本发明公开了一种双层钢片叠成焊接塑胶手机卡托,它涉及手机卡托领域,它包含上层钢片、下层钢片和塑胶套,上层钢片与下层钢片叠层焊接为一体金属骨架,其外部四周包裹有塑胶套。它通过采用两片钢片叠层焊接后再进行塑胶molding,产品强度加强且不易变形,四周采用塑胶包裹,起到绝缘处理效果,这种双层钢片焊接后的厚度可以控制在0.45mm以上,这样的产品工艺比现有的单层钢片0.3mm加塑胶molding的产品工艺在整体强度上有大大提升,同时起到绝缘效果,市场的运用上会更广泛,品质更稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种双层钢片叠成焊接塑胶手机卡托,属于手机卡托技术领域。
背景技术
目前,市面上流行的卡托主体有两种,主要是通过粉末冶金(MIM)制成的卡托主体和通过塑胶molding钢片工艺制成的卡托主体,其中粉末冶金(MIM)制成的卡托主体,其制造工艺流程复杂,产品稳定性也不高,并且产品价格高居不下;塑胶molding钢片工艺制成的卡托主体,产品强度不够,容易变形翘曲,无法适应整个手机市场对手机卡托性价比要求高的需求;因此,传统的通过粉末冶金(MIM)制成的卡托主体和通过塑胶molding钢片工艺制成的卡托主体都不能满足市场的使用需求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种双层钢片叠成焊接塑胶手机卡托。
本发明的一种双层钢片叠成焊接塑胶手机卡托,它包含上层钢片、下层钢片和塑胶套,上层钢片与下层钢片叠层焊接为一体金属骨架,其外部四周包裹有塑胶套。
作为优选,所述的上层钢片的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
作为优选,所述的下层钢片的厚度为0.1-0.5mm。
本发明的有益效果:它通过采用两片钢片叠层焊接后再进行塑胶molding,产品强度加强且不易变形,四周采用塑胶包裹,起到绝缘处理效果,这种双层钢片焊接后的厚度可以控制在0.45mm以上,这样的的产品工艺比现有的单层钢片0.3mm加塑胶molding的产品工艺在整体强度上有大大提升,同时起到绝缘效果,市场的运用上会更广泛,品质更稳定。

具体实施方式:
如图1-图5所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含上层钢片1、下层钢片2和塑胶套3,上层钢片1与下层钢片2叠层焊接为一体金属骨架,其外部四周包裹有塑胶套3。
其中,所述的上层钢片1的厚度为0.15mm;所述的下层钢片2的厚度为0.3mm。
本具体实施方式的生产工艺流程:a、不锈钢选型:根据产品特性选用不同厚度及材料硬度;b、模具冲压:冲制各层结构,在各层材料厚度与硬度确认后,把各层钢材送入冲压模具内,根据各层的结构特点,进行冲制,冲压下来的废料去除后,各层结构由两侧料带牵制,料带的作用是让每个产品有序的排布,料带上的定位孔是为了后续自动化焊接的定位及一致性,模具冲压的精度可以控制在0.005-0.02mm,料带连料也便于卷盘包装,方便运输及后续作业;c、两片分层进入自动焊接机:由于每层的钢片料宽一样,定位孔的位置也是一样,同样的步距送入自动焊接机内,对产品的上下一致性有保证,避免上下错位,保证产品精度及品质;d、两层压合后进行激光焊接:两片叠层无缝隙,两层钢片进入焊接机后,上下治具压合后进行激光焊接,焊接点根据产品特点有八个或者更多,来控制整个产品焊接强度及可靠性,焊接点在最上面一层上进行,直接穿透致下一层3/4处,焊接高温瞬间把两层焊接位置融化合为一体,焊疤大小控制在0.4mm以内,焊疤痕迹内凹,不影响整体厚度;e、molding模具的的设计制作:根据卡托主体结构,让位中间两层钢片结构,把卡托外形的塑胶模具制作出来,待钢片送入与塑胶molding;f、焊接完成