本发明涉及滤波器结构及焊接治具与制作方法,公开了一种滤波器结构,包括:设有空腔的盒体,设于空腔内的若干线圈组件,以及若干接线组件;所述接线组件包括固定于盒体的正接线引脚、负接线引脚;所述线圈组件两端的导线分别与正接线引脚、负接线引脚焊接固定。本发明的引脚的接线段嵌埋于卡线槽侧面,线圈的导线卡入卡线槽后与引脚点焊焊接固定,不需要手工缠绕导线与引脚,降低了劳动强度,装配速度快,生产效率高,并且能节约导线长度,降低成本。本发明的设计合理,实用性强,可大力推广于市场中。

本发明涉及滤波器结构及焊接治具与制作方法。
背景技术
随着计算机技术与通信技术的发展,网络的应用也随之越来越广泛一重要,而滤波器是一种具有良好抗干扰且能效保证网络信息传输的元件,被广泛应用于网络系统中,而传统的网络盒体是将数个线圈放置在座体腔内,导线与引脚连接主要采用手工绕制,容易绕错线位,并且制作周期长,生产效率不高。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的是提供一种滤波器结构及焊接治具与制作方法。
本发明的技术方案是:一种滤波器结构,包括:设有空腔的盒体,设于空腔内的若干线圈组件,以及若干接线组件;所述接线组件包括固定于盒体的正接线引脚、负接线引脚;所述线圈组件两端的导线分别与正接线引脚、负接线引脚焊接固定。
其进一步技术方案为:所述线圈组件包括两个串联的绕线件;所述绕线件包括中空的磁环,以及卷绕于磁环上的导线;所述两个线圈的磁环中心轴线垂直设置。
其进一步技术方案为:所述盒体的两侧分别设有多个间隔式设置的卡线槽;所述正接线引脚、负接线引脚分别嵌埋于盒体的卡线槽侧面;所述正接线引脚包括接线段,以及连接段;所述接线段的端部位于卡线槽内;所述线圈组件输入端的导线与接线段焊接固定;所述连接段延伸至盒体外侧。
其进一步技术方案为:所述接线段弯折后形成钩状,以便于嵌埋盒体的卡线槽内。
其进一步技术方案为:所述连接段的头部倾斜弯折,以便于接线段嵌埋盒体的卡线槽内。

一种滤波器结构的制作方法,用于制作上述的滤波器结构,包括:
A.嵌埋多个接线组件于盒体两侧;
B.安装线圈组件于焊接治具的容腔内,并卡紧线圈组件两端的导线于焊接治具的卡接槽;
C.安装焊接治具于盒体的顶部,凸起部顶压导线,使得导线与正接线引脚或负接线引脚的端部接触;
D.采用点焊机依次焊接导线与正接线引脚或负接线引脚;
E.封装。
其进一步技术方案为:所述正接线引脚、负接线引脚的尾部分别设有连接片;所述D包括:
D1.点焊机的负电级与连接片电连接;
D2.点焊机的正电极穿过焊接治具的焊接槽与导线电连接,使得点焊机将线圈组件两端的导线分别与正接线引脚、负接线引脚焊接固定;
D3.向下弯折接线组件的正接线引脚、负接线引脚后,水平弯折正接线引脚、负接线引脚;

本发明与现有技术相比的技术效果是:一种滤波器结构,引脚的接线段嵌埋于卡线槽侧面,线圈的导线卡入卡线槽后与引脚点焊焊接固定,不需要手工缠绕导线与引脚,降低了劳动强度,装配速度快,生产效率高,并且能节约导线长度,降低成本。
一种焊接治具,线圈组件预装至焊接治具后,凸起部将导线顶压到卡线槽内,使得导线与接线引脚的端部接触,从而便于点焊机依次对导线与引脚进行快速焊接。
一种滤波器结构的制作方法,正、负接线引脚的尾部设有连接片,嵌埋引脚时可以整体式嵌入,采用上述的焊接治具,简化了导线与引脚的点焊工艺,比较快捷省时,提高了生产效率。

