The waste water for plant cultivation directly enters a collecting barrel or a collecting tank for centralized treatment through a water outlet. The invention can effectively prevent the drain pipe from being blocked, properly treat the solid impurities and the waste water, facilitate the cleaning and the disinfection and effectively ensure the biological safety of the plant isolation quarantine greenhouse by arranging the sandy soil precipitation tank, arranging the device with the valve for receiving the solid impurities, galvanizing the water collecting plate and the upper layer clapboard and connecting the upper layer clapboard and the water collecting plate by the hinge.

In addition, after one batch of plant quarantine is finished, the seedbed can also carry some dangerous harmful organisms, because the structure of the current seedbed is not easy to clean and disinfect, the requirement of plant quarantine on biological safety can not be met, and the next batch of plant material for quarantine can be influenced.
Example 4
As shown in FIG. 3, the interface of the water inlet system of the anti-blocking easy-to-clean plant quarantine seed bed is arranged above the upper partition plate. Because the interface of the water inlet is easy to leak water, the design prevents the water from leaking to the ground.
As shown in FIG. 3, the drip arrow system is adopted for drainage of the drainage system, and hoses of the drip arrow system are distributed on two sides of the upper partition plate. Therefore, a larger space is provided for containing the flowerpot, and the flowerpot is prevented from being pressed to the hose.
