Abstract

本发明公开了一种薄膜切割机的风冷切割装置,包含一驱动轴头和一圆筒状的固定轴筒,所述的驱动轴头与固定轴筒之间设有一可拆卸的固定套筒,所述的驱动轴头包含一冷却轴管和一圆盘状的驱动圆盘,所述的固定套筒包含一圆筒状的套筒主体,所述的套筒主体的侧壁上设有一由环形的固定环槽组成的固定环槽阵列,所述的套筒主体的侧壁上设有一由通风孔组成的通风孔阵列,所述的固定环槽上分别设有一环形的切割刀盘。空气泵通过冷却轴管将冷空气直接送入固定套筒内,从直接从通风孔中高速排出,直接冲击到下方的薄膜表面。高速的冷却空气的作用有两个方面,一方面能有效压制薄膜,避免薄膜皱起,另一方面,能有效降低切割面温度,提供切割面的工整度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种薄膜加工设备,更确切地说,是一种薄膜切割机的风冷切割装置。
背景技术
在薄膜加工时,经常需要将薄膜进行分切成条,由于切刀高速转动,切割面的温度过高,导致切割面不够工整。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种薄膜切割机的风冷切割装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种薄膜切割机的风冷切割装置,其特征在于,所述的薄膜切割机的风冷切割装置包含一驱动轴头和一圆筒状的固定轴筒,所述的驱动轴头与固定轴筒之间设有一可拆卸的固定套筒,所述的驱动轴头包含一冷却轴管和一圆盘状的驱动圆盘,所述的固定套筒包含一圆筒状的套筒主体,所述的套筒主体的侧壁上设有一由环形的固定环槽组成的固定环槽阵列,所述的固定环槽上分别设有一环形的切割刀盘。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的套筒主体的侧壁上设有一由通风孔组成的通风孔阵列。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的切割刀盘与所述的固定环槽焊接连接。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的驱动圆盘的外径与所述的套筒主体的内径相适应。
本发明的薄膜切割机的风冷切割装置具有以下优点:使用时,该驱动轴头直接与一外置的驱动电机相连接,冷却轴管与一外置的空气泵相连接。当驱动电机启动后,多个切割刀盘开始转动,对下方的送料机上的薄膜进行分切。同时,空气泵通过冷却轴管将冷空气直接送入固定套筒内,从直接从通风孔中高速排出,直接冲击到下方的薄膜表面。高速的冷却空气的作用有两个方面,一方面能有效压制薄膜,避免薄膜皱起,另一方面,能有效降低切割面的温度,提供切割面的工整度。该薄膜切割机的风冷切割装置结构简单,效果明显,成本低廉,实用性强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1至图4所示,该薄膜切割机的风冷切割装置1包含一驱动轴头3和一圆筒状的固定轴筒2,该驱动轴头3与固定轴筒2之间设有一可拆卸的固定套筒4,该驱动轴头3包含一冷却轴管32和一圆盘状的驱动圆盘31,该固定套筒4包含一圆筒状的套筒主体41,该套筒主体41的侧壁上设有一由环形的固定环槽42组成的固定环槽阵列,该套筒主体41的侧壁上设有一由通风孔43组成的通风孔阵列,该固定环槽42上分别设有一环形的切割刀盘5。
该切割刀盘5与该固定环槽42焊接连接。
该驱动圆盘31的外径与该套筒主体41的内径相适应。
使用时,如图1和图2所示,该驱动轴头3直接与一外置的驱动电机相连接,冷却轴管32与一外置的空气泵相连接。当驱动电机启动后,多个切割刀盘5开始转动,对下方的送料机上的薄膜进行分切。同时,空气泵通过冷却轴管32将冷空气直接送入固定套筒4内,从直接从通风孔43中高速排出,直接冲击到下方的薄膜表面。高速的冷却空气的作用有两个方面,一方面能有效压制薄膜,避免薄膜皱起,另一方面,能有效降低切割面的温度,提供切割面的工整度。
该薄膜切割机的风冷切割装置结构简单,效果明显,成本低廉,实用性强。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种薄膜切割机的风冷切割装置,其特征在于,所述的薄膜切割机的风冷切割装置(1)包含一驱动轴头(3)和一圆筒状的固定轴筒(2),所述的驱动轴头(3)与固定轴筒(2)之间设有一可拆卸的固定套筒(4),所述的驱动轴头(3)包含一冷却轴管(32)和一圆盘状的驱动圆盘(31),所述的固定套筒(4)包含一圆筒状的套筒主体(41),所述的套筒主体(41)的侧壁上设有一由环形的固定环槽(42)组成的固定环槽阵列,所述的固定环槽(42)上分别设有一环形的切割刀盘(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄膜切割机的风冷切割装置,其特征在于,所述的套筒主体(41)的侧壁上设有一由通风孔(43)组成的通风孔阵列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的薄膜切割机的风冷切割装置,其特征在于,所述的切割刀盘(5)与所述的固定环槽(42)焊接连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的薄膜切割机的风冷切割装置,其特征在于,所述的驱动圆盘(31)的外径与所述的套筒主体(41)的内径相适应。
