本发明公开了一种汽车减震器油封密封圈生产方法,包括:出料装置、加热炉、模具组件、回料装置、计时器和控制器;加热炉的一端通过进料管与出料装置连通,另一端通过出料管与模具组件连通;出料管上设置有出料阀;回料装置的一端与加热炉连通,另一端与出料管连通;计时器和出料阀均与控制器电连接;挤压模具启动时,控制器向出料阀传送回流信号,使得加热炉输出的物料进入回料装置并回流至所加热炉,同时计时器自动清零并开始计时,该计时器预设有时间阈值,当计时器计时时间高于该时间阈值时,计时器向控制器传送关闭信号;控制器依据计时器传送的关闭信号向出料阀传送入模信号,使得加热炉输出的物料进入模具组件。

本发明涉及汽车减震器制造领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种汽车减震器油封密封圈生产方法。
背景技术
汽车减震器油封密封圈挤压模具用于生产减震器的油封密封圈,该挤压模具通常包括上模和下模,上模和下模内分别设置有上模芯和下模芯,上模芯和下模芯相互插接配合并形成模具腔,将物料注入模具腔内,挤压制作出油封密封圈。
目前,往往将物料在加热炉内加热后再注入挤压模具,但是加热炉与挤压模具间常隔有一段间距,例如出料管,尤其在启动挤压模具时,经过加热炉加热的物料初次进入出料管时,温度难免会有所降低,这样就导致进入挤压模具内物料的温度未能达到要求的温度值,从而降低了挤压模具的挤压质量。
发明内容
一、要解决的技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术中存在上述缺陷,提供一种汽车减震器油封密封圈生产方法,以克服现有技术中存在进入挤压模具内物料的温度未能达到要求的温度值从而降低了挤压模具的挤压质量的缺陷。
二、技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种用于流体的密封堵盖包括:出料装置、加热炉、模具组件、回料装置、计时器和控制器;所述加热炉的一端通过进料管与所述出料装置连通,另一端通过出料管与所述模具组件连通;所述出料管上设置有出料阀;所述回料装置的一端与所述加热炉连通,另一端与所述出料管连通;所述计时器和出料阀均与所述控制器电连接;
挤压模具启动时,所述控制器向所述出料阀传送回流信号,使得所述加热炉输出的物料进入所述回料装置并回流至所述加热炉,同时所述计时器自动清零并开始计时,该计时器预设有时间阈值,当计时器计时时间高于该时间阈值时,计时器向所述控制器传送关闭信号;所述控制器依据所述计时器传送的关闭信号向所述出料阀传送入模信号,使得所述加热炉输出的物料进入所述模具组件;
所述进料管上设置有进料开关,所述进料开关与所述控制器电连接,当挤压模具启动时,所述控制器控制所述进料开关开启。
三、本发明的有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的汽车减震器油封密封圈生产方法,在启动时,控制器向出料阀传送回流信号,使得加热炉输出的物料进入回料装置并回流至加热炉,同时计时器自动清零并开始计时,该计时器预设有时间阈值,当计时器计时时间高于该时间阈值时,计时器向控制器传送关闭信号;控制器依据计时器传送的关闭信号向出料阀传送入模信号,使得加热炉输出的物料进入模具组件。
因此,本发明的汽车减震器油封密封圈生产方法,挤压质量高,且能有效回收了温度未能达到要求温度值的物料,节约了物料。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的汽车减震器油封密封圈生产方法的结构包括:出料装置1、加热炉2、模具组件3、回料装置4、计时器5和控制器6。
加热炉2的一端通过进料管21与出料装置1连通,加热炉2的另一端通过出料管22与模具组件3连通。本实施例中,加热炉2接收出料装置1内的物料,并将物料加热后传送至模具组件3,由模具组件3挤压出汽车减震器的油封密封圈,加热炉2为自旋转加热桶。
