Abstract
本发明公开了一种导电氟索润滑剂及其制备方法,属于润滑剂技术领域。本发明的技术方案要点为:导电氟索润滑剂,是由以下重量百分配比的原料制备而成的:氟索溶剂油92%、全氟聚醚油2.2%、低分子聚四氟乙烯颗粒2.6%、添加剂0.2%和炭黑3%。本发明还具体公开了该导电氟索润滑剂的制备方法。本发明是以利用氟索溶剂油的快速挥发性能为出发点研制而成,溶剂挥发以后,在元器件表面会留下一层润滑材料,这种润滑材料具有润滑、防水、防尘、降低扭矩和导电的作用,并且具有隔绝氧气的作用,能够保证各种精密元器件的安全使用和提升其使用寿命,具有广泛的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于润滑剂技术领域,具体涉及一种导电氟索润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
电子、电器、精密仪器、汽车电子附件、电机的碳刷和转子接触部位等用电的设备有摩擦副又需要导电的部位。例如面接触开关,像电风扇的开关,可以控制电风扇的转速。有的开关是滑动,里面的导电部位是接触片,这些开关的导电部分是两个金属片,它们是一对摩擦副,在长期的摩擦工作当中,由于摩擦而引起接触不良,造成不能正常工作。例如一个短路保护器价值几十元,由于铜片变形或摩擦严重,接触不良造成不能通电,就要更换整个短路保护器。电机的碳刷和转子也是一对摩擦副,它们之间接触不良就会造成整个电机报废。
在这些摩擦副中间进行润滑保护是非常必要的,目前市场主要采用的是导电润滑脂。导电润滑脂的润滑作用能够很好地保护摩擦副,使两个相互摩擦的金属片能够长期使用,延长电器元件的使用寿命。同时导电润滑脂是良好的导体,不影响电器元件的正常工作。导电润滑脂存在以下两个缺点:1、润滑脂都有一定的使用期限,润滑脂的主要原料是润滑油,润滑油可以挥发,润滑脂早晚会变干,失去润滑作用,当然好的润滑脂有很长时间的使用寿命;2、导电润滑脂具有粘性,粘性是润滑脂共有的特点,当润滑脂进入灰尘时就很难处理掉,如果电器元件密封不是太好,导电润滑脂进入灰尘就会影响润滑脂的正常工作,进而会影响元器件的正常工作。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种能够起到良好的润滑作用且具有较好的防尘和导电效果的导电氟索润滑剂及其制备方法,该润滑剂是一种喷涂润滑剂,专门用于电子、电器、精密仪器、汽车电子附件、电机的碳刷和转子接触部位等需要通电的摩擦副部位。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,导电氟索润滑剂,其特征在于是由以下重量百分配比的原料制备而成的:氟索溶剂油92%、全氟聚醚油2.2%、低分子聚四氟乙烯颗粒2.6%、添加剂0.2%和炭黑3%,其中添加剂为T203、苯并三氮唑或T202中的一种或多种。
本发明所述的导电氟索润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:按照上述重量百分配比分别称取原料,将全氟聚醚油加入到加热釜中,加热至110℃将低分子聚四氟乙烯颗粒加入到加热釜中,使低分子聚四氟乙烯溶解于全氟聚醚油中,再加入氟索溶剂油,搅拌至温度降低100℃以下加入苯并三氮唑和炭黑,搅拌均匀,溶解,过滤制得导电氟索润滑剂。
本发明是以利用氟索溶剂油的快速挥发性能为出发点研制而成,溶剂挥发以后,在元器件表面会留下一层润滑材料,这种润滑材料具有润滑、防水、防尘、降低扭矩和导电的作用,并且具有隔绝氧气的作用,能够保证各种精密元器件的安全使用和提升其使用寿命,具有广泛的应用前景。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明的上述内容做进一步详细说明,但不应该将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明上述内容实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例
将11公斤全氟聚醚油加入到加热釜中,加热至110℃将13公斤低分子聚四氟乙烯颗粒加入到加热釜中,使低分子聚四氟乙烯溶解于全氟聚醚油中,再加入460公斤氟索溶剂油,搅拌至温度降低100℃以下加入1公斤苯并三氮唑和15公斤炭黑,搅拌均匀,溶解,过滤制得导电氟索润滑剂。
本实施例制得的导电氟索润滑剂是导电润滑脂的替代产品,这种润滑剂是将润滑材料溶解到能高度挥发的溶剂中,将润滑剂喷涂在电器元件接触片表面上,溶剂快速挥发,在接触片表面上留下一层润滑材料,这层润滑材料是固体,具有较高的油膜强度,喷上以后,这些元器件基本可以长时间使用,导电氟索润滑剂可以在元器件表面形成一层坚固的薄膜,透明很薄的一层,不仅起到良好的润滑作用,还起到很好的防尘和导电效果。

Claims (2)
1.导电氟索润滑剂,其特征在于是由以下重量百分配比的原料制备而成的:氟索溶剂油92%、全氟聚醚油2.2%、低分子聚四氟乙烯颗粒2.6%、添加剂0.2%和炭黑3%,其中添加剂为T203、苯并三氮唑或T202中的一种或多种。
2.一种权利要求1所述的导电氟索润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:按照上述重量百分配比分别称取原料,将全氟聚醚油加入到加热釜中,加热至110℃将低分子聚四氟乙烯颗粒加入到加热釜中,使低分子聚四氟乙烯溶解于全氟聚醚油中,再加入氟索溶剂油,搅拌至温度降低100℃以下加入苯并三氮唑和炭黑,搅拌均匀,溶解,过滤制得导电氟索润滑剂。
