Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻流型液体换热器,其为圆柱形的密封壳体,壳体内设有多根水平安装的换热管路,换热管路的一端连接在换热进液口上,另一端连接在换热出液口上,单根换热管路上均匀分布有多个换热圆盘,换热圆盘的中部设有圆形的阻流板,阻流板与换热圆盘之间设有液体通道,阻流板的直径大于换热管路的直径,阻流板通过锁紧条固定连接在换热圆盘内侧,相邻的两根换热管路上的多个阻流圆盘错位分布;本发明通过在换热器壳体内添加带有多个换热圆盘的直线型换热管路,解决了换热液在换热管路内停留时间较短的问题,于此同时,换热圆盘通过阻流层阻挡换热介质在壳体内的直线流动,提高了换热介质在壳体内的停留时间;大大提高了换热效率。

阻流型液体换热器
技术领域
本发明涉及液体换热技术领域,尤其涉及一种阻流型液体换热器。
背景技术
液体换热一般采用单根或者多根安装在换热壳程内的换热管路进行换热,传统的换热管路均为直线型或螺旋形,对于直线型的换热管路,换热液在管路内直线流动,液体在管路内的停留时间较短,不能与换热介质充分换热,换热效率低;对于螺旋形的换热管路,换热液在管路内的停留时间较长,但是由于管路本身为异形的,因此管路在壳体内的占据了很大的空间,同一组壳体内的仅能设有几组或者一组换热管路,总体来看,其管路与换热面积较小,换热效率同样不高。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种结构简单,换热面积大,换热液在管路内停留时间长,换热效率高的阻流型液体换热器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种阻流型液体换热器,所述的换热器为圆柱形的密封壳体,壳体的一侧设有介质进液口,介质进液口的对侧的壳体上设有介质出液口,所述的壳体内设有多根水平安装的换热管路,换热管路的一端连接在换热进液口上,另一端连接在换热出液口上,单根换热管路上均匀分布有多个换热圆盘,换热圆盘的中部设有圆形的阻流板,阻流板与换热圆盘之间设有液体通道,阻流板的直径大于换热管路的直径,阻流板通过锁紧条固定连接在换热圆盘内侧,相邻的两根换热管路上的多个阻流圆盘错位分布。
本发明的阻流圆盘由圆形的连接层和圆环形的阻流层所组成,连接层连接在换热管路上,阻流层设置在连接层的外侧,所述的阻流层为倾斜安装的圆环形结构;阻流圆盘主要通过阻流层进行阻流,无论是换热液还是换热介质在壳体或管路内均是呈一个方向上流动的,通过阻流板在其流动方向上进行阻流,提高这两种液体在壳体内的停留时间。
本发明的阻流层的以倾斜向介质进液口一侧的方式安装在换热管路上,换热液通过换热圆盘内的阻流板进行阻流,对于壳体内部的换热介质,通过倾斜安装的阻流层进行阻流,阻流效果更好。
本发明的介质进液口和介质出液口均通过锥形的导流管连接在壳体内侧;换热介质通过锥形的导流管均匀通入到壳体内的各个位置上,方便均匀换热。
本发明的换热进液口和换热出液口均通过液体分布管连接在多根换热管路上,换热液通过液体分布管均匀分布到各个换热管路上,方便均匀换热。
本发明的优点在于:本发明通过在换热器壳体内添加带有多个换热圆盘的直线型换热管路,解决了换热液在换热管路内停留时间较短的问题,于此同时,换热圆盘在壳体内部形成一个一个阻流层,通过阻流层阻挡换热介质在壳体内的直线流动,提高了换热介质在壳体内的停留时间;壳体内的换热管路不仅换热面积大,而且换热液和换热介质的停留时间长,大大提高了换热效率;装置本身结构简单,操作方便,实用效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的描述。
实施例1:如图1、2和3所示的一种阻流型液体换热器,所述的换热器为圆柱形的密封壳体1,壳体1的一侧设有介质进液口2,介质进液口2的对侧的壳体1上设有介质出液口3,所述的壳体1内设有多根水平安装的换热管路6,换热管路6的一端连接在换热进液口4上,另一端连接在换热出液口5上,单根换热管路6上均匀分布有多个换热圆盘7,换热圆盘7的中部设有圆形的阻流板8,阻流板8与换热圆盘7之间设有液体通道9,阻流板8的直径大于换热管路6的直径,阻流板8通过锁紧条10固定连接在换热圆盘7内侧,相邻的两根换热管路6上的多个阻流圆盘7错位分布。
实施例2:如图1、2和3所示,阻流圆盘7由圆形的连接层和圆环形的阻流层11所组成,连接层连接在换热管路6上,阻流层11设置在连接层的外侧,所述的阻流层11为倾斜安装的圆环形结构;阻流圆盘7主要通过阻流层11进行阻流,无论是换热液还是换热介质在壳体或管路内均是呈一个方向上流动的,通过阻流板11在其流动方向上进行阻流,提高这两种液体在壳体内的停留时间。
实施例3:如图1、2和3所示,阻流层11的以倾斜向介质进液口2一侧的方式安装在换热管路6上,换热液通过换热圆盘7内的阻流板8进行阻流,对于壳体1内部的换热介质,通过倾斜安装的阻流层11进行阻流,阻流效果更好。
实施例4:如图1、2和3所示,介质进液口2和介质出液口3均通过锥形的导流管12连接在壳体1内侧;换热介质通过锥形的导流管12均匀通入到壳体1内的各个位置上,方便均匀换热。
实施例5:如图1、2和3所示,换热进液口4和换热出液口5均通过液体分布管连接在多根换热管路6上,换热液通过液体分布管均匀分布到各个换热管路6上,方便均匀换热。
需要说明的是,上述仅仅是本发明的较佳实施例,并非用来限定本发明的保护范围,在上述实施例的基础上所做出的任意组合或等同变换均属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种阻流型液体换热器,所述的换热器为圆柱形的密封壳体,壳体的一侧设有介质进液口,介质进液口的对侧的壳体上设有介质出液口,其特征在于,所述的壳体内设有多根水平安装的换热管路,换热管路的一端连接在换热进液口上,另一端连接在换热出液口上,单根换热管路上均匀分布有多个换热圆盘,换热圆盘的中部设有圆形的阻流板,阻流板与换热圆盘之间设有液体通道,阻流板的直径大于换热管路的直径,阻流板通过锁紧条固定连接在换热圆盘内侧,相邻的两根换热管路上的多个阻流圆盘错位分布。
2.如权利要求1所述的阻流型液体换热器,其特征在于,所述的阻流圆盘由圆形的连接层和圆环形的阻流层所组成,连接层连接在换热管路上,阻流层设置在连接层的外侧,所述的阻流层为倾斜安装的圆环形结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的阻流型液体换热器,其特征在于,所述阻流层的以倾斜向介质进液口一侧的方式安装在换热管路上。
4.如权利要求1所述的阻流型液体换热器,其特征在于,所述的介质进液口和介质出液口均通过锥形的导流管连接在壳体内侧。
5.如权利要求1所述的阻流型液体换热器,其特征在于,所述的换热进液口和换热出液口均通过液体分布管连接在多根换热管路上。
