Abstract

此外本发明涉及一种用于机动车的具有相应的制动盘的制动装置。
现有技术
开头所述的制动盘和制动装置由现有技术中已知。因此例如公开文献WO2013/127896A1公开一种用于机动车的具有摩擦环的制动盘,在摩擦环中铸入镶嵌件,其中,镶嵌件应该具有泡沫状的、多孔的结构。镶嵌件在此可以以编织物、销钉或针的形式被铸入。
本发明的公开
按照本发明的具有权利要求1的特征的制动盘具有优点,它被振动优化地设计,因此在摩擦环中的振动通过镶嵌件的特殊的结构被阻尼。按照本发明规定,镶嵌件环形盘形状地构造成并且与摩擦环同轴地布置,其中,镶嵌件具有多个通孔,该通孔通过摩擦环的材料填充。镶嵌件因此是环形盘形状地构造成的并且与摩擦环同轴地布置在摩擦环中,由此镶嵌件在整个圆周上被摩擦环的材料,尤其被摩擦环的浇铸材料围住。在此镶嵌件具有多个通孔,其中,该通孔被用摩擦环的材料填充。通孔在这一点上应该理解为一种完全穿过镶嵌件延伸的开口。由此摩擦环分段地穿过镶嵌件的通孔延伸。换言之,摩擦环具有多个连接段,它们穿过摩擦环或者说摩擦环的通孔延伸。由此可以以简单的方式和方法实现制动盘的有利的振动阻尼。尤其可以以简单的方式和方法使振动阻尼通过通孔的数量和构造适配于相应的应用情况。
按照本发明的一个有利的扩展方案规定,通孔均匀地在镶嵌件的圆周上分布地布置。由此一方面产生对制动盘的有利的振动阻尼和另一方面保证,不会由于不均匀的通孔和由此由于不均匀的材料分布在制动盘中出现不平衡。
按照本发明的一个优选的扩展方案此外规定,镶嵌件由陶瓷材料制成。将镶嵌件构造成陶瓷镶嵌件导致优点,即使制动盘的总重量保持很小,并且同时可以实现最佳的振动阻尼。由于多孔性,其在陶瓷构件中一般地是存在的,此外实现,在镶嵌件的整个圆周上保证摩擦环和镶嵌件的有利的连接。附加地针对通孔,摩擦环的材料完全地通过这些通孔延伸,陶瓷镶嵌件的多孔的表面允许,摩擦环的材料可以在镶嵌件的边缘处局部地侵入,由此保证在摩擦环和镶嵌件之间的特别紧凑的和牢固的连接。
此外优选规定,通孔具有至少两种不同的尺寸。原则上通孔可以是相同地构造成的,而在此处规定,设置两种不同的类型的通孔,它们尤其在其横截面积上有区别。由此产生通过镶嵌件的摩擦环的不同宽度的穿透段。依据尺寸的选择情况,因此可以进一步影响制动盘的振动特性。
此外优选规定,通孔具有至少两种不同的轮廓。通过选择的轮廓可以影响制动盘的振动特性。通过设置至少两种不同的轮廓,振动特性被进一步优化。备选地,所有的通孔可以具有相同的轮廓。
按照本发明的一个有利的扩展方案规定,镶嵌件配设有多个凸出的肋条。通过用摩擦环的材料围铸镶嵌件由此产生另一种形状配合连接,其有利于制动盘的振动特性。
按照本发明的具有权利要求7的特征的制动装置具有至少一个可与机动车的车轮配置的制动盘和与制动盘配置的并且可操作的制动块装置。制动装置的特征在于按照本发明的制动盘的构造。由此得到所述的关于制动盘的有利的振动阻尼特性的优点,该特性有利地作用于制动装置的运行。其它的特征和优点由前面已经描述的内容以及由从属权利要求中得到。

图1在简化的剖视图中示出用于在此处没有详细示出的机动车的制动装置1。制动装置1具有可与机动车的车轮配置的制动盘2以及与制动盘2配置的制动装置3。制动装置3具有两种可移动的制动块4,它们为了实施制动过程可以被压向制动盘2的端面。这种制动装置1原则上是已知的,因此在此处不对其进行详细讨论。目前可以看到,制动盘2具有摩擦环5,两种镶嵌件6位于该摩擦环中。摩擦环5圆环形地构造和由浇铸材料制成。镶嵌件6也圆环形地构造并且位于摩擦环5的内部中。镶嵌件6在此由陶瓷材料制成。
图2示出沿着图1中的线A-A通过制动盘2的剖视图,该线位于镶嵌件6之一的平面中。镶嵌件6在它的圆周上分布地具有多个通孔7,8和9。通孔7,8和9分别具有不同的轮廓,和均匀地在镶嵌件6的圆周上分布地布置。通孔7具有菱形的轮廓,通孔9圆形的轮廓和通孔8星形的轮廓。由于通孔7,8,9完全通过镶嵌件6的材料延伸,通孔在制造制动盘2时被摩擦环5的材料穿透。由此形成用于制动盘7的有利的振动特性。在此通过由陶瓷制成的这个镶嵌件6或这些镶嵌件6的构造此外在总体上减小制动盘2的重量。通过通孔7,8和9的数量和构造,制动盘2的振动特性可以适配于相应的应用情况。尤其可以规定,设置仅仅通孔7或仅仅通孔8或仅仅通孔9。也可以规定,通孔7,8和/或9位于镶嵌件的相同的半径上,而不如在本实施例中位于不同的半径上那样。
Claims (7)
1.用于机动车的制动盘(1),具有摩擦环(5)和至少一个位于摩擦环(5)中的镶嵌件(6),其特征在于,镶嵌件(6)环形盘形状地构造并且与摩擦环(5)同轴地布置,其中,镶嵌件(6)具有多个通孔(7,8,9),它们被用摩擦环(5)的材料填充。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制动盘,其特征在于,通孔(7,8,9)均匀地在镶嵌件(6)的圆周上分布地布置。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的制动盘,其特征在于,镶嵌件(6)由陶瓷材料制成。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的制动盘,其特征在于,通孔(7,8,9)具有至少两种不同的尺寸。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的制动盘,其特征在于,通孔(7,8,9)具有至少两种不同的轮廓。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的制动盘,其特征在于,镶嵌件(5)具有至少一个,尤其多个凸出的肋条。
7.用于机动车的制动装置(1),具有至少一个可与机动车的车轮配置的制动盘(2),和具有至少一个与制动盘(2)配置的并且可操作的制动装置(3),其特征在于根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的制动盘(2)的构造。
