本申请涉及一种电子设备保护箱体,包括箱体本体和旋转连接于所述箱体本体的开关门,所述箱体本体内部设有置物架,所述箱体本体的面板由外向内依次为第一外钢板层,泡沫水泥板层、真空层、气凝胶复合屏蔽层和第二内钢板层组成;对于放置在箱体内部的电子设备能够屏蔽外界电磁波对其的干扰,同时能够隔热,具备双重保护功效,效果明显。

技术领域
本申请涉及电子设备保护箱领域,尤其涉及一种电子设备保护箱体。
背景技术
随着科学技术的高速发展,电磁波已经广泛应用于电子、家用电器、通信工具、计算机、医疗等各个领域,伴随着电气产品给我们的生活、生产带来越来越多便利的同时,由于电子设备向着灵敏、密集、高频等方向发展,在有限空间中,电磁环境日益恶化、电磁能量密度越来越大;并且随着电子设备的数字化、高频化发展,其抵抗电磁波的能力越来越脆弱。
在另一方面,随着高分子材料的发展,工程塑料以质轻、价廉等优点大量代替金属应用于电子和通信设备,但工程塑料对电磁波几乎是透明的,不具备电磁波的屏蔽功能。
发明内容
针对上述提出的现实问题,本发明旨在提供一种电子设备保护箱体,以解决上述提出的问题。
本发明的实施例中提供了一种电子设备保护箱体,包括箱体本体和旋转连接于所述箱体本体的开关门,所述箱体本体内部设有置物架,所述箱体本体的面板由外向内依次为第一外钢板层,泡沫水泥板层、真空层、气凝胶复合屏蔽层和第二内钢板层组成。
优选地,所述置物架包覆有气凝胶复合屏蔽层。
优选地,所述气凝胶复合屏蔽层的隔热相为SiO2气凝胶,所述气凝胶复合屏蔽层的电磁屏蔽相为铜网。
优选地,所述气凝胶复合屏蔽层的结构为板状SiO2气凝胶中间夹有铜网。
本发明的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
本发明的电子设备保护箱体的箱体本体采用气凝胶复合屏蔽层,其具有良好的电磁屏蔽和隔热效果,对于放置在箱体内部的电子设备能够屏蔽外界电磁波对其的干扰,同时能够隔热,具备双重保护功效,效果明显,从而解决了上述提出问题。