为了更充分理解本发明的技术内容,下面结合示意图对本发明的技术方案进一步介绍和说明,但不局限于此。
一种滤波器结构,包括:设有空腔的盒体,设于空腔内的若干线圈组件,以及若干接线组件。接线组件包括固定于盒体的正接线引脚、负接线引脚,线圈组件两端的导线分别与正接线引脚、负接线引脚点焊焊接固定或者熔融固定连接。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种滤波器结构10,包括:设有空腔11的盒体1,设于空腔11内的线圈组件2,以及接线组件3。具体的,线圈组件2的组数为8组,接线组件3的数量为24组,每一组线圈组件2对应设有3根导线22。
接线组件3包括固定于盒体1的正接线引脚31、负接线引脚32,线圈组件2两端的导线22分别与正接线引脚31、负接线引脚32点焊焊接固定。
线圈组件2包括两个串联的绕线件,绕线件包括中空的磁环21,以及卷绕于磁环21上的导线22,其中,两个线圈的磁环21中心轴线垂直设置。
盒体1的两侧分别设有多个间隔式设置的卡线槽12,盒体1的材料为绝缘塑料。正接线引脚31、负接线引脚32分别嵌埋于盒体1的卡线槽12侧面。
如图4、图5所示,正接线引脚31包括接线段311,以及连接段312,正接线引脚31与负接线引脚32的结构相同。接线段311的端部位于卡线槽12内,线圈组件2输入端的导线22与接线段311点焊焊接固定,连接段312延伸至盒体1外侧。
盒体1还设有位于空腔11一侧且与卡线槽12连通的入线槽13,导线22穿过入线槽13延伸至卡线槽12卡紧。导线22与正接线引脚31、负接线引脚32焊接之前,导线22与卡线槽12卡接连接,以便于后续点焊焊接时的定位。组装时,可以通过入线槽13将线圈组件2的导线22导向至卡线槽12。
接线段311弯折后形成钩状,连接段312的头部倾斜弯折,以便于接线段311嵌埋盒体1的卡线槽12内。具体的,为了使滤波器结构10的整体结构紧凑,且利于自动化生产,盒体1两侧的卡线槽12等距离间隔式设置,因此,连接段312的头部倾斜,以便于接线段311的端部位于卡线槽12内。
接线组件3的尾部设有用于固定正接线引脚31的连接片33,生产时,正接线引脚31及连接片33一体式制作,将正接线引脚31的头部斜向折弯后再次折弯成钩状。
连接段312的尾部向下弯折后水平弯折,组装完成后,切断正接线引脚31、负接线引脚32尾部的连接片33。
如图6所示,一种焊接治具4,用于焊接上述的滤波器结构10。焊接治具4包括本体41。本体41由内之外依次设有容腔411、凸起部412、用于穿过点焊机焊接电极5的焊接槽413、卡接槽414。滤波器结构10的导线与正接线引脚31或负接线引脚32焊接时,线圈组件2收容于容腔411内,导线穿过凸起部412、焊接槽413卡紧于卡接槽414内,凸起部412顶压导线22,使得导线与正接线引脚31或负接线引脚32的端部接触。
如图7所示,一种滤波器结构的制作方法,用于制作上述的滤波器结构,包括:
A.嵌埋多个接线组件于盒体两侧;
B.安装线圈组件于焊接治具的容腔内,并卡紧线圈组件两端的导线于焊接治具的卡接槽;
C.安装焊接治具于盒体的顶部,凸起部顶压导线,使得导线与正接线引脚或负接线引脚的端部接触;具体的,凸起部将导线顶压至盒体的卡线槽内;
D.采用点焊机依次焊接导线与正接线引脚或负接线引脚;其中,正接线引脚、负接线引脚的尾部分别设有连接片,步骤D具体包括以下:
D1.点焊机的负电级与连接片电连接;
D2.点焊机的正电极穿过焊接治具的焊接槽与导线电连接,使得点焊机将线圈组件两端的导线分别与正接线引脚、负接线引脚焊接固定;
D3.向下弯折接线组件的正接线引脚、负接线引脚后,水平弯折正接线引脚、负接线引脚;
D4.切断正接线引脚、负接线引脚尾部的连接片;
E.封装。
在A之前还包括制作过程,制造过程包括:制作正、负接线引脚、具有空腔的塑料盒体,其中,正、负接线引脚的尾部设有用于固定正接线引脚的连接片,将正、负接线引脚的头部斜向折弯后再次折弯成钩状。

