本实用新型公开了一种仿真丝面料生产设备，由络丝机、加捻机、定型机、倒筒机、整经机、织机和验布机顺序连接而成，阳离子异收缩复合丝经该仿真丝面料生产设备加工后，即成为一种高档仿真丝面料，设备中的定型机能够对阳离子异收缩复合丝中的阳离子丝进行定型，从而由于阳离子异收缩复合丝中两种原料的异收缩性使定型后的丝有弹性，织造出来的仿真丝面料会有表面绒感和皱感，这些都是自然形成，不需要后道加工，且比加工的绒感和皱感自然。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种面料生产装置改良，尤其是一种采用阳离子异收缩复合丝为原料丝生产的仿真丝面料的生产设备。
背景技术
随着科技的进步、物质生活水平的提高，人们消费水平和消费观也在逐步提高，对面料的要求也越来越高，面料不仅要满足质量上各方面的需求，同时还要满足外观风格、色泽、手感、垂顺度等各方面的要求。
传统真丝面料一般是用蚕丝，包括桑蚕丝、柞蚕丝、蓖麻蚕丝、木薯蚕丝等制造而成的纯天然面料，具有幽雅的珍珠光泽，且手感柔、飘逸、垂顺感好等优点，但其价格昂贵，往往另大部分消费者望而却步。为了满足广大消费者的需求，于是各种仿真丝面料相继问世，市面上的仿真丝面料一般是由锦纶、涤纶、粘胶纤维的超细丝和异型丝等制成的。但这些仿真丝面料通过简单的染色无法具有变幻的色彩，往往需要复杂的染色过程才能达到预期效果，且其绒感和皱感都需要后续工序加工得到。由此发明了采用阳离子异收缩复合丝为原料丝生产的仿真丝面料的技术，因此需要设计新的成套设备以适应新技术的要求并为成产出高质量的仿真丝提供设备支持。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种仿真丝面料生产设备，该仿真丝面料生产设备能够生产出高品质的仿真丝，尤其适用于以阳离子异收缩复合丝为原料的仿真丝生产，且结构简单、成本低、易于实施。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种仿真丝面料生产设备，具有定型机，络丝机、加捻机、定型机、倒筒机、整经机、织机和验布机顺序连接。

所述定型机为水定型机和蒸汽定型机中的一种。
所述络丝机为电脑络丝机。
所述加捻机为倍捻机。
所述整经机为分条整经机。
所述织机为喷水织机。
所述验布机为成品绸卷验机。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的仿真丝面料生产设备由络丝机、加捻机、定型机、倒筒机、整经机、织机和验布机顺序连接而成，阳离子异收缩复合丝经该仿真丝面料生产设备加工后，即成为一种高档仿真丝面料，设备中的定型机能够对阳离子异收缩复合丝中的阳离子丝进行定型，从而由于阳离子异收缩复合丝中两种原料的异收缩性使定型后的丝有弹性，织造出来的仿真丝面料会有表面绒感和皱感，这些都是自然形成，不需要后道加工，且比加工的绒感和皱感自然。

具体实施方式
实施例：一种仿真丝面料生产设备，由SGD168型电脑络丝机1、HY310G型化纤倍捻机2、定型机3、SGD9710型高速倒筒机4、分条整经机5、喷水织机6和成品绸卷验机7顺序连接而成，其中定型机为水定型机和蒸汽定型机中的一种。
