Abstract

本发明公开了手术用可降解的一次手术衣材料,包括从内而外依次设置的无纺布层、防静电层、增强层、阻燃层和防水层,其中:防静电层,涤纶长丝制成的防静电基层和导电纤维,并且导电纤维交错地镶嵌在由涤纶长丝制成的防静电基层的经向和纬向,编织成的防静电基层上均匀涂抹防静电剂;增强层,由自羧甲基壳聚糖纤维、壳聚糖纤维或胶原纤维中的一种或者数种制成;阻燃层,为聚羟基丁酸酯与聚乳酸熔融、喷丝形成的复合纤维纵横交错排布形成后,浸入阻燃树脂制成。本发明的可降解的一次性医用手术衣材料,具有很好的防静电以及抗阻燃性能,能够保证其在使用过程中不产生静电现象,具有很好的使用效果。

Description

手术用可降解的一次手术衣材料
技术领域
本发明涉及手术用可降解的一次材料技术领域,特别是涉及手术用可降解的一次手术衣材料。
背景技术
手术衣所用织物属于医疗用屏蔽织物,主要着重阻隔(barrier)性能。阻隔性能包括防止液体与微生物渗透的性能。医护人员在进行医疗救护中,不可避免地会接触到病人的血液与体液,病人的血液与体液往往可能携带HBV(肝炎B病毒)、HCV(肝炎C病毒)和HIV(艾滋病病毒)等各种病原体。
其次,手术衣在穿着使用中还应该整洁干净,不易产生毛屑或微尘,因手术衣表面掉落的绒毛、微粒等容易携带病原体,对病人安全造成危害;同时,评估手术衣的防护性能时应考虑织物的牵张力及耐磨损性能。因为,衣服的破裂与磨损将使病原体与医护人员的皮肤产生直接接触,使手术衣失去防护能力。另外,手术时病人的血液会喷溅出来,所以,手术衣还须具备一定吸附功能及耐水压性能。此外,手术衣还应满足舒适性、阻燃、抗静电等其他要求。
现有的手术用一次性手术衣,在使用时会产生局部静电现象,造成手术的不便。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了材料本身具有抗静电以及防水和阻燃功能的一次性手术衣用材料,使得该材料制得的手术衣,在使用时具有很好的抗静电性能,避免了使用时产生局部静电现象。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:手术用可降解的一次手术衣材料,包括从内而外依次设置的无纺布层、防静电层、增强层、阻燃层和防水层,其中:防静电层,涤纶长丝制成的防静电基层和导电纤维,并且导电纤维交错地镶嵌在由涤纶长丝制成的防静电基层的经向和纬向,编织成的防静电基层上均匀涂抹防静电剂;增强层,由自羧甲基壳聚糖纤维、壳聚糖纤维或胶原纤维中的一种或者数种制成;阻燃层,为聚羟基丁酸酯与聚乳酸熔融、喷丝形成的复合纤维纵横交错排布形成后,浸入阻燃树脂制成。
进一步地,增强层为网状结构,防静电层穿过增强层的网孔直接接触无纺布层和阻燃层。
进一步地,无纺布层、防静电层、增强层、阻燃层、防水层的厚度比例为(2-4):1:(1-2):1:1。
进一步地,防水层为无机纳米复合材料和聚乳酸复合材料上涂防水涂层制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的可降解的一次性医用手术衣材料,具有很好的防静电以及抗阻燃性能,能够保证其在使用过程中不产生静电现象,具有很好的使用效果。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
实施例1
手术用可降解的一次手术衣材料,包括从内而外依次设置的无纺布层、防静电层、增强层、阻燃层和防水层,其中:防静电层,涤纶长丝制成的防静电基层和导电纤维,并且导电纤维交错地镶嵌在由涤纶长丝制成的防静电基层的经向和纬向,编织成的防静电基层上均匀涂抹防静电剂;增强层,由自羧甲基壳聚糖纤维、壳聚糖纤维或胶原纤维中的一种或者数种制成;阻燃层,为聚羟基丁酸酯与聚乳酸熔融、喷丝形成的复合纤维纵横交错排布形成后,浸入阻燃树脂制成。
实施例2
与实施例1所不同的是,增强层为网状结构,防静电层穿过增强层的网孔直接接触无纺布层和阻燃层。
实施例3
与实施例2所不同的是,无纺布层、防静电层、增强层、阻燃层、防水层的厚度比例为2:1: 1:1:1或3:1: 1:1:1或4:1:2:1:1或3:1:2:1:1或4:1:2:1:1。
实施例4
与实施例3所不同的是,防水层为无机纳米复合材料和聚乳酸复合材料上涂防水涂层制成。
综合来说,将使用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和实施例4依次制成的手术衣进行对比使用,医生以及护士的反馈意见是,实施例3和4制得的手术衣在空气较为干燥的情况下仍然不会产生静电,抗静电效果较好。而使用实施例1和实施例2制得的手术衣,在空气过于干燥时,偶尔会产生局部静电现象,但是总体来说能够满足使用需求。
本发明的实施例公布的是较佳的实施例,但并不局限于此,本领域的普通技术人员,极易根据上述实施例,领会本发明的精神,并做出不同的引申和变化,但只要不脱离本发明的精神,都在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (4)

1.手术用可降解的一次手术衣材料,其特征在于:包括从内而外依次设置的无纺布层、防静电层、增强层、阻燃层和防水层,其中:
防静电层,涤纶长丝制成的防静电基层和导电纤维,并且导电纤维交错地镶嵌在由涤纶长丝制成的防静电基层的经向和纬向,编织成的防静电基层上均匀涂抹防静电剂;
增强层,由自羧甲基壳聚糖纤维、壳聚糖纤维或胶原纤维中的一种或者数种制成;
阻燃层,为聚羟基丁酸酯与聚乳酸熔融、喷丝形成的复合纤维纵横交错排布形成后,浸入阻燃树脂制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手术用可降解的一次手术衣材料,其特征在于:所述增强层为网状结构,防静电层穿过增强层的网孔直接接触无纺布层和阻燃层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的手术用可降解的一次手术衣材料,其特征在于:无纺布层、防静电层、增强层、阻燃层、防水层的厚度比例为(2-4):1:(1-2):1:1。
4.根据权利要求3所述的手术用可降解的一次手术衣材料,其特征在于:所述防水层为无机纳米复合材料和聚乳酸复合材料上涂防水涂层制成。
