Abstract

本发明公开了一种内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺及其木地板,该工艺具体包括以下步骤:(1)先制备高密度纤维板基材,在高密度纤维板基材上定位打孔,并在高密度纤维板基材表面涂胶,安装电极,在高密度纤维板基材表面铺设多张碳纤维纸;(2)在碳纤维纸表面涂胶,再在碳纤维纸表面贴合表面装饰层;(3)再依次进行冷压、热压、应力平衡,然后在表面依次贴覆耐磨纸和木纹纸;(4)然后依次进行定厚、四面企口,贴覆反射膜,最后表面涂饰后制得成品。本发明具有散热、升温快、热损耗低、节能环保、节约空间、清洁舒适、智能温控、定点制热等优点。

内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺及其木地板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种强化地板的制备工艺及木地板,尤其是一种内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺,属于电热地板采暖技术领域。
背景技术
近几年来,随着生活水平及品质追求的提高,地热采暖方式被广泛引入了人们的家居生活。地热采暖是将整个地面作为低温辐射采暖源的采暖方式,具有其他采暖方式不可比拟的优点,被一致认为是最科学合理、最键康、最经济节能的采暖方式。下热上凉温度梯度的特点符合古人暖足寒头的中医保健理论,是一种对房间微气候进行调节的高效采暖系统。而且与传统的供暖方式相比,地热供暖取消了房间里的暖气管道和暖气片,更利于居室的布局美观,更为科学和节省能源,与传统采暖方式相比,使用寿命更高、维护费用更低,铺设更简单,经济实惠。因此这种采暖方式被越来越多的人所认同和接受。
随着地热采暖技术的发展和应用,地热地板开始逐渐进入家庭。目前我国的地热采暖技术大致可分为水暖和电暖两大类。水暖以水为传热介质,将热水在管道中循环供热,其特点是供暖温度均匀,但需要预先在水泥层以下铺设输水管道;电暖是以电热膜、发热电缆等作为制热源的供暖方式,以电能直接发热进行制热供暖,其特点是供暖灵活方便,环保卫生,特别适合于南方分户供暖。目前地暖地板就是先预设水暖或电暖的地热系统,然后在水管或电热源上方铺设地板,通过加热地板而达到居室采暖的目的。但是目前的水暖和电暖技术也存在一些弊端。水暖,即低温热水地面辐射供暖,它的缺点是热效率低,升温速度慢,浪费能源,安装和售后服务很麻烦,水管中会积水垢而导致管路堵塞,所以要定期清理水循环系统;而用电热膜、发热电缆、电热块都是采用传统电热丝原理发热,耗电大,发热体易老化。以上这些传统的地热施工成本高、施工难度大,且对铺设在热源上的地板要求极高,由于地热采暖的特殊性,地热地板必须具备热传导性能好、热稳定性能好、环保性能好、抗变形性好的特征。目前市场上出现了各式各样的所谓地热地板,但是绝大多数都是实木复合结构的地热地板,而且现有的地热地板存在着散热不均匀、升温慢、热损耗高的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺及其木地板。本发明具有散热、升温快、热损耗低、节能环保、节约空间、清洁舒适、智能温控、定点制热等优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案:一种内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)在高密度纤维板基材上根据地板幅面及发热量要求依次进行划线、定位、打孔;再在高密度纤维板基材表面进行施胶,安装导电铜电极,按孔位在高密度纤维板基材表面贴覆多张碳纤维电热纸;
(2)在高密度纤维板基材背面热压贴覆平衡纸;
(3)在高密度纤维板贴面表面依次热压贴覆木纹装饰纸和耐磨纸,再在高密度纤维板贴面背面施胶;
(4)将高密度纤维板基材及高密度纤维板贴面进行粘合组坯,再依次进行冷压、热压、应力平衡;
(5)最后依次进行开片,四面企口,贴覆反射膜,制得成品。
上述的内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺中,步骤(1)中,在高密度纤维板基材表面涂胶的施胶量为250-300g/m2
前述的内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺中,步骤(3)中,在贴覆木纹装饰纸和耐磨纸后,在温度190℃、压力18MPa下热压35秒。
前述的内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺中,步骤(3)中,在高密度纤维板贴面背面施胶的施胶量为120-150g/m2
前述的内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺中,步骤(4)中,冷压的压强为0.8-1MPa,冷压的时间为30-40min。
前述的内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺中,步骤(4)中,热压的温度为125℃,热压的压强为1.2MPa,热压的时间为7min。
前述的内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺中,步骤(3)中,应力平衡的时间为5-7天。
前述的内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺的木地板,从上至下包括耐磨纸、木纹装饰纸、高密度纤维板贴面、碳纤维电热层、高密度纤维板基材层和平衡纸,在高密度纤维板基材层的两端中间部位设有电极孔,电极孔内部装有铜电极,铜电极上覆有导电铜片,导电铜片与碳纤维电热层两端连接在一起,所述的铜电极连接有通电导线。
上述的木地板中,所述的碳纤维纸层包括铺设在高密度纤维板基材层上多张碳纤维纸。
前述的木地板中,在高密度纤维板基材层的侧面设有导线槽,导线槽内设有内置块,内置块的端部设有插片,通电导线与插片相连,所述的内置块外还设有外插块,外插块的端部设有与插片相配合的插槽;所述的高密度纤维板基材层的侧面还设有与导线槽联通的侧面槽,所述的外插块的端部设有卡片,卡片的端部设有卡钩,卡钩固定在侧面槽中。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)散热均匀,升温快。本发明采取地面铺设的方式,热源的散热面积较大,热量分布均匀,且空气对流效果好;木材本身作为良好的隔热材料,发热层越接近室内空间其制热效率越高,据申请人试验内置发热层电热强化地板通电30min,表面温度达到25℃以上,当发热稳定后温度达到38-40℃左右,表面最高温度43℃,甲醛释放量达到E0级,其使用寿命可以达到15-20年以上,而且发热功率衰减大大降低。
(2)清洁舒适,保健理疗。与空调采暖系统相比,本发明没有风机的噪声及干燥的热风、粉尘。另外碳纤维电热板,通电加热后热辐射红外波长在2.5-13um之间,恰好是人体易吸收的波长范围,具有显著的保健理疗效应。
(3)节能环保,节约空间。地板贴面以下直接嵌入碳纤维电热板,传热路径短,热量能够迅速释放到室内空间,热量损失小,通电后25min,地板表面温度即可达到38-40℃左右。以远红外线的热辐射方式散发热量,热转换效率高,与传统的传热和对流热相比,节能50%以上,而且采用地面铺设方式,几乎不占用居室空间。
(4)在高密度纤维板基材层的侧面设有导线槽,导线槽内设有内置块,内置块的端部设有插片,内置块外设有外插块,外插块端部设有与插片相契合的插槽,通过外插块与内置块的插合实现外部导线的任意插拔,使用非常方便。同时高密度纤维板基材层的侧面设有侧面槽,外插块的端部设有卡块,卡块的端部设有卡钩,卡钩固定在侧面槽中,该卡钩结构可以使得插拔更为方便,也提高固定的牢固度。

