⑴ 红枣的处理过程
将干红枣200克放入清水中,加入1茶匙生粉,浸泡10分钟后,搓洗干净;将洗干净的红枣放在电饭煲的蒸屉上;至红枣成熟;蒸好的红枣取出,晾凉;将晾凉的红枣去掉枣核;用一擀面杖将去核的红枣压成枣泥、备用。
⑵ 玫瑰枸杞水的熬制
将玫瑰花与枸杞用清水冲洗干净;用漏勺将玫瑰花与枸杞捞出沥水;砂锅内加入清水150毫升;放入洗净的玫瑰花与枸杞,浸泡10分钟后,开大火烧开;转小火熬煮约20分钟,至汤色变褐色;将熬好的汤汁滗出,放在一干净的容器中。剩下的玫瑰花与枸杞渣。往残留的渣液中加入清水150毫升,重复4、5、6、7三个步骤,继续熬煮三次。熬煮三次后得到的玫瑰枸杞汤水。
⑶玫瑰枸杞膏的熬煮过程
将汤水倒在干净的砂锅中,大火烧开;将红枣泥放入烧开的汤水中,大火继续熬制汤汁烧开。
加入100克红糖到枣泥汤水中。大火烧开,转中火继续熬煮,边熬煮边用擀面杖按顺时针方向搅拌。熬煮约30分钟左右,至膏体浓稠,有大量的气泡冒出即可关火。
将晾凉的膏体装入一干净的玻璃瓶中。上面淋入1匙麦芽糖密封,拧紧瓶口,放入冰箱冷藏即可。

1.一种玫瑰枸杞膏的制备方法,其特征是,本发明采用干玫瑰花、枸杞、干红枣、红糖、麦芽糖为原料;本发明原料具体配比为:干玫瑰花20-30克、枸杞10-20克、干红枣200-300克、红糖100-150克、麦芽糖20-30克组合而成;
本发明制备方法:

红枣的处理过程
将干红枣200克放入清水中,加入1茶匙生粉,浸泡10分钟后,搓洗干净;将洗干净的红枣放在电饭煲的蒸屉上;至红枣成熟;蒸好的红枣取出,晾凉;将晾凉的红枣去掉枣核;用一擀面杖将去核的红枣压成枣泥、备用;

玫瑰枸杞水的熬制
将玫瑰花与枸杞用清水冲洗干净;用漏勺将玫瑰花与枸杞捞出沥水;砂锅内加入清水150毫升;放入洗净的玫瑰花与枸杞,浸泡10分钟后,开大火烧开;转小火熬煮约20分钟,至汤色变褐色;将熬好的汤汁滗出,放在一干净的容器中;往残留的玫瑰花与枸杞渣渣液中加入清水150毫升,重复4、5、6、7三个步骤,继续熬煮三次;熬煮三次后得到的玫瑰枸杞汤水;
⑶玫瑰枸杞膏的熬煮过程
将汤水倒在干净的砂锅中,大火烧开;将红枣泥放入烧开的汤水中,大火继续熬制汤汁烧开;
加入100克红糖到枣泥汤水中,大火烧开,转中火继续熬煮,边熬煮边用擀面杖按顺时针方向搅拌,熬煮约30分钟左右,至膏体浓稠,有大量的气泡冒出即可关火;
将晾凉的膏体装入一干净的玻璃瓶中,上面淋入1匙麦芽糖密封,拧紧瓶口,放入冰箱冷藏即可。
