Abstract

本发明揭示一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及包覆所述绝缘本体外侧的屏蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体设有向前开口的对接腔,所述屏蔽壳体包括第一壳体,所述第一壳体包括贴覆在所述绝缘本体外侧的第一主体部及自所述第一主体部反折且贴覆于所述第一主体部外侧的反折部,所述反折部设有第一弹片,所述第一弹片用于与对接机壳接触。所述第一壳体利用反折技术形成具有弹片的反折部,第一壳体为一体式结构,结构简单,制程简便。

【技术领域】
本发明有关一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种电连接器的屏蔽结构。
【背景技术】
中国实用新型专利公告第CN203589349U号揭示了一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子、遮覆于绝缘本体的金属壳体及固定于该金属壳体的磁性元件。所述金属壳体设有弹片,所述弹片用于与机壳接触。所述金属壳体未设有位于所述绝缘本体与所述磁性元件之间的间隔部,所述金属壳体对所述磁性元件的固持作用不佳。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构稳定、制程简便的电连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及包覆所述绝缘本体外侧的屏蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体设有向前开口的对接腔,所述屏蔽壳体包括第一壳体,所述第一壳体包括贴覆在所述绝缘本体外侧的第一主体部及自所述第一主体部反折且贴覆于所述第一主体部外侧的反折部,所述反折部设有第一弹片,所述第一弹片用于与对接机壳接触。
相对于现有技术,本发明电连接器的第一壳体利用反折技术形成具有弹片的反折部,第一壳体为一体式结构,结构简单,制程简便。

【具体实施方式】
如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
参阅图1至图2,本发明公开了一种电连接器100,其可以安装于电路板200。所述电连接器100包括绝缘本体10、收容于所述绝缘本体10的导电端子20、位于所述绝缘本体10两侧的磁铁40及包覆所述绝缘本体10与所述磁铁40外侧的屏蔽壳体30。
参阅图3至图5,所述绝缘本体10设有向前开口的对接腔11,所述对接腔11用于收容对接连接器。所述绝缘本体10的两侧设有贯穿至所述对接腔11的通槽12。所述绝缘本体10具有相对的上表面123、下表面122及两外侧面121。所述导电端子20包括第一排导电端子21与第二排导电端子22,所述第一排导电端子21与第二排导电端子22均包括凸伸入所述对接腔11的接触部23及用于焊接至外部电路板的焊接部24。
所述屏蔽壳体30包括第一壳体34、第二壳体31及第三壳体38。所述第一壳体34包覆在所述绝缘本体10的下表面122,所述第二壳体31包覆在所述绝缘本体10的上表面123。所述第一壳体34、第二壳体31及第三壳体38通过卡扣相互配合在一起。所述第一壳体34包括贴覆在所述绝缘本体10外侧的第一主体部35及自所述第一主体部35反折且贴覆于所述第一主体部35外侧的反折部37。所述反折部37向前延伸超出所述第一主体部35且贴覆于所述绝缘本体10的外侧。所述反折部37自所述第一主体部35的后边缘向前反折延伸。所述反折部37设有第一弹片371,所述第一弹片371自前向后且向外延伸,所述第一弹片371用于与对接机壳接触。所述第一壳体34还包括位于所述第一主体部35两侧的第一附加部36。所述第一附加部36包括第一水平部361及自所述第一水平部361的内侧边缘弯折的第一延伸部362及自所述第一水平部361的外侧边缘弯折的第二延伸部366。所述第一延伸部362设置有弹性片364,所述弹性片364穿过所述绝缘本体10设置的通槽12而延伸至所述对接腔11。所述弹性片364用于与对接连接器的接地金属片接触。所述第一延伸部362设有向所述对接腔11方向延伸的弯折部365,所述弯折部365搭在所述绝缘本体10上表面123设置的台阶面13上。所述弹性片364和所述弯折部365横向拉开将超过所述第一附加部36和所述反折部37之间的通孔368而位于所述反折部37上方。所述第二壳体31包括包覆在所述绝缘本体10上表面123的第二主体部32及位于所述第二主体部32两侧的第二附加部33。所述第二主体部32设有第二弹片321,所述第二弹片321与所述第一弹片371的延伸方向相反,所述第二弹片321也用于与所述对接机壳接触。所述第二附加部33包括第二水平部331及自所述第二水平部331外侧弯折的第三延伸部332,所述第三延伸部332抵接在所述第二延伸部366的外侧。所述第一附加部36与所述第二附加部33构成容置空间,所述磁铁40安装在所述容置空间内。所述第二延伸部366呈向所述容置空间倾斜的弹片状结构,所述第二延伸部366的中间还设有卡扣块367,所述第三延伸部332设有卡扣孔333,所述卡扣块367与所述卡扣孔333互相卡持。现有技术中,一般会将第一弹片371设置在所述第一主体部35上,这将限制第一延伸部362横向拉开后的长度。因此,反折技术解决了这一问题,从而使所述第一壳体34的结构较简单,为一片式结构,制程较简便。
综上所述,以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,不应以此限制本发明的范围,即凡是依本发明权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及包覆所述绝缘本体外侧的屏蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体设有向前开口的对接腔,所述屏蔽壳体包括第一壳体,其特征在于:所述第一壳体包括贴覆在所述绝缘本体外侧的第一主体部及自所述第一主体部反折且贴覆于所述第一主体部外侧的反折部,所述反折部设有第一弹片,所述第一弹片用于与对接机壳接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述反折部自所述第一主体部的后边缘向前反折延伸,所述第一弹片自前向后且向外延伸。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述反折部向前延伸超出所述第一主体部且贴覆于所述绝缘本体的外侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体具有相对的上表面、下表面及两外侧面,所述第一壳体包覆在绝缘本体的下表面;所述屏蔽壳体还包括包覆在所述绝缘本体上表面的第二壳体。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一壳体还包括位于所述第一主体部两侧的第一附加部,所述第二壳体包括包覆在所述绝缘本体上表面的第二主体部及位于第二主体部两侧的第二附加部;所述第一、第二附加部构成容置空间,一个磁铁安装在所述容置空间内。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一附加部包括第一水平部及自所述第一水平部的内侧边缘弯折的第一延伸部及自所述第一水平部的外侧边缘弯折的第二延伸部;所述第二附加部包括第二水平部及自第二水平部外侧弯折的第三延伸部,所述第三延伸部抵接在第二延伸部的外侧。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一延伸部设置有弹性片,所述弹性片穿过所述绝缘本体设置的通槽而延伸至所述对接腔。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一延伸部设有向所述对接腔方向延伸的弯折部,所述弯折部搭在所述绝缘本体上表面设置的台阶面上。
9.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第二延伸部呈向所述容置空间倾斜的弹片状结构,所述第二延伸部的中间还设有卡扣块,所述第三延伸部设有卡扣孔,所述卡扣块与所述卡扣孔互相卡持。
