Abstract
本发明公开了一种除湿机,其包括除湿系统,除湿系统包括供空气依次穿过的进风口、冷量储存器、蒸发器、冷量储存器、冷凝器和出风口,进风口和出风口均开设在除湿机的主体上,蒸发器、冷量储存器和冷凝器均固定安装在主体内;蒸发器用于使空气降温,使空气中的水分凝聚成水珠,其下方设置有收集水珠的水盘;冷量储存器设置于蒸发器与水盘之间,用于收集水珠、吸收其冷量,并对经过的空气进行降温;冷凝器用于使空气升温形成干燥的空气。本发明采用设置冷量储存器,对空气进行提前降温,使湿热的空气变成低温高湿的空气,可降低压缩机的功率,节省能源,还可提高除湿量,提高能效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种除湿机。
背景技术
目前,除湿机由制冷循环系统和除湿系统组成;在制冷循环系统中:由压缩机压缩输出的高温高压制冷剂气体进入冷凝器冷凝管,与环境空气进行热交换后被冷却,冷凝成常温高压液体,经毛细管节流后进入蒸发器,在蒸发器中吸收空气中的热量,变成低温低压气体,然后被吸入压缩机进行压缩,如此往复循环;除湿系统中:被吸入的潮湿空气在蒸发器表面成为相对低温的干燥气体,被冷却到露点温度以下后析出凝结水,使空气中的绝对含湿量下降;接着再进入冷凝器,空气吸收制冷剂的热量而升温,变成干燥气体,最后排出。工作时,高温高湿的空气直接穿过蒸发器,使得蒸发器的热交换量需要较大,这就使得压缩机的功率也需要较大,这样会造成能耗较大,不符合节能环保的效果。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种高能效、节能的除湿机。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种除湿机,其包括除湿系统,除湿系统包括供空气依次穿过的进风口、冷量储存器、蒸发器、冷量储存器、冷凝器和出风口,进风口和出风口均开设在除湿机的主体上,蒸发器、冷量储存器和冷凝器均固定安装在主体内;蒸发器用于使空气降温,使空气中的水分凝聚成水珠,其下方设置有收集水珠的水盘;冷量储存器设置于蒸发器与水盘之间,用于收集水珠、吸收其冷量,并对经过的空气进行降温;冷凝器用于使空气升温形成干燥的空气。
其中,冷量储存器是由多层通风板层叠而成,每层通风板上均开设有多个同向的通风孔,相邻两层通风板的通风孔的方向相互垂直。
其中,通风板包括平面板和放置于平面板上方的折叠板,平面板与折叠板之间的空隙形成通风孔。
其中,除湿机还包括制冷循环系统,制冷循环系统包括固定安装在主体内的压缩机、蒸发器的蒸发管和冷凝器的冷凝管,压缩机通过高压管与冷凝管连接,冷凝管通过毛细管与蒸发管连接,蒸发管通过低压管与压缩机连接。
其中,进风口处固定安装有湿度感应器。
其中,出风口处固定安装有风轮,风轮用于将潮湿的空气从进风口处吸入,并将干燥的空气从出风口排出。
其中,主体的下方固定安装有多个脚轮。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明采用设置冷量储存器,对空气进行提前降温,使湿热的空气变成低温高湿的空气,可降低压缩机的功率,节省能源,还可提高除湿量,提高能效。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明除湿机的结构示意图如图1至图3所示,其冷量储存器的结构如图4所示,其除湿系统的流程如图5所示,该除湿机包括除湿系统,除湿系统包括供空气依次穿过的进风口41、冷量储存器7、蒸发器8、冷量储存器7、冷凝器9和出风口42,进风口41和出风口42均开设在除湿机的主体4上,蒸发器8、冷量储存器7和冷凝器9均固定安装在主体4内;蒸发器8用于使空气降温,使空气中的水分凝聚成水珠,其下方设置有收集水珠的水盘6;冷量储存器7设置于蒸发器8与水盘6之间,用于收集水珠、吸收其冷量,并对经过的空气进行降温;冷凝器9用于使空气升温形成干燥的空气。冷量储存器的设置,便于凝结的水珠经过冷量储存器时,水珠沿铝箔片慢慢下滑至水盘。
如图6所示,上述冷量储存器7是由多层通风板层叠而成,每层通风板上均开设有多个同向的通风孔71,相邻两层通风板的通风孔71的方向相互垂直,使空气两次经过该冷量储存器,进一步起到降温作用。
上述通风板包括平面板72和放置于该平面板72上方的折叠板73,平面板72与折叠板73之间的空隙形成上述通风孔71,该通风孔可以是半圆形、三角形或者其他形状,可以增加空气与冷量储存器、水珠的接触面积。
