本发明公开了一种蚕丝棉被的生产方法,制备方法为“将蚕丝原料加入双氧水中浸泡,将蚕丝转入碳酸钠溶液中,加热至80℃~90℃,煮练30分钟‑50分钟,然后向超声仪中加入3‑氯‑2‑羟丙基三甲基氯化铵中进行超声处理,将超声处理后的蚕丝水洗至中性,然后将蚕丝置于电气石溶胶液中,涂覆处理20分钟~30分钟,烘干,将蚕丝按照开松梳棉、风送充绒、梳棉铺网、无胶定形的方式制备被芯,包覆所述被套,即得到蚕丝棉被,采用本发明方法制备的蚕丝棉被,抗菌性能显著增强。

蚕丝棉被的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及生活用品技术领域,尤其是一种蚕丝棉被的生产方法。
背景技术
蚕丝棉被日常使用过程中,一般在通风处晾置,不宜暴晒,久而久之,蚕丝被易潮湿且易滋生细菌。现有的负离子蚕丝通过添加易产生负离子的电气石等物质,使蚕丝被不间断的释放负离子,从而使蚕丝被具有透气、轻柔、吸湿、不剌痒、抗菌及抗静电等特点,从而使负离子蚕丝被广受消费者喜爱,然而其抗菌性能有待考量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种蚕丝棉被的生产方法,这种蚕丝棉被的生产方法可以解决现有的蚕丝棉被抗菌性差的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
这种蚕丝棉被包括被套和被芯,被芯主要由蚕丝制备而成,准备方法为:将蚕丝原料加入双氧水中,浸泡2小时~2.5小时,将蚕丝转入浓度为5g/L~8g/L的碳酸钠溶液中,加热至80℃~90℃,煮练30分钟-50分钟,然后向超声仪中加入浓度6~10g/L的3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,超声处理30min~40min,将超声处理后的蚕丝水洗至中性,然后将蚕丝置于电气石溶胶液中,涂覆处理20分钟~30分钟,烘干,将蚕丝按照开松梳棉、风送充绒、梳棉铺网、无胶定形的方式制备被芯,包覆所述被套,即得到蚕丝棉被。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:碳酸钠溶液的浓度为6.5g/L。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明通过超声处理使蚕丝在超声波条件下处于快速溶胀的状态,进而使3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵快速地进入到蚕丝纤维内,使蚕丝纤维改性成为阳离子纤维,从而具有抗菌功能。
2、本发明通过将蚕丝浸润于电气石溶胶液中,从而不间断释放负离子,增强蚕丝棉被的抗菌、杀菌性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本实施例蚕丝棉被包括被套和被芯,被芯主要由蚕丝制备而成,准备方法为:将蚕丝原料加入双氧水中,浸泡2小时,将蚕丝转入浓度为5g/L的碳酸钠溶液中,加热至80℃~90℃,煮练40分钟,然后向超声仪中加入浓度6g/L的3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,超声处理40min,将超声处理后的蚕丝水洗至中性,然后将蚕丝置于电气石溶胶液中,涂覆处理25分钟,烘干,将蚕丝按照开松梳棉、风送充绒、梳棉铺网、无胶定形的方式制备被芯,包覆所述被套,即得到蚕丝棉被。
实施例2
本实施例蚕丝棉被包括被套和被芯,被芯主要由蚕丝制备而成,准备方法为:将蚕丝原料加入双氧水中,浸泡2.5小时,将蚕丝转入浓度为8g/L的碳酸钠溶液中,加热至80℃~90℃,煮练50分钟,然后向超声仪中加入浓度8g/L的3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,超声处理35min,将超声处理后的蚕丝水洗至中性,然后将蚕丝置于电气石溶胶液中,涂覆处理30分钟,烘干,将蚕丝按照开松梳棉、风送充绒、梳棉铺网、无胶定形的方式制备被芯,包覆所述被套,即得到蚕丝棉被。
实施例3
本实施例蚕丝棉被包括被套和被芯,被芯主要由蚕丝制备而成,准备方法为:将蚕丝原料加入双氧水中,浸泡2.2小时,将蚕丝转入浓度为6.5g/L的碳酸钠溶液中,加热至80℃~90℃,煮练30分钟,然后向超声仪中加入浓度10g/L的3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,超声处理30min,将超声处理后的蚕丝水洗至中性,然后将蚕丝置于电气石溶胶液中,涂覆处理20分钟,烘干,将蚕丝按照开松梳棉、风送充绒、梳棉铺网、无胶定形的方式制备被芯,包覆所述被套,即得到蚕丝棉被。

将相同质量的蚕丝不经过3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵超声处理,其余试验方法与实施例1方法相同。

将相同质量的蚕丝不经过3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵超声处理,其余试验方法与实施例2方法相同。

将相同质量的蚕丝不经过3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵超声处理,其余试验方法与实施例3方法相同。
检测抗菌性能,检测结果如下:

1.一种蚕丝棉被的生产方法,包括被套和被芯,所述被芯主要由蚕丝制备而成,其特征在于:将蚕丝原料加入双氧水中,浸泡2小时~2.5小时,将蚕丝转入浓度为5g/L~8g/L的碳酸钠溶液中,加热至80℃~90℃,煮练30分钟-50分钟,然后向超声仪中加入浓度6~10g/L的3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,超声处理30min~40min,将超声处理后的蚕丝水洗至中性,然后将蚕丝置于电气石溶胶液中,涂覆处理20分钟~30分钟,烘干,将蚕丝按照开松梳棉、风送充绒、梳棉铺网、无胶定形的方式制备被芯,包覆所述被套,即得到蚕丝棉被。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝棉被的生产方法,其特征在于:所述碳酸钠溶液的浓度为6.5g/L。
