Abstract

本实用新型是用于换热器中的一种高效双管内置散热片换热管,它具有外管,其特征是:在外管内中心处布置有一小直径内管,在内、外管之间设置有扰流的散热片,且内管的进口端缩口成球形堵头;本实用新型克服了普通换热管外侧扎制螺纹结构或换热管管外侧套散热片结构设计的换热器壳体直径较大,制造难、成本高、安全系数低、不能满足高可靠性要求的缺点,主要应用于石油化工、船舶、冶金、工程机械、电力等行业高压力和高可靠性的液体换热器和气体换热器。

高效双管内置散热片换热管 
㈠技术领域:本实用新型涉及机械制造技术领域,是用于换热器中的一种高效双管内置散热片换热管。 
㈡背景技术:现今制造的各类换热器的高效换热管绝大多数为换热管管外侧扎制螺纹结构,也有一部分换热管为换热管管外侧套散热片结构。这种换热器使用的换热管主要是强化换热管外侧介质的传热。但是有许多换热器工作压力较高,达到5.0Mpa以上,采用换热管管外扎制螺纹结构或换热管管外套散热片结构的换热管设计的换热器壳体直径较大,在高压力情况下壳体等零部件和连接法兰设计厚度大,因而制造难,成本高。高压力大直径产品安全系数低,随时会造成壳体破裂。另外有的介质属高压、有毒流体,一旦渗漏将对环境造成污染、甚至伤及人身安全。 
㈢发明内容:本实用新型的目的是要克服普通换热管管外侧扎制螺纹结构或换热管管外侧套散热片结构设计的换热器壳体直径较大时,在高压情况下壳体等零件设计厚度大,制造难,成本高,安全系数低,不能满足高可靠性要求的缺点,提供的一种高效双管内置散热片换热管。 
本实用新型的具体方案是:针对普通换热管进行改进,它具有外管,其特征是:在外管内中心处布置有一小直径内管,在内、外管之间设置有扰流的散热片,并且所述内管的进口端缩口成球形堵头。 
本实用新型中所述内、外管之间设置的扰流散热片为平直散热片或波纹形散热片或锯齿形散热片。 
本实用新型中所述外管两端为缩口结构;即外管的两端直径缩小,增加管与管之间的间距,有利于提高管与管板连接的可靠性。 
实用新型结构简单,传热效率高,能满足高可靠性要求,内置散热片,可使换热器壳体直径减小,从而降低制造成本,并能提高安全系数。本实用新型的内管直接缩口呈球形堵头,制造成本低,安全可靠。

㈤具体实施方式: 
参见图1、2、3,本实用新型具有外管1,其两端为缩口结构,即外管1的两端口径较中段缩小。特别是在外管2的中心处设置一内管2,在内、外管2和1之间装上扰流的平直散热片4(扰流的平直散热片4的具体结构参见图4、5、6,安装前绕水平轴心线围成筒形),并且内管2的进口端(图中右端)缩口呈球形堵头3,即构成本实用新型。
本实用新型中扰流的平直散热片还可以采用波纹形散热片和锯齿形散热片等其它形式的散热片。

1.一种高效双管内置散热片换热管,具有外管,其特征是:在外管内中心处布置有一小直径内管,在内、外管之间设置有扰流散热片;并且所述内管的进口端缩口成球形堵头。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效双管内置散热片换热管,其特征是:所述内、外管之间设置的扰流散热片为平直散热片或波纹形散热片或锯齿形散热片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效双管内置散热片换热管,其特征是:所述外管两端为缩口结构。