具体实施方式
实施例1:内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)在高密度纤维板基材上根据地板幅面及发热量要求依次进行划线、定位、打孔;再在高密度纤维板基材表面进行施胶,施胶量为250-300g/m2,安装导电铜电极,按孔位在高密度纤维板基材表面贴覆多张碳纤维电热纸;
(2)在高密度纤维板基材背面热压贴覆平衡纸;
(3)在高密度纤维板贴面表面依次热压贴覆木纹装饰纸和耐磨纸,在温度190℃、压力18MPa下热压35秒,再在高密度纤维板贴面背面施胶,施胶量为120-150g/m2
(4)将高密度纤维板基材及高密度纤维板贴面进行粘合组坯,再依次进行冷压、热压、应力平衡;其中,冷压的压强为0.8-1MPa,冷压的时间为30-40min;热压的温度为125℃,热压的压强为1.2MPa,热压的时间为7min;应力平衡的时间为5-7天。
(5)最后依次进行开片,四面企口,贴覆反射膜,制得成品。
如上述内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺生产的木地板,如附图1-3所述,从上至下包括耐磨纸1、木纹装饰纸2、高密度纤维板贴面3、碳纤维电热层4、高密度纤维板基材层5和平衡纸6;所述的高密度纤维板贴面可以是厚度在2.2mm的高密度纤维板,高密度纤维板基材层可以是厚度在8mm的高密度纤维板。在高密度纤维板基材层5的两端中间部位设有电极孔7,电极孔7内部装有铜电极20,铜电极20上覆有导电铜片21,导电铜片21与碳纤维电热层4两端连接在一起,所述的铜电极20连接有通电导线8。作为优选,如附图3所示,在高密度纤维板基材层5表面设有多张碳纤维纸22,且碳纤维纸22对称平铺。在高密度纤维板基材层3的侧面设有导线槽9,导线槽9内设有塑料材质的内置块10,内置块10的端部设有金属材质的插片11,通电导线8与插片11相连,所述的内置块10外还设有外插块12,外插块12的端部设有与插片11相配合的插槽13;所述的高密度纤维板基材层3的侧面还设有与导线槽9联通的侧面槽14,所述的外插块12的端部设有卡片15,卡片15的端部设有卡钩16,卡钩16固定在侧面槽14中。
本发明的实施方式不限于上述实施例,在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出的各种变化均属于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
(1)在高密度纤维板基材上根据地板幅面及发热量要求依次进行划线、定位、打孔;再在高密度纤维板基材表面进行施胶,安装导电铜电极,按孔位在高密度纤维板基材表面贴覆多张碳纤维电热纸;
(2)在高密度纤维板基材背面热压贴覆平衡纸;
(3)在高密度纤维板贴面表面依次热压贴覆木纹装饰纸和耐磨纸,再在高密度纤维板贴面背面施胶;
(4)将高密度纤维板基材及高密度纤维板贴面进行粘合组坯,再依次进行冷压、热压、应力平衡;
(5)最后依次进行开片,四面企口,贴覆反射膜,制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内置碳纤维电热层强化地板的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,在高密度纤维板基材表面涂胶的施胶量为250-300g/m2
