Abstract
本发明提供一种淮山葛根茶及其制备方法,原料包括:淮山、葛根、丹参、三七、当归、胡萝卜;制备方法如下:将淮山、葛根、丹参、三七、当归洗净,晾干后,粉碎,再搅拌均匀,得到混合料;将胡萝卜榨成汁,蒸煮1‑3分钟,再与混合料混合均匀,放置5‑10分钟,压片成型;将经步骤2后的压片干燥至含水量为8‑10%,杀菌,包装,制得成淮山葛根茶。本发明淮山葛根茶通过葛根、丹参、三七可以促进血液循环,通过胡萝卜汁可以暖和身体,抑制头晕。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种淮山葛根茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
淮山又名山药,有“神仙之食”的美名,富含有大量蛋白质、糖类、维生素、葡萄糖、粗蛋白氨基酸、胆汁碱、尿囊素、及碘、钙、铁、磷等人体不可缺少的无机盐和微量元素等营养成分,具有健脾、补肺、固肾、益精等多种功效。
葛根是传统的药食两用型植物,富含葛根黄酮、纤维素、人体必需氨基酸以及矿质元素,具有改善脑部血循环作用,对降低血脂、血压、血糖、辅助治疗冠心病、心绞痛、神经性头痛,调节内分泌等有明显的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足之处,提供一种可促进血液循环、改善头晕的淮山葛根茶及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种淮山葛根茶,包括以下各组分:淮山、葛根、丹参、三七、当归、胡萝卜。
进一步地,所述淮山葛根茶的各组分按重量份计算为:淮山20-30份、葛根20-25份、丹参10-15份、三七3-7份、当归2-4份、胡萝卜15-18份。
更进一步地,所述淮山葛根茶的各组分按重量份计算为:淮山25份、葛根23份、丹参13份、三七4份、当归3份、胡萝卜16份。
一种淮山葛根茶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将淮山、葛根、丹参、三七、当归洗净,晾干后,粉碎,再搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
步骤2:将胡萝卜榨成汁,蒸煮1-3分钟,再与混合料混合均匀,放置5-10分钟,压片成型;
步骤3:将经步骤2后的压片干燥至含水量为8-10%,杀菌,包装,制得成淮山葛根茶。
进一步地,步骤3中,干燥机的温度在20-28℃。
本发明淮山葛根茶通过葛根、丹参、三七可以促进血液循环,通过胡萝卜汁可以暖和身体,抑制头晕。

本发明淮山葛根茶的各组分按重量份计算如下:淮山20份、葛根20份、丹参10份、三七3份、当归2份、胡萝卜15份。

本发明淮山葛根茶的各组分按重量份计算如下:淮山30份、葛根25份、丹参15份、三七7份、当归4份、胡萝卜18份。
实施例3
本发明淮山葛根茶的各组分按重量份计算如下:淮山25份、葛根23份、丹参13份、三七4份、当归3份、胡萝卜16份。
上述实施例1-3所述的淮山葛根茶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将淮山、葛根、丹参、三七、当归洗净,晾干后,粉碎,再搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
步骤2:将胡萝卜榨成汁,蒸煮1-3分钟,再与混合料混合均匀,放置5-10分钟,压片成型;
步骤3:将经步骤2后的压片干燥至含水量为8-10%,杀菌,包装,制得成淮山葛根茶。

1.一种淮山葛根茶,其特征在于包括以下各组分:淮山、葛根、丹参、三七、当归、胡萝卜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的淮山葛根茶,其特征在于:所述淮山葛根茶的各组分按重量份计算为:淮山20-30份、葛根20-25份、丹参10-15份、三七3-7份、当归2-4份、胡萝卜15-18份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的淮山葛根茶,其特征在于:所述淮山葛根茶的各组分按重量份计算为:淮山25份、葛根23份、丹参13份、三七4份、当归3份、胡萝卜16份。
4.一种淮山葛根茶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将淮山、葛根、丹参、三七、当归洗净,晾干后,粉碎,再搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
步骤2:将胡萝卜榨成汁,蒸煮1-3分钟,再与混合料混合均匀,放置5-10分钟,压片成型;
步骤3:将经步骤2后的压片干燥至含水量为8-10%,杀菌,包装,制得成淮山葛根茶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的淮山葛根茶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3中,干燥机的温度在20-28℃。
