Abstract
本发明公开了一种香味印刷术，包括以下步骤：S1、提供一印刷纸张，所述印刷纸张通过电脑CTP制版；S2、将一防腐助剂涂覆在所述印刷纸张上；S3、将所述印刷纸张放在一紫外灯下面照射，使得所述防腐助剂在所述紫外灯的照射下发生化学反应，从而使得所述防腐助剂形成一保护层覆盖在所述印刷纸张表面；S4、将一吸水绵纸裱在所述印刷纸张上；S5、将香水喷洒在所述吸水绵纸上；S6、将步骤5的所述印刷纸张放在一个热封的口袋中密封所述印刷纸张。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种香味印刷术，尤其指一种持续散发香味的香味印刷术。
背景技术
目前，传统的印刷产品是没有香味，有少量厂家生产的印刷品会附带有香味，但香味并不久留，而且纸质容易变旧，字体容易淡化、湿水后模糊不清。
因此，有必要设计一种新的印刷术，以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的创作目的在于提供一种使人类随时随地感受到香味、感觉到置身在花园里的享受，使用方便，还可减轻疲劳的香味印刷术。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种香味印刷术，包括以下步骤：S1、提供一印刷纸张，所述印刷纸张通过电脑CTP制版；S2、将一防腐助剂涂覆在所述印刷纸张上；S3、将所述印刷纸张放在一紫外灯下面照射，使得所述防腐助剂在所述紫外灯的照射下发生化学反应，从而使得所述防腐助剂形成一保护层覆盖在所述印刷纸张表面；S4、将一吸水绵纸裱在所述印刷纸张上；S5、将香水喷洒在所述吸水绵纸上；S6、将步骤5的所述印刷纸张放在一个热封的口袋中密封所述印刷纸张。
进一步，所述防腐助剂的用量大于印刷时的油墨量的百分之五小于印刷时的油墨量的百分之十。
进一步，所述香水中包括香精及三丙二醇，所述香精与所述三丙二醇的比例为1：1。
进一步，所述防腐蚀助剂层包含有UV增强剂及聚硅烷树脂。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：实现了印刷产品同香精香水产品的有效结合，使香精香水的味道完全的同印刷产品结合在一起，使印刷产品带着或浓或淡的香味走进了人类的生活。印刷时上一层防腐蚀助剂避免印刷时的油墨分子与香精的成分发生化学反应而使油墨分子溶解。
【具体实施方式】
为便于更好的理解本发明的目的、结构、特征以及功效等，现结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明的香味印刷术，包括以下步骤：
S1、提供一印刷纸张，所述印刷纸张通过电脑CTP制版；
S2、将一防腐助剂涂覆在所述印刷纸张上，所述防腐蚀助剂层包含有UV增强剂及聚硅烷树脂，所述防腐助剂的用量大于印刷时的油墨量的百分之五小于印刷时的油墨量的百分之十，本实施例中，所述防腐助剂的用量是油墨量的百分之八；
S3、将所述印刷纸张放在一紫外灯下面照射，使得所述防腐助剂在所述紫外灯的照射下发生化学反应，从而使得所述防腐助剂固化形成一保护层覆盖在所述印刷纸张表面，所述保护层可以避免所述印刷纸张被刮花或者脱落；
S4、将一吸水绵纸裱在所述印刷纸张上，所述吸水绵纸可以使香精充分渗透；
S5、将香水喷洒在所述吸水绵纸上，所述香水中包括香精及三丙二醇，所述香精与所述三丙二醇的比例为1：1可以香精的成分使得香味持续慢慢发散；
S6、将步骤5的所述印刷纸张放在一个热封的口袋中密封所述印刷纸张。
在步骤五与步骤六之间还可以喷洒一抗腐蚀油墨的在所述吸水绵纸上，可以防止所述香精挥发。
本发明在印刷时涂上所述防腐助剂也可以避免印刷时的油墨分子与香精的成分发生化学反应而使油墨分子溶解，即避免油墨分子不与香精中的甲醇成分、三丙二醇甲醚或二丙二醇甲醚成分发生化学反应溶解，所述防腐助剂同时也可以避免香精挥发。

Claims (4)
1.一种香味印刷术，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1、提供一印刷纸张，所述印刷纸张通过电脑CTP制版；
S2、将一防腐助剂涂覆在所述印刷纸张上；
S3、将所述印刷纸张放在一紫外灯下面照射，使得所述防腐助剂在所述紫外灯的照射下发生化学反应，从而使得所述防腐助剂形成一保护层覆盖在所述印刷纸张表面；
S4、将一吸水绵纸裱在所述印刷纸张上；
S5、将香水喷洒在所述吸水绵纸上；
S6、将步骤5的所述印刷纸张放在一个热封的口袋中密封所述印刷纸张。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种香味印刷术，其特征在于：所述防腐助剂的用量大于印刷时的油墨量的百分之五小于印刷时的油墨量的百分之十。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种香味印刷术，其特征在于：所述香水中包括香精及三丙二醇，所述香精与所述三丙二醇的比例为1：1。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种香味印刷术，其特征在于：所述防腐蚀助剂层包含有UV增强剂及聚硅烷树脂。
