Abstract

电子材料用清洗剂,包括如下重量比组分:仲烷基磺酸钠5‑8%、聚丙二醇的环氧乙烷加成物4‑6%、油酸三乙醇胺0.5‑1%、苯甲酸钠5‑8%,其余为去离子水补至100%。本发明提出的电子材料用清洗剂以水基为溶剂,以阴离子表面活性剂为主要成分,对环境的污染降低,更环保,并且清洗效力更佳,可对ULSI衬底、电子玻璃等表面上的金属离子、有机、无机杂质和固体粒子进行清洗,同时清洗后的电子材料不会锈蚀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗剂,具体涉及一种电子材料用清洗剂。
背景技术
在电子产品的生产加工制备过程中,由于电子产品精度及技术要求,需要对其产品进行加工清洗,比如对ULSI衬底、电子玻璃及LCD等表面上的金属离子、有机、无机杂志和固体粒子等进行清洗,均需要使用大量的清洗剂,传统的电子行业使用的清洗剂含有大量破坏臭氧层物质,如三氟三氯乙烷和1、1、1-三氯乙烷等,随着《中国清洗行业ODS整体淘汰计划》的实施,这类清洗剂将被淘汰,取而代之的是环保型的清洗剂。现有电子材料清洗剂生产成本相对较高,且含有的硅酸钠、碳酸钠盐类会对环境造成一定污染,同时清洗效力一般,采用该类清洗剂清洗后的部件会出现锈蚀现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种清洗效力佳、清洗后的材料不锈蚀且直接排液无污染的电子材料用清洗剂。
本发明的目的是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的电子材料用清洗剂,包括如下重量比组分:仲烷基磺酸钠5-8%、聚丙二醇的环氧乙烷加成物4-6%、油酸三乙醇胺0.5-1%、苯甲酸钠5-8%,其余为去离子水补至100%。
本发明提出的电子材料用清洗剂以水基为溶剂,以阴离子表面活性剂为主要成分,对环境的污染降低,更环保,并且清洗效力更佳,可对ULSI衬底、电子玻璃等表面上的金属离子、有机、无机杂质和固体粒子进行清洗,同时清洗后的电子材料不会锈蚀。

本发明电子材料用清洗剂,包括如下重量比组分:仲烷基磺酸钠5%、聚丙二醇的环氧乙烷加成物4%、油酸三乙醇胺0.5%、苯甲酸钠5%,去离子水85.5%。
实施例2
本发明电子材料用清洗剂,包括如下重量比组分:仲烷基磺酸钠6%、聚丙二醇的环氧乙烷加成物5%、油酸三乙醇胺0.7%、苯甲酸钠6%,去离子水82.3%。
实施例3
本发明电子材料用清洗剂,包括如下重量比组分:仲烷基磺酸钠7%、聚丙二醇的环氧乙烷加成物6%、油酸三乙醇胺0.8%、苯甲酸钠7%,去离子水79.2%。
