Abstract

本发明公开了一种免维护耐高温蝶阀,包括阀杆、阀板和阀体;阀杆通过上下设置的上轴承、下轴承分别支承在阀体上部、下部;阀体上部、下部与阀杆结合处分别设有轴封结构Ⅰ、轴封结构Ⅱ;轴封结构Ⅰ为弹性自密封结构,轴封结构Ⅱ为自密封结构;轴封结构Ⅰ、轴封结构Ⅱ中均设有石墨填料;进一步改进在于:上轴承、下轴承均为复合滑动轴承,由外衬套、内衬套套合而成,内衬套由耐摩擦、耐高温、低摩擦系数的合金材料制成,内衬套外壁设有环形凸起嵌入外衬套内孔环槽中紧密配合;复合滑动轴承内衬套内壁设有螺旋形油槽。本发明耐高温,工作时闭扭矩小,密封可靠,可实用免维护。

免维护耐高温蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是一种双偏心蝶阀。
背景技术
现有技术的蝶阀,在阀体、阀杆的上端设有轴封结构。现有技术的轴封结构为在蝶阀的上、下衬套与阀杆之间设有径向轴封结构,该径向轴封结构以上、下衬套中的凹形环槽中嵌装O形密封圈与阀杆密封配合而成。这种结构能够有效地阻止蝶阀中通过的液体外溢,但存在着明显的缺陷:由于O形密封圈一般为橡胶圈,耐高温性能差,使得现有技术的蝶阀耐高温性能差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高耐高温性能的免维护耐高温蝶阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
免维护耐高温蝶阀,包括阀杆、阀板和阀体;所述阀杆通过上下设置的上轴承、下轴承分别支承在阀体上部、下部;所述阀体上部、下部与阀杆结合处分别设有轴封结构Ⅰ、轴封结构Ⅱ;其改进之处在于:所述轴封结构Ⅰ包括上下设置的盖板、压缩弹簧、压套、石墨填料Ⅰ;所述压套将石墨填料Ⅰ封闭在上轴承上部的阀体上部与阀杆结合处的空腔内;所述盖板套装在阀杆上,固定连接在阀体上部与阀杆结合处的空腔的孔口端面;所述压缩弹簧设置在盖板与压套之间,构成弹性自密封结构;所述轴封结构Ⅱ包括石墨填料Ⅱ、封盖;所述封盖套装在阀杆上,将石墨填料Ⅱ封闭在下轴承上部的阀体下部与阀杆结合处的空腔内;所述阀杆上设有抵压在封盖上端面上的轴肩。
上述结构中,所述上轴承、下轴承均为复合滑动轴承,由外衬套、内衬套套合而成,外衬套由碳素钢、合金钢或铸铁制成,内衬套由耐摩擦、耐高温、低摩擦系数的合金材料制成,内衬套外壁设有环形凸起嵌入外衬套内孔环槽中紧密配合。
上述结构中,所述复合滑动轴承内衬套内壁设有螺旋形油槽。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、阀体上部、下部与阀杆结合处分别设有轴封结构,轴封结构中均采用石墨填料密封,石墨填料耐高温,因此,显著提高本发明的耐高温性能。
2、阀体上部与阀杆结合处的轴封结构为弹性自密封结构,可使轴封结构中石墨填料始终紧密密封,始终保持密封可靠性,可实用免维护。
3、阀体下部与阀杆结合处的轴封结构中,阀杆的上轴肩始终抵压在封盖上端面上,可使轴封结构中石墨填料始终紧密密封,进一步提高密封可靠性。
4、上轴承、下轴承均为复合滑动轴承,内衬套由耐摩擦、耐高温、低摩擦系数的合金材料制成,这种结构的轴承耐磨,耐高温性能好,能减少轴承处的卡滞,工作时,本发明启闭扭矩较小。
5、内衬套外壁设有环形凸起嵌入外衬套内孔环槽中紧密配合,这种结构的复合滑动轴承外衬套、内衬套不易脱开,使用寿命长。
6、复合滑动轴承内衬套内壁设有螺旋形油槽,可使复合滑动轴承与阀杆之间充分润滑,进一步提高本发明的耐磨性,也进一步减小启闭扭矩。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的免维护耐高温蝶阀,包括阀杆1、阀板2和阀体3;阀杆1通过上下设置的上轴承4、下轴承5分别支承在阀体3上部、下部;阀体3上部、下部与阀杆1结合处分别设有轴封结构Ⅰ6、轴封结构Ⅱ7;轴封结构Ⅰ6包括上下设置的盖板6.4、压缩弹簧6.3、压套6.2、石墨填料Ⅰ6.1;压套6.2将石墨填料Ⅰ6.1封闭在上轴承4上部的阀体3上部与阀杆1结合处的空腔内;盖板6.4套装在阀杆1上,固定连接在阀体3上部与阀杆1结合处的空腔的孔口端面;压缩弹簧6.3设置在盖板6.4与压套6.2之间,构成弹性自密封结构;轴封结构Ⅱ7包括石墨填料Ⅱ7.1、封盖7.2;封盖7.2套装在阀杆1上,将石墨填料Ⅱ7.1封闭在下轴承5上部的阀体3下部与阀杆1结合处的空腔内;阀杆1上设有抵压在封盖7.2上端面上的轴肩1.1。
上轴承4、下轴承5均为复合滑动轴承,由外衬套、内衬套套合而成,外衬套由碳素钢、合金钢或铸铁制成,内衬套由耐摩擦、耐高温、低摩擦系数的合金材料制成,内衬套外壁设有环形凸起嵌入外衬套内孔环槽中紧密配合;复合滑动轴承内衬套内壁设有螺旋形油槽。

1.一种免维护耐高温蝶阀,包括阀杆(1)、阀板(2)和阀体(3);所述阀杆(1)通过上下设置的上轴承(4)、下轴承(5)分别支承在阀体(3)上部、下部;所述阀体(3)上部、下部与阀杆(1)结合处分别设有轴封结构Ⅰ(6)、轴封结构Ⅱ(7);其特征在于:所述轴封结构Ⅰ(6)包括上下设置的盖板(6.4)、压缩弹簧(6.3)、压套(6.2)、石墨填料Ⅰ(6.1);所述压套(6.2)将石墨填料Ⅰ(6.1)封闭在上轴承(4)上部的阀体(3)上部与阀杆(1)结合处的空腔内;所述盖板(6.4)套装在阀杆(1)上,固定连接在阀体(3)上部与阀杆(1)结合处的空腔的孔口端面;所述压缩弹簧(6.3)设置在盖板(6.4)与压套(6.2)之间,构成弹性自密封结构;所述轴封结构Ⅱ(7)包括石墨填料Ⅱ(7.1)、封盖(7.2);所述封盖(7.2)套装在阀杆(1)上,将石墨填料Ⅱ(7.1)封闭在下轴承(5)上部的阀体(3)下部与阀杆(1)结合处的空腔内;所述阀杆(1)上设有抵压在封盖(7.2)上端面上的轴肩(1.1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免维护耐高温蝶阀,其特征在于:所述上轴承(4)、下轴承(5)均为复合滑动轴承,由外衬套、内衬套套合而成,外衬套由碳素钢、合金钢或铸铁制成,内衬套由耐摩擦、耐高温、低摩擦系数的合金材料制成,内衬套外壁设有环形凸起嵌入外衬套内孔环槽中紧密配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的免维护耐高温蝶阀,其特征在于:所述复合滑动轴承内衬套内壁设有螺旋形油槽。