进料管21上设置有进料开关8,进料开关8与控制器6电连接,当挤压模具启动时,控制器6控制进料开关8开启,将出料装置1内的物料输入至加热炉2。进料管21上还设置有用于调节物料流速的调节阀9,调节阀9位于进料管21和加热炉2之间,该调节阀9包括阀体10、阀芯11和调节电机12,阀体10位于进料管21上,阀芯11的一端伸入阀芯11的阀腔内,阀芯11的另一端与调节电机12连接,调节电机12与控制器6电连接,在控制器6的控制下,该调节电机12调节阀芯11与阀腔之间的开度,以实现物料流速的调节。
出料管22上设置有出料阀7,该出料阀7与控制器6电连接,出料阀7用于向模具组件3供料,或者将物料输入回料装置4。
回料装置4的一端通过第一回料管41与进料管21连通,回料装置4的另一端通过第二回料管42与出料管22连通。该回料装置4用于接收温度未能达到要求温度值的物料,并将该物料回流至加热炉2,以在提高挤压质量的同时,不浪费物料。
挤压模具启动时,控制器6向出料阀7传送回流信号,使得加热炉2输出的物料进入回料装置4并回流至加热炉2,同时计时器5自动清零并开始计时,该计时器5预设有时间阈值,当计时器5计时时间高于该时间阈值时,计时器5向控制器6传送关闭信号;控制器6依据计时器5传送的关闭信号向出料阀7传送入模信号,使得加热炉2输出的物料进入模具组件3。当挤压模具启动时,由于出料管22具有一定的长度,因此从加热炉2并经出料管22流入模具组件3内的物料的温度难免会有所降低,这样就导致进入挤压模具内物料的温度未能达到要求的温度值,从而降低了挤压模具的挤压质量,此时不宜将该物料输入模具组件3,但是也不宜浪费该物料,本实施将该物料输入回料装置4,并使其回流至加热炉2,即在预设的时间阈值后才将物料输入模具组件3,这样既可以防止挤压模具内物料的温度未能达到要求的温度值,又有效地回收了温度未能达到要求温度值的物料。
本实施例还包括时间阈值设置器13,该时间阈值设置器13用于设置时间阈值,时间阈值设置器视出料管22的长度而设定,当出料管22越长,该时间阈值越大,反之,当出料管22越短,该时间阈值越大。
由此,本发明的汽车减震器油封密封圈生产方法,在启动时,控制器向出料阀传送回流信号,使得加热炉输出的物料进入回料装置并回流至加热炉,同时计时器自动清零并开始计时,该计时器预设有时间阈值,当计时器计时时间高于该时间阈值时,计时器向控制器传送关闭信号;控制器依据计时器传送的关闭信号向出料阀传送入模信号,使得加热炉输出的物料进入模具组件。
因此,本发明的汽车减震器油封密封圈生产方法,挤压质量高,且能有效回收了温度未能达到要求温度值的物料,节约了物料。

1.一种汽车减震器油封密封圈生产方法,其特征在于,所述汽车减震器油封密封圈生产方法通过如下设备实施包括:出料装置(1)、加热炉(2)、模具组件(3)、回料装置(4)、计时器(5)和控制器(6);所述加热炉(2)的一端通过进料管(21)与所述出料装置(1)连通,另一端通过出料管(22)与所述模具组件(3)连通;所述出料管(22)上设置有出料阀(7);所述回料装置(4)的一端与所述加热炉(2)连通,另一端与所述出料管(22)连通;所述计时器(5)和出料阀(7)均与所述控制器(6)电连接;所述进料管(21)上设置有进料开关(8),所述进料开关(8)与所述控制器(6)电连接;

同时所述控制器(6)向所述出料阀(7)传送回流信号,使得所述加热炉(2)输出的物料进入所述回料装置(4)并回流至所述加热炉(2),同时所述计时器(5)自动清零并开始计时,该计时器(5)预设有时间阈值,当计时器(5)计时时间高于该时间阈值时,计时器(5)向所述控制器(6)传送关闭信号;所述控制器(6)依据所述计时器(5)传送的关闭信号向所述出料阀(7)传送入模信号,使得所述加热炉(2)输出的物料进入所述模具组件(3)。
