本发明涉及调节阀技术领域,具体涉及一种船用电动调节阀。
背景技术
电动调节阀是工业自动化过程控制中的重要执行单元仪表。随着工业领域的自动化程度越来越高,正被越来越多地应用在各种工业生产领域中。与传统的气动调节阀相比具有明显的优点:电动调节阀节能只在工作时才消耗电能,无碳排放更加环保,无需复杂的气动管路和气泵工作站,安装快捷方便。电动调节阀的流量特性,是在阀两端压差保持恒定的条件下,介质流经电动调节阀的相对流量与它的开度之间关系。电动调节阀的流量特性有三种:线性特性、等百分比特性及抛物线特性。电动调节阀一般包括执行器、阀门,阀门的阀杆与执行器相联,通过执行器来控制阀门进行调节,也可根据控制需要,组成智能化网络控制系统,优化控制实现远程监控。工作原理:执行器里面有控制器,控制器把电流信号转换为步进电机的角行程信号,电机转动,由齿轮,杠杆,或者齿轮加杠杆,带动阀杆运作,实现阀芯的直线行程或转动角度行程。
调节阀是过程控制系统中的一个重要环节。过程控制系统由控制对象、测量变送装置、调节器和调节阀组成。调节阀的作用是接收调节器送来的控制信息,调节管道中介质的流量,从而实现过程自动化。
电动调节阀由于具有不需要增加气源液泵、不用敷设管路、调试方便、结构简单等特点,在船舶动力装置中应用广泛,但运行中也存在着诸多问题,比如稳定性差、维修困难、卡阀等问题。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、可靠性高、维护方便的船用电动调节阀。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:

如图1所示,一种船用电动调节阀,包括基座1、阀体2、电动执行机构5、微处理器6和芯片电路7,基座1上安装有阀体2,阀体2上端设有轴承3,轴承3上方设有电动执行机构5,电动执行机构5与轴承3之间设有连接底座4,电动执行机构5与一侧的微处理器6连接,微处理器6一侧设有芯片电路7,芯片电路7、微处理器6和电动执行机构5相互配合。连接底座4为全密封式结构,连接底座4为可拆卸结构,连接底座4为驱动轴套。
本发明传动部件少,结构简单,具有优异的可靠性能,同时,可自动调试以及自动控制性能好,实用智能控制,而且,维护方便,能进行故障自诊断,保证了产品的工作的稳定性,以及其使用寿命。

  1. 一种船用电动调节阀,包括基座、阀体、电动执行机构、微处理器和芯片电路,其特征在于:所述基座上安装有阀体,所述阀体上端设有轴承,所述轴承上方设有电动执行机构,所述电动执行机构与轴承之间设有连接底座,所述电动执行机构与一侧的微处理器连接,所述微处理器一侧设有芯片电路,所述芯片电路、微处理器和电动执行机构相互配合。