具体实施方式
这里将详细地对示例性实施例进行说明,其示例表示在附图中。下面的描述涉及附图时,除非另有表示,不同附图中的相同数字表示相同或相似的要素。以下示例性实施例中所描述的实施方式并不代表与本发明相一致的所有实施方式。相反,它们仅是与如所附权利要求书中所详述的、本发明的一些方面相一致的装置和方法的例子。
本申请的实施例涉及一种电子设备保护箱体,图1为该电子设备保护箱体的结构示意图,一种电子设备保护箱体,包括箱体本体1和旋转连接于所述箱体本体的开关门2,所述箱体本体1内部设有置物架;图2为所述箱体本体1的结构示意图,所述箱体本体1的面板由外向内依次为第一外钢板层3,泡沫水泥板层4、真空层5、气凝胶复合屏蔽层6和第二内钢板层7组成;所述置物架包覆有气凝胶复合屏蔽层6。
上述电子设备保护箱体的箱体本体采用气凝胶复合屏蔽层,其具有良好的电磁屏蔽和隔热效果,对于放置在箱体内部的电子设备能够屏蔽外界电磁波对其的干扰,同时能够隔热,具备双重保护功效。
为了达到本申请的隔热和电磁屏蔽的技术效果,本申请的所述气凝胶复合屏蔽层6的结构如图3所示,在气凝胶复合屏蔽层6中,隔热相为SiO2气凝胶10,该SiO2气凝胶10为平板状,并且中间夹有铜网20作为电磁屏蔽相,该平板状SiO2气凝胶10厚度为2mm,该铜网20丝径为0.2mm,孔径为0.1mm;并且该铜网表面电镀有镍层,镍层厚度为1微米。
气凝胶复合屏蔽层以SiO2气凝胶为隔热相,并且采用凝胶一体成型工艺,电磁屏蔽相为铜网,该铜网加工工艺简单,价格低廉,并且网状结构中间可以填充有SiO2气凝胶,使得铜网两侧的SiO2气凝胶物理连续,避免了对隔热效果的影响,铜网表面镀一层镍层,其与SiO2气凝胶中的抗电磁增强体接触,形成电磁屏蔽的三维结构,大大提高了电磁屏蔽效果。
在优选地实施例中,本申请的气凝胶复合屏蔽层中,添加有质量比为3:2:5的炭黑、TiO2、陶瓷粉;由于SiO2气凝胶在高温下对波长3~8微米的近红外具有较强的透过性,致使其在高温下热导率较高,隔热效果较差,本申请气凝胶复合屏蔽层中采用炭黑、TiO2、陶瓷粉的混合物作为遮光剂,其能够有效的吸收或散射近红外辐射,从而有效降低气凝胶复合屏蔽层的高温辐射热导率,增强其高温隔热效果。
更进一步优选地,所述气凝胶复合屏蔽层6的制备过程如下:
步骤一,制备SiO2溶胶
首先需要配制正硅酸乙酯与乙醇的混合溶液,在搅拌下,加入去离子水、HCl与乙醇的混合液,静置,加入CuO粒子,作为催化剂,使得正硅酸乙酯充分水解,再加入一定配比的去离子水、NH3·H2O与乙醇三者混合物,得到SiO2溶胶,在该SiO2溶胶中,正硅酸乙酯、H2O、乙醇、HCl、NH3·H2O的摩尔比为1:2:13:1.8×10-3:3.6×10-3
步骤二,加入遮光剂和抗电磁增强体
将步骤一中得到的SiO2溶胶倒入装有镀镍碳纤维的容器中,然后加入炭黑、TiO2、陶瓷粉的混合物,机械搅拌,再加入锡粒,继续搅拌均匀,得到溶胶混合体;
本申请采用镀镍碳纤维、锡粒为抗电磁增强体,炭黑、TiO2、陶瓷粉的混合物为遮光剂,其中镀镍碳纤维直径为30微米,锡粒、炭黑、TiO2、陶瓷粉的粒径为10微米;其中,镀镍碳纤维体积分数为12~19%;
步骤三,铜网电镀镍层
取铜网,利用电镀工艺在铜网表面镀一层镍层;
步骤四,将溶胶混合体包覆铜网
将步骤三得到的镀镍铜网浸在步骤二得到的溶胶混合体中,待溶胶混合体凝胶后,倒入乙醇以,使湿凝胶在乙醇溶剂中静置3天,以使凝胶的缩聚反应继续进行,网络结构继续长大,骨架更加牢固;
步骤五,超临界干燥
a)将老化过的溶胶混合体及乙醇溶剂放置在密封的高压釜内,缓慢升温,压力增大,待乙醇溶剂气一液界面消失,表面张力不复存在,在该状态下保温10h;
b)保温下,将溶剂缓慢释放直至压力降为常压;
c)到常压时,降低釜内温度至室温,开釜取样即可得到SiO2气凝胶;
d)取上面得到的SiO2气凝胶,将其剪切为厚度2mm的薄板,并且使得所述铜网位于薄板中间,即得到气凝胶复合屏蔽层。
本申请电子设备保护箱体在隔热效果方面:常温下,气凝胶复合屏蔽层的热导率为0.017W/m·K,隔热效果明显,能够有效保护箱体内电子设备免受环境中热量的影响;在电磁屏蔽效果方面,在电磁波固定为1500MHz时,由于镀镍碳纤维体积分数影响电磁屏蔽效能,如下表1为不同镀镍碳纤维体积分数对应的电磁屏蔽效能,镀镍碳纤维体积分数为10%时,该电子设备保护箱体的电磁屏蔽效果最佳。

1.一种电子设备保护箱体,包括箱体本体和旋转连接于所述箱体本体的开关门,所述箱体本体内部设有置物架,其特征在于,所述箱体本体的面板由外向内依次为第一外钢板层,泡沫水泥板层、真空层、气凝胶复合屏蔽层和第二内钢板层组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备保护箱体,其特征在于,所述置物架包覆有气凝胶复合屏蔽层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电子设备保护箱体,其特征在于,所述气凝胶复合屏蔽层的隔热相为SiO2气凝胶,所述气凝胶复合屏蔽层的电磁屏蔽相为铜网。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电子设备保护箱体,其特征在于,所述气凝胶复合屏蔽层的结构为平板状SiO2气凝胶中间夹有铜网。
