Abstract

本发明公开一种双光源液晶模组,包括上偏光片、CF玻璃基材、TFT玻璃基材、下偏光片和LED灯条,所述的上偏光片、CF玻璃基材、TFT玻璃基材、下偏光片自上而下依次层叠,TFT玻璃基材上设置集成电路和柔性电路板,下偏光片上设置PCB组件,其特征在于:所述的LED灯条设为两个,分别设于上述元件的层叠组合体的两侧。本发明能够提高辉度,有效改善散热问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及液晶模组技术领域,具体是一种双光源液晶模组。
背景技术
液晶显示器 (Liquid Crystal Display,LCD) 由于体积小、厚度薄、重量轻及低功耗而广泛应用在个人电脑、移动电话、电视、车载系统及监视器等电子产品,液晶模组是液晶显示器的重要组成部分,液晶模组的辉度一般在250cd/㎡左右,高亮液晶模组可做到300 cd/㎡~350 cd/㎡左右,但对车载系统来说,此亮度的液晶模组无法满足强光下车载液晶模组辉度的要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能够提高辉度,有效改善散热问题的双光源液晶模组。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:提供一种双光源液晶模组,包括上偏光片、CF玻璃基材、TFT玻璃基材、下偏光片和LED灯条,所述的上偏光片、CF玻璃基材、TFT玻璃基材、下偏光片自上而下依次层叠,TFT玻璃基材上设置集成电路和柔性电路板,下偏光片上设置PCB组件,所述的LED灯条设为两个,分别设于上述元件的层叠组合体的两侧。
采用上述结构后,本发明双光源液晶模组采用独特双向进光方式,由液晶模组两边同时进光,由之前传统单光源模组升级为双光源模组,在液晶模组上下或左右侧边同时放置LED灯条,极大的提高了液晶模组的辉度,满足现在市场高亮液晶模组的需求,同时液晶模组内部LED工作后热量由单侧散热改为两侧散热,使得液晶模组散热性能更好,从而达到液晶模组低碳环保要求。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
如图1所示,本发明双光源液晶模组,包括上偏光片1、CF玻璃基材2、TFT玻璃基材3、下偏光片6和LED灯条8,上偏光片1、CF玻璃基材2、TFT玻璃基材3、下偏光片6自上而下依次层叠,TFT玻璃基材3上设置集成电路4和柔性电路板5,下偏光片6上设置PCB组件7, LED灯条8设为两个,分别设于由上偏光片1、CF玻璃基材2、TFT玻璃基材3和下偏光片6层叠起来的层叠组合体的两侧。

1.一种双光源液晶模组,包括上偏光片、CF玻璃基材、TFT玻璃基材、下偏光片和LED灯条,所述的上偏光片、CF玻璃基材、TFT玻璃基材、下偏光片自上而下依次层叠,TFT玻璃基材上设置集成电路和柔性电路板,下偏光片上设置PCB组件,其特征在于:所述的LED灯条设为两个,分别设于上述元件的层叠组合体的两侧。
