本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体是一种正骨分骨器,包括:一组剪式臂,所述剪式臂的尾端对称布设相互卡接的卡接段,头端对称布设定位件。本发明的有益效果是,所述夹板为可更换式,可根据不同病人的大小进行更换;剪式臂头端与夹板为非固定式连接,由于肢体形状为近端粗远端细的形状,本发明的设计可根据不同病人做到满足肢体形状做到随体塑形,与肢体更服帖;剪式臂尾端的限位卡住作用,可以满足一只手为病人正骨,另一只手单手操作,限位卡住以后可以将手解放出来。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体是一种正骨分骨器。
背景技术
尺桡骨双骨折是最常见的上肢骨折之一,直接暴力、传导暴力、扭转暴力均可造成此类骨折。传导暴力造成的骨折移位错综复杂,多为不稳定性骨折;扭转暴力造成的螺旋形或斜形骨折亦为不稳定性骨折。前臂的旋转功能对手部功能的发挥具有重要作用,因此尺桡骨干双骨折后如何最大限度地恢复前臂的旋转功能是至关重要的问题,由于前臂肌肉多,肱桡肌、旋前方肌等的牵拉,极易造成尺桡骨移位加大,或者双骨内并,给手法正骨和治疗带来了极大的困难,并且很容易发生再次骨折移位。因此骨折复位后如何固定,如何确保骨折不再发生移位、复位不丢失成为骨折治疗中急需解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种正骨分骨器,包括:
一组剪式臂,所述剪式臂的尾端对称布设相互卡接的卡接段,头端对称布设定位件;
一组夹板,所述夹板上开设通孔,在该通孔的一侧伸出挡环,该挡环上对称开设槽口;
一对“8”字扣,该“8”字扣凸侧边的一处设有开口;
所述定位件伸入夹板的通孔内后,所述“8”字扣的凹边分别活动卡接在对应的槽口内,使所述夹板活动连接在剪式臂的头端。
优选地,所述的剪式臂头端的定位件为球形;
所述通孔的孔径d1=所述挡环的内径d2;
该定位件的外径d3<所述通孔的孔径d1;
所述“8”字扣的两段凹边之间的距离d4<所述挡环的内径d2;
所述定位件的外径d3≥所述“8”字扣两段凹边之间的距离d4;
所述“8”字扣的开口之间的距离d5<该“8”字扣的凸边之间的距离d6。
优选地,所述的夹板的一面为弧面结构。
优选地,所述的夹板的长度为5~15cm,宽度为1~3cm;
所述的挡环的厚度为5mm。
本发明的有益效果是,
A、所述夹板为可更换式,可根据不同病人的大小进行更换;
B、剪式臂头端与夹板为非固定式连接,由于肢体形状为近端粗远端细的形状,本发明的设计可根据不同病人做到满足肢体形状做到随体塑形,与肢体更服帖;
C、剪式臂尾端的限位卡住作用,可以满足一只手为病人正骨,另一只手单手操作,限位卡住以后可以将手解放出来。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例,对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1:
如图1~图5所示的一种正骨分骨器,包括:
一组剪式臂1,所述剪式臂1的尾端对称布设相互卡接的卡接段11,头端对称布设定位件12;
一组夹板2,所述夹板2上开设通孔21,在该通孔21的一侧伸出挡环22,该挡环22上对称开设槽口23;
一对“8”字扣3,该“8”字扣3凸侧边的一处设有开口31;
所述定位件12伸入夹板2的通孔21内后,所述“8”字扣3的凹边分别活动卡接在对应的槽口23内,使所述夹板2活动连接在剪式臂1的头端。
所述的剪式臂1头端的定位件12为球形;
所述通孔21的孔径d1=所述挡环22的内径d2;
该定位件12的外径d3<所述通孔21的孔径d1;
所述“8”字扣3的两段凹边之间的距离d4<所述挡环22的内径d2;
所述定位件12的外径d3≥所述“8”字扣3两段凹边之间的距离d4;
所述“8”字扣的开口31之间的距离d5<该“8”字扣的凸边之间的距离d6。
所述的夹板2的一面为弧面结构。
所述的夹板2的长度为15cm,宽度为3cm;
所述的挡环22的厚度为5mm。
所述卡接段11的结构为倾斜45度角后垂直锯齿片状结构,推动可以直接卡住,类似捆绑带原理不会滑动,可以解放操作者双手
该正骨分骨器的使用方式:在患者骨折部位敷上石膏后,待石膏干固前,手持该正骨分骨器,沿两骨间隙进行夹持,夹板2可自动寻找间隙,将内并的两骨分开,调整角度纠正成角骨折,待石膏干固定型后,松开该正骨分分骨器即可。
需要替换不同尺寸的夹板时,先通过“8”字扣3的开口31将所述“8”字扣3取下,将剪式臂1头端的定位件12由夹板2的通孔中21取出,此时剪式臂1、夹板2与“8”字扣3三者分离。选取适宜尺寸的夹板2,将剪式臂1头端的定位件12伸入夹板2的通孔21的通孔中,再通过“8”字扣3的开口31将“8”字扣3滑入挡环22的槽口23。

Claims (4)

1.一种正骨分骨器,其特征在于,包括:
一组剪式臂(1),所述剪式臂(1)的尾端对称布设相互卡接的卡接段(11),头端对称布设定位件(12);
一组夹板(2),所述夹板(2)上开设通孔(21),在该通孔(21)的一侧伸出挡环(22),该挡环(22)上对称开设槽口(23);
一对“8”字扣(3),该“8”字扣(3)凸侧边的一处设有开口(31);
所述定位件(12)伸入夹板(2)的通孔(21)内后,所述“8”字扣(3)的凹边分别活动卡接在对应的槽口(23)内,使所述夹板(2)活动连接在剪式臂(1)的头端;
需要替换不同尺寸的夹板(2)时,先通过“8”字扣(3)的开口(31将所述“8”字扣(3)取下,将剪式臂(1)头端的定位件(12)由夹板(2)的通孔中(21)取出,此时剪式臂(1)、夹板(2)与“8”字扣(3)三者分离;
选取适宜尺寸的夹板(2),将剪式臂(1)头端的定位件(12)伸入夹板(2)的通孔(21)的通孔中,再通过“8”字扣(3)的开口(31)将“8”字扣(3)滑入挡环(22)的槽口(23);
在患者骨折部位敷上石膏后,待石膏干固前,手持该正骨分骨器,沿两骨间隙进行夹持,将内并的两骨分开,调整角度纠正成角骨折,待石膏干固定型后,松开该正骨分骨器即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的正骨分骨器,其特征在于,所述的剪式臂(1)头端的定位件(12)为球形;
所述通孔(21)的孔径d1=所述挡环(22)的内径d2;
该定位件(12)的外径d3<所述通孔(21)的孔径d1;
所述“8”字扣(3)的两段凹边之间的距离d4<所述挡环(22)的内径d2;
所述定位件(12)的外径d3≥所述“8”字扣(3)两段凹边之间的距离d4;
所述“8”字扣的开口(31)之间的距离d5<该“8”字扣的凸边之间的距离d6。
3.根据权利要求1所述的正骨分骨器,其特征在于,所述的夹板(2)的一面为弧面结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的正骨分骨器,其特征在于,所述的夹板(2)的长度为5~15cm,宽度为1~3cm;
所述的挡环(22)的厚度为5mm。
