本发明公开了一种智能型电液动调节蝶阀,由蝶阀本体、电液执行器两大模块组成;电液执行器由电液执行机构和控制系统组成;电液执行机构包括电动机、油泵、油箱、液压缸、执行机构;控制系统包括电气控制系统、液压控制系统;执行机构设置在蝶阀本体阀杆输出端,液压缸固定连接在执行机构一侧;油箱固定连接在执行机构一侧,油箱上设有电动机、油泵;液压控制系统设置在油箱上或执行机构上;进一步改进在于:电液执行机构还包括阀位变送器;阀位变送器设置在执行机构的上端面;电动机为伺服电动机;蝶阀本体为三偏心蝶阀。本发明结构紧凑,安装、调试简单,制造成本低,耐高温,耐高压,耐腐蚀,可实现智能化控制。

本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是一种电液动调节蝶阀。
背景技术
电液动调节蝶阀广泛应用于电力、冶金、石油、石化、天然气等行业的工艺管网及关键装备的控制系统,是控制工艺系统流量、压力等工艺参数的重要装置,具有高控制精度、高可靠性、高自动化水平等特点,并能满足特殊功能和特殊工作环境要求,其功能、性能将直接影响着系统运行的质量和经济性。现有电液动调节蝶阀由蝶阀本体、电液执行器两大模块组成,电液执行器由电液执行机构和控制系统组成,电液执行机构包括电动机、油泵、油箱、液压缸、执行机构,控制系统包括电气控制系统、液压控制系统,其中油泵、油箱设置在庞大的独立外供油源中。这种结构的电液动调节蝶阀结构庞大,安装、调试复杂,制造成本高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种结构紧凑,安装、调试简单,制造成本低的智能型电液动调节蝶阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
智能型电液动调节蝶阀,由蝶阀本体、电液执行器两大模块组成;所述电液执行器由电液执行机构和控制系统组成;所述电液执行机构包括电动机、油泵、油箱、液压缸、执行机构;所述控制系统包括电气控制系统、液压控制系统;所述执行机构设置在蝶阀本体阀杆输出端,液压缸固定连接在执行机构一侧;其改进之处在于:所述油箱固定连接在执行机构一侧,油箱上设有电动机、油泵;所述液压控制系统设置在油箱上或执行机构上。
上述结构中,所述电液执行机构还包括阀位变送器;所述阀位变送器设置在执行机构的上端面,可驱动蝶阀阀杆转动。
上述结构中,所述电动机为伺服电动机。
上述结构中,所述蝶阀本体为三偏心蝶阀。
上述结构中,所述蝶阀本体为三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1. 本发明中电液执行机构和液压控制系统一体化,使得本发明结构紧凑,安装、调试简单,制造成本低。
2. 电液执行机构设有阀位变送器,可智能化控制阀门的实时开度。
3. 电动机为伺服电动机,可使控制速度、位置精度非常准确。
4. 蝶阀本体为三偏心蝶阀,能满足高温、高压及强腐蚀、高磨损工况的需求,具有重量轻、结构紧凑、低操作扭矩等优点。

附图所示的智能型电液动调节蝶阀,由蝶阀本体1、电液执行器2两大模块组成,本实施例中,蝶阀本体1为三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀;电液执行器2由电液执行机构和控制系统组成;电液执行机构包括电动机2.1.1、油泵2.1.2、油箱2.1.3、液压缸2.1.4、执行机构2.1.5、阀位变送器2.1.6,本实施例中,电动机2.1.1为伺服电动机;控制系统包括电气控制系统、液压控制系统2.2;执行机构2.1.5设置在蝶阀本体1阀杆输出端,液压缸2.1.4固定连接在执行机构2.1.5一侧;油箱2.1.3固定连接在执行机构2.1.5一侧,油箱2.1.3上设有电动机2.1.1、油泵2.1.2;液压控制系统2.2设置在油箱2.1.3上(其它实施例中,液压控制系统2.2设置在执行机构2.1.5上),阀位变送器2.1.6设置在执行机构2.1.5的上端面,可驱动蝶阀阀杆转动。

1.一种智能型电液动调节蝶阀,由蝶阀本体(1)、电液执行器(2)两大模块组成;所述电液执行器(2)由电液执行机构和控制系统组成;所述电液执行机构包括电动机(2.1.1)、油泵(2.1.2)、油箱(2.1.3)、液压缸(2.1.4)、执行机构(2.1.5);所述控制系统包括电气控制系统、液压控制系统(2.2);所述执行机构(2.1.5)设置在蝶阀本体(1)阀杆输出端,液压缸(2.1.4)固定连接在执行机构(2.1.5)一侧;其特征在于:所述油箱(2.1.3)固定连接在执行机构(2.1.5)一侧,油箱(2.1.3)上设有电动机(2.1.1)、油泵(2.1.2);所述液压控制系统(2.2)设置在油箱(2.1.3)上或执行机构(2.1.5)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能型电液动调节蝶阀,其特征在于:所述电液执行机构还包括阀位变送器(2.1.6);所述阀位变送器(2.1.6)设置在执行机构(2.1.5)的上端面,可驱动蝶阀阀杆转动。

4.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的智能型电液动调节蝶阀,其特征在于:所述蝶阀本体(1)为三偏心蝶阀。