后送入注塑机与塑胶molding:钢片与塑胶在塑胶模具中,由注塑成型设备完成成品的成型过程;g、去除上下两层料带:塑胶本身是绝缘体,不需要再做绝缘处理,molding完成后还有料带,是不属于产品特征,只是为了牵制住每个产品,让钢片能顺畅的送人塑胶molding模具中,起到连续稳定生产,产品从模具中出来后已完成整个产品,所以可以把料带去除;h、外观检查:检查每个产品有没有外观不良的,譬如划伤,毛刺,变形以及产品焊接后是否还有错位的隐患,100%全检,对产品品质做最后的确认;i、成品包装出货:每个产品单品放入包装盒里,散件而有序隔离排布,方便客户最后拿取时候的方便以及保证每个产品品质,避免摩擦碰伤。
本具体实施方式通过采用两片钢片叠层焊接后再进行塑胶molding,产品强度加强且不易变形,四周采用塑胶包裹,起到绝缘处理效果,这种双层钢片焊接后的厚度可以控制在0.45mm以上,这样的的产品工艺比现有的单层钢片0.3mm加塑胶molding的产品工艺在整体强度上有大大提升,同时起到绝缘效果,市场的运用上会更广泛,品质更稳定。

1.一种双层钢片叠成焊接塑胶手机卡托,其特征在于:它包含上层钢片(1)、下层钢片(2)和塑胶套(3),上层钢片(1)与下层钢片(2)叠层焊接为一体金属骨架,其外部四周包裹有塑胶套3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层钢片叠成焊接塑胶手机卡托,其特征在于:所述的上层钢片(1)的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层钢片叠成焊接塑胶手机卡托,其特征在于:所述的下层钢片(2)的厚度为0.1-0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层钢片叠成焊接塑胶手机卡托,其特征在于:它的生产工艺流程:(a)、不锈钢选型:根据产品特性选用不同厚度及材料硬度;(b)、模具冲压:冲制各层结构,在各层材料厚度与硬度确认后,把各层钢材送入冲压模具内,根据各层的结构特点,进行冲制,冲压下来的废料去除后,各层结构由两侧料带牵制,料带的作用是让每个产品有序的排布,料带上的定位孔是为了后续自动化焊接的定位及一致性,模具冲压的精度可以控制在0.005-0.02mm,料带连料也便于卷盘包装,方便运输及后续作业;(c)、两片分层进入自动焊接机:由于每层的钢片料宽一样,定位孔的位置也是一样,同样的步距送入自动焊接机内,对产品的上下一致性有保证,避免上下错位,保证产品精度及品质;(d)、两层压合后进行激光焊接:两片叠层无缝隙,两层钢片进入焊接机后,上下治具压合后进行激光焊接,焊接点根据产品特点有八个或者更多,来控制整个产品焊接强度及可靠性,焊接点在最上面一层上进行,直接穿透致下一层3/4处,焊接高温瞬间把两层焊接位置融化合为一体,焊疤大小控制在0.4mm以内,焊疤痕迹内凹,不影响整体厚度;(e)、molding模具的的设计制作:根据卡托主体结构,让位中间两层钢片结构,把卡托外形的塑胶模具制作出来,待钢片送入与塑胶molding;(f)、焊接完成后送入注塑机与塑胶molding:钢片与塑胶在塑胶模具中,由注塑成型设备完成成品的成型过程;(g)、去除上下两层料带:塑胶本身是绝缘体,不需要再做绝缘处理,molding完成后还有料带,是不属于产品特征,只是为了牵制住每个产品,让钢片能顺畅的送人塑胶molding模具中,起到连续稳定生产,产品从模具中出来后已完成整个产品,所以可以把料带去除;(h)、外观检查:检查每个产品有没有外观不良的,譬如划伤,毛刺,变形以及产品焊接后是否还有错位的隐患,100%全检,对产品品质做最后的确认;(i)、成品包装出货:每个产品单品放入包装盒里,散件而有序隔离排布,方便客户最后拿取时候的方便以及保证每个产品品质,避免摩擦碰伤。
