背景技术：
现有的较重的丝绸产品的织造工艺，工艺组组织为2/20/22D，交织织造成型，经纬组织的结构不够密实，成品绸的垂感较差。而现有技术中生产双乔绉产品一般的传统工艺组织为2/20/22D28T2S2Z，这样的丝绸的弹性较差，光泽度较低。
发明内容：
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷，提供一种组织结构密实，成品绸有很强垂感的重缎丝绸产品织造工艺。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现：
一种重缎丝绸产品织造工艺，其特征在于：包括以下步骤，准备经线和纬线材料；其中纬线组织为5/20/22D23T2S2Z，其中从前到后分别为根数、纤度、直径和捻度系数，S为左捻,Z为右捻。
所述的经线用2/20/22D14TS原料，其中从前到后分别为根数、纤度和直径捻度系数，S为左捻。
所述的纬线的材质为氨纶厂丝包覆丝交织。
所述的纬线的材质用1根20D氨纶2/20/22D2S2Z厂丝包覆丝取代，其中从前到后分别为根数、纤度和直径的系数，S为左捻、Z为右捻。
所述的产品的成品门幅为140cm。
所述的产品的成品门幅为114cm。
本发明通过对传统技术的改进，在传统织物的姆米数高，纬组织作出调整，用中纬线组织为5/20/22D23T2S2Z交织，成品绸组织结构密实，成品绸有很强垂感。本发明还可以通过经纬线的改进，在保持姆米数不变的情况下，经线用2/20/22D14TS原料，纬线的材质用1根20D氨纶2/20/22D2S2Z厂丝包覆丝，陈品绸局以偶一定的弹性，而且具有较好的光泽度。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明成品绸组织结构密实，成品绸有很强垂感，光泽度好，弹性好，深受消费者喜欢。