Claims (10)
1.一种滤波器结构,其特征在于,包括:设有空腔的盒体,设于空腔内的若干线圈组件,以及若干接线组件;所述接线组件包括固定于盒体的正接线引脚、负接线引脚;所述线圈组件两端的导线分别与正接线引脚、负接线引脚焊接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滤波器结构,其特征在于,所述线圈组件包括两个串联的绕线件;所述绕线件包括中空的磁环,以及卷绕于磁环上的导线;所述两个线圈的磁环中心轴线垂直设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滤波器结构,其特征在于,所述盒体的两侧分别设有多个间隔式设置的卡线槽;所述正接线引脚、负接线引脚分别嵌埋于盒体的卡线槽侧面;所述正接线引脚包括接线段,以及连接段;所述接线段的端部位于卡线槽内;所述线圈组件输入端的导线与接线段焊接固定;所述连接段延伸至盒体外侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的滤波器结构,其特征在于,所述接线段弯折后形成钩状,以便于嵌埋盒体的卡线槽内。
5.根据权利要求3所述的滤波器结构,其特征在于,所述连接段的头部倾斜弯折,以便于接线段嵌埋盒体的卡线槽内。
6.根据权利要求3所述的滤波器结构,其特征在于,所述连接段的尾部向下弯折后水平弯折。
7.根据权利要求3所述的滤波器结构,其特征在于,所述盒体还设有位于空腔一侧且与卡线槽连通的入线槽;所述导线穿过入线槽延伸至卡线槽卡紧。
8.一种焊接治具,用于焊接如权利要求1-7任一项所述的滤波器结构,其特征在于,所述焊接治具包括本体;所述本体由内之外依次设有容腔、凸起部、用于穿过点焊机焊接电极的焊接槽、卡接槽;所述滤波器结构的导线与正接线引脚或负接线引脚焊接时,线圈组件收容于容腔内,导线穿过凸起部、焊接槽卡紧于卡接槽内,所述凸起部顶压导线,使得导线与正接线引脚或负接线引脚的端部接触。
9.一种滤波器结构的制作方法,用于制作如权利要求1-7任一项所述的滤波器结构,其特征在于,包括:
A.嵌埋多个接线组件于盒体两侧;
B.安装线圈组件于焊接治具的容腔内,并卡紧线圈组件两端的导线于焊接治具的卡接槽;
C.安装焊接治具于盒体的顶部,凸起部顶压导线,使得导线与正接线引脚或负接线引脚的端部接触;
D.采用点焊机依次焊接导线与正接线引脚或负接线引脚;
E.封装。
10.根据权利要求9所述的滤波器结构的制作方法,其特征在于,所述正接线引脚、负接线引脚的尾部分别设有连接片;所述D包括:
D1.点焊机的负电级与连接片电连接;
D2.点焊机的正电极穿过焊接治具的焊接槽与导线电连接,使得点焊机将线圈组件两端的导线分别与正接线引脚、负接线引脚焊接固定;
D3.向下弯折接线组件的正接线引脚、负接线引脚后,水平弯折正接线引脚、负接线引脚;
D4.切断正接线引脚、负接线引脚尾部的连接片。
