本发明分开了用于模锻模具保护及快速脱模的制剂,由F‑1胶体石墨粉剂、二硫化钼锂基脂、炮用润滑脂和硅溶胶配制而成;配制方法:A、在金属容器中投入炮用润滑脂,加热至150‑200度,使其溶化;B、分别依次加入二硫化钼锂基脂和F‑1胶体石墨粉剂;C、充分搅拌均匀,D、涂覆于模具表面之前,再加入硅溶胶即可;用上述方案能方便涂覆于模具表面,模锻或精锻造时在零件与模具之间形成保护膜,且快速生成润滑介质,减少摩擦,避免粘模,挤压后能快速脱模;能减轻模具的磨损,对零件与模具的材质无腐蚀、性能无影响;配制方法简单,能有效的延长模具的使用寿命,从而提高了生产效益;能耐受150度以上的温度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于模锻模具保护及快速脱模的制剂。
背景技术
目前, 随看科学技术的发展, 许多新材料应用于加工领域,相对于合金材质的材料, 其硬度及特性不断变化,采用传统的机械加工方法越来越困难,加工成本也很高。
新的加工方法大量采用的模锻或精锻制坯, 这样可以降低产量用料,节省成本,大大减少了后序加工余量。在利用模锻或精锻制坯时,由于材料特性,都是在高温和外力作用下进行的,随着锻件量的增加,加剧了模具的磨损,同时锻件与模具之间会发生粘连,使锻件加工后不易快速脱模。

一种用于模锻模具保护及快速脱模的制剂,按重量份配制如下:
F-1胶体石墨粉剂40-45份、二硫化钼锂基脂30-35份、炮用润滑脂25-30份和硅溶胶2份。
本发明的具体配制方法:
A、在金属容器中投入25-30份炮用润滑脂,加热至150-200度,使其溶化;
B、分别依次加入30-35份二硫化钼锂基脂和40-45份F-1胶体石墨粉剂;
C、充分搅拌均匀,检测其粘度,不能结壳;
D、涂覆于模具表面之前, 再加入2份硅溶胶即可。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果:
1、本发明能方便涂覆于模具表面,模锻或精锻造时在零件与模具之间形成保护膜, 且快速生成润滑介质, 减少摩擦, 避免粘模,挤压后能快速脱模;
2、本发明能减轻模具的磨损,对零件与模具的材质无腐蚀、性能无影响;
3、本发明配制方法简单,能有效的延长模具的使用寿命,从而提高了生产效益;
4、本发明能耐受150度以上的温度。

实施例一
一种用于模锻模具保护及快速脱模的制剂,按重量份配制如下:
F-1胶体石墨粉剂41份、二硫化钼锂基脂31份、炮用润滑脂26份和硅溶胶2份。
实施例二
一种用于模锻模具保护及快速脱模的制剂,按重量份配制如下:
F-1胶体石墨粉剂42份、二硫化钼锂基脂32份、炮用润滑脂27份和硅溶胶2份。
实施例三
一种用于模锻模具保护及快速脱模的制剂,按重量份配制如下:
F-1胶体石墨粉剂43份、二硫化钼锂基脂33份、炮用润滑脂28份和硅溶胶2份。
实施例四
一种用于模锻模具保护及快速脱模的制剂,按重量份配制如下:
F-1胶体石墨粉剂44份、二硫化钼锂基脂34份、炮用润滑脂29份和硅溶胶2份。
本发明的使用方法:
1、将制剂用刷子均匀涂刷于上、下模具表面, 涂覆厚度0.05mm;
2、涂覆后用风管吹干,使制剂在热模具上瞬间形成一层保护膜;
3、使用温度应在150-300度;
4、每次锻造后需将模具表面用风管吹干净,锻造一次涂刷一次,依次循环,如有堆积或结壳需马上清除。
本发明的制剂适用于钛合金、高温合金、不锈钢、结构钢及铝材等。

F-1胶体石墨粉剂40-45份、二硫化钼锂基脂30-35份、炮用润滑脂25-30份和硅溶胶2份。

F-1胶体石墨粉剂41份、二硫化钼锂基脂31份、炮用润滑脂26份和硅溶胶2份。

F-1胶体石墨粉剂42份、二硫化钼锂基脂32份、炮用润滑脂27份和硅溶胶2份。

F-1胶体石墨粉剂43份、二硫化钼锂基脂33份、炮用润滑脂28份和硅溶胶2份。
