面均匀涂布一层温变涂料,厚度为0.4mm,于50℃烘干5分钟;
(5)通过丝网印刷在温变涂料层4表面印刷图案,形成图案层5,于50℃烘干3分钟;
(6)于图案层5表面均匀涂布一层指甲油亮油,厚度为0.2mm,于45℃烘干2分钟。
在本实施例中,步骤(1)中所述底膜层为PET离型膜,步骤(2)中所述指甲油为水性指甲油。

1.一种温变指甲贴膜,其特征在于,所述温变指甲贴膜由下至上依次包括底膜层(1)、胶水层(2)、隔离层(3)、温变涂料层(4)、图案层(5)和指甲油亮油层(6),所述胶水层(2)粘覆在底膜层(1)表面,隔离层(3)涂覆在胶水层(2)表面,温变涂料层(4)涂覆在隔离层(3)表面,图案层(5)通过丝网印刷在温变涂料层(4)表面,指甲油亮油层(6)涂覆在图案层(5)表面,所述隔离层(3)为透明指甲油,所述温变涂料由以下重量份数组分组成:乙酸丁酯40-50份、乙酸乙酯25-40份、硝化纤维素5-10份、水杨酸2-4份和颜料微球8-12份;
所述颜料微球的制备方法为:将聚乙烯醇加入水中,加热至沸腾,搅拌至完全溶解,加入颜料,经喷雾干燥制得颜料微球,所述聚乙烯醇、水和颜料的质量比为30-40:100:8-12。
2.如权利要求1所述的温变指甲贴膜,其特征在于,所述底膜层(1)为覆膜相纸、格拉辛纸或PET离型膜。
3.如权利要求1所述的温变指甲贴膜,其特征在于,所述指甲油为溶剂型指甲油或UV光固化型指甲油。
4.如权利要求1所述的温变指甲贴膜,其特征在于,所述指甲油为水性指甲油。
5.如权利要求1所述的温变指甲贴膜,其特征在于,所述胶水层(2)的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
6.如权利要求1所述的温变指甲贴膜,其特征在于,所述隔离层(3)的厚度为0.05-0.15mm。
7.如权利要求1所述的温变指甲贴膜,其特征在于,所述温变涂料层(4)的厚度为0.1-0.4mm。
8.如权利要求1所述的温变指甲贴膜,其特征在于,所述指甲油亮油层(6)的厚度为0.2-0.4mm。
9.制备权利要求1所述温变指甲贴膜的方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(a) 在底膜层(1)上均匀涂布一层胶水层(2),厚度为0.1-0.2mm,再于40-50℃烘干3分钟;
(b) 于胶水层(2)表面均匀涂布一层透明指甲油,形成隔离层(3),厚度为0.05-0.15mm,于40-60℃烘干5分钟;
(c) 于隔离层(3)表面均匀涂布一层温变涂料,厚度为0.1-0.4mm,于40-50℃烘干5分钟;
(d) 通过丝网印刷在温变涂料层(4)表面印刷图案,形成图案层(5),于50℃烘干3分钟;
(e) 于图案层(5)表面均匀涂布一层指甲油亮油,厚度为0.2-0.4mm,于45℃烘干2分钟。
10.如权利要求9所述温变指甲贴膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(a)中所述底膜层(1)为覆膜相纸、格拉辛纸或PET离型膜。
11.如权利要求9所述温变指甲贴膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(b)中所述指甲油为溶剂型指甲油或UV光固化型指甲油。
