本发明属于化工合成技术领域,具体涉及一种水溶性环保地膜专用料,所述的水溶性环保地膜专用料,由如下重量百分比的原料制成:PVA50‑55%;淀粉30‑40%;去离子水1‑10%;聚乙二醇5‑15%;丙三醇1‑5%;柠檬酸三乙酯0.5‑2%;羧甲基纤维素0.5‑3%。制得的产品柔韧平滑、耐油、耐溶剂、耐磨耗、气体阻透性好,用途广泛;制备的产品性能优良,用量少,成本低,易生产,能增强膜强度、透明度等。

技术领域
本发明属于化工合成技术领域,具体涉及一种水溶性环保地膜专用料。
背景技术
淀粉基生物降解塑料,是淀粉经过改性、接枝反应后与其他聚合物共混加工而成的一种塑料产品,在工业上可以代替一般通用塑料等,可以用作包装材料,防震材料,食品容器,玩具等。PVA是唯一可被细菌作为碳源和能源利用的乙烯基聚合物,在细菌和酶的作用下,46天可降解75%,属于一种生物可降解高分子材料,可由非石油路线大规模生产,价格低廉,其耐油、耐溶剂及气体阻隔性能出众,在食品、药品包装方面具有独特优势。PVA的应用基于溶液法,通过流延成膜制备薄膜材料。
而目前随着农业的发展,地膜的使用越来越普及,使用面积也越来越广,但是白色污染也越来越严重,,例如大面积种植的棉花,种植过程中都需要使用地膜,但是使用结束后地膜都留在了地里,造成了严重的白色污染;
当然目前市面上也有一些降解地膜,可是降解效果并不好,不能有效实现目的,降解周期也非常长,达不到预期的环保效果。
发明内容
根据现有技术不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种水溶性环保地膜专用料,使得淀粉和PVA有机结合,产品功能性优良,也能够有效降解,环保性能非常良好,降解周期比较短。
本发明所述的水溶性环保地膜专用料,由如下重量百分比的原料制成:
所述的PVA为PVA17-88、PVA17-99、PVA20-99和PVA20-88中的一种或几种。
所述的淀粉为玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉或者红薯淀粉。
所述的聚乙二醇分子量为200-10000。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、制得的产品柔韧平滑、耐油、耐溶剂、耐磨耗、气体阻透性好,用途广泛;
2、淀粉能够得到有效降解,不会造成环境污染;
3、制备的产品性能优良,用量少,成本低,易生产,能增强膜强度、透明度等。

实施例1
一种水溶性环保地膜专用料,由如下重量百分比的原料制成:
所述的PVA为PVA17-88。
所述的淀粉为玉米淀粉。
所述的聚乙二醇分子量为200-300。
上述原料经过混合、塑化、挤出造粒到最后制得产品。
实施例2
一种水溶性环保地膜专用料,由如下重量百分比的原料制成:
所述的PVA为PVA17-88和PVA20-88按照重量比1:1配置。
所述的淀粉为或者红薯淀粉。
所述的聚乙二醇分子量为2000-2200。
上述原料经过混合、塑化、挤出造粒到最后吹模成型制得产品。
实施例3
一种所述的水溶性环保地膜专用料,由如下重量百分比的原料制成:
所述的PVA为PVA17-88、PVA17-99、PVA20-99和PVA20-88中的一种或几种。
所述的淀粉为玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉或者红薯淀粉。
所述的聚乙二醇分子量为200-10000。
上述原料经过混合、塑化、挤出造粒到最后吹模成型制得产品。