上述平面板72和折叠板73均由铝箔板制成,铝箔板的传热性能好,可不断吸收水珠的冷量,使湿热的空气经过该冷量储存器时,湿热的空气与铝箔板、水珠相遇,使空气提前降温,形成低温高湿空气,可降低蒸发器的热交换量。
上述除湿机还包括制冷循环系统,制冷循环系统包括固定安装在主体4内的压缩机3、蒸发器8的蒸发管和冷凝器9的冷凝管,压缩机3通过高压管与冷凝管连接,冷凝管通过毛细管与蒸发管连接,蒸发管通过低压管与压缩机3连接。工作时,压缩机从蒸发器吸入低温低压的制冷剂,并将其压缩成高温高压的气体,通过高压管进入冷凝器的冷凝管后冷凝成液态并放出热量,再经过毛细管节流降压后进入蒸发器的蒸发管,液态制冷剂吸收空气热量,蒸发为气态通过低压管再次回到压缩机。
上述压缩机与蒸发管之间设置有膨胀机,用于膨胀制冷剂。
上述进风口41处固定安装有湿度感应器,用于检测空气中的湿度,当检测到的湿度达到预设值时,启动制冷循环系统,当检测到的湿度未达到预设值时,不启动或者关闭制冷循环系统,可智能地控制该除湿机的制冷循环系统,节省能源。
出风口42处固定安装有风轮5,风轮5用于将潮湿的空气从进风口41处吸入,并将干燥的空气从出风口42排出。
上述水盘6内的水经出水管排出。
该主体4的下方固定安装有多个脚轮2,便于使用者移动除湿机。
工作时,启动风轮,高湿高温的空气从进风口处被吸入;湿热的空气经过冷量储存器后提前降温形成为高湿低温的空气;该高湿低温的空气经过蒸发器,空气被进一步冷却,空气中的水分凝聚在蒸发器表面形成水珠,该水珠经过冷量储存器留至水盘内,最后经出水管排出;经过蒸发器后的空气变为低温低湿空气,再次进入冷量储存器,使空气进一步吸收冷量,进一步吸收冷量的低温低湿空气再经过冷凝器升温后变成高温低湿空气;最后该高温低湿空气被风轮从出风口排出。本发明对高湿高温进行提前降温,降低了压缩机的功率,节省了能源,还可提高除湿量,提高能效。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种除湿机,其特征在于:所述除湿机包括除湿系统,所述除湿系统包括供空气依次穿过的进风口(41)、冷量储存器(7)、蒸发器(8)、所述冷量储存器(7)、冷凝器(9)和出风口(42),所述进风口(41)和所述出风口(42)均开设在所述除湿机的主体(4)上,所述蒸发器(8)、所述冷量储存器(7)和所述冷凝器(9)均固定安装在所述主体(4)内;所述蒸发器(8)用于使空气降温,使空气中的水分凝聚成水珠,其下方设置有收集所述水珠的水盘(6);所述冷量储存器(7)设置于所述蒸发器(8)与所述水盘(6)之间,用于收集所述水珠、吸收其冷量,并对经过的空气进行降温;所述冷凝器(9)用于使空气升温形成干燥的空气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于:所述冷量储存器(7)是由多层通风板层叠而成,每层所述通风板上均开设有多个同向的通风孔(71),相邻两层所述通风板的通风孔(71)的方向相互垂直。
3.根据权利要求2所述的除湿机,其特征在于:所述通风板包括平面板(72)和放置于所述平面板(72)上方的折叠板(73),所述平面板(72)与所述折叠板(73)之间的空隙形成所述通风孔(71)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于:所述除湿机还包括制冷循环系统,所述制冷循环系统包括固定安装在所述主体(4)内的压缩机(3)、所述蒸发器(8)的蒸发管和所述冷凝器(9)的冷凝管,所述压缩机(3)通过高压管与所述冷凝管连接,所述冷凝管通过毛细管与所述蒸发管连接,所述蒸发管通过低压管与所述压缩机(3)连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的除湿机,其特征在于:所述进风口(41)处固定安装有湿度感应器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于:所述出风口(42)处固定安装有风轮(5),所述风轮(5)用于将潮湿的空气从所述进风口(41)处吸入,并将干燥的空气从所述出风口(42)排出。
7.根据权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于:所述主体(4)的下方固定安装有多个脚轮(2)。
