本发明公开了一种带自润滑结构的空气压缩机,包含一泵壳和一盖板,所述的泵壳内设有一驱动轴,所述的驱动轴的头部设有一偏心转盘和一塞柱安装座,所述的塞柱安装座上设有一可拆卸的塞杆,所述的塞杆的顶部设有一可分离的密封塞柱,所述的密封塞柱包含一圆柱状的塞柱主体,所述的塞柱主体的中心设有一连接圆孔,所述的连接圆孔的顶部设有一凹陷的汇油槽,所述的汇油槽的一侧设有一圆筒状的储油槽,所述的储油槽与汇油槽之间设有一走油狭缝,所述的走油狭缝的中部设有一调节螺孔,所述的调节螺孔内设有一可拆卸的调节螺柱。使用者通过调节调节螺柱的深度,从而精确控制走油狭缝中的润滑油的供油量,使得润滑油充分对密封塞柱进行润滑供油。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气压缩机,更确切地说,是一种带自润滑结构的空气压缩机。
背景技术
空气压缩机是一种常见的工业动力装置,用于将空气压缩成高压气体,多用于机械设备的清洗和去污等。现有的空气压缩机主要利用塞柱的往复运动来实现对空气的压缩,一旦塞柱的润滑油供油不足,极容易导致密封性变差,导致压缩机的能耗变大。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种带自润滑结构的空气压缩机。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种带自润滑结构的空气压缩机,其特征在于,所述的带自润滑结构的空气压缩机包含一泵壳和一盖板,所述的泵壳内设有一驱动轴,所述的驱动轴的头部设有一偏心转盘和一塞柱安装座,所述的塞柱安装座上设有一可拆卸的塞杆,所述的塞杆的顶部设有一可分离的密封塞柱,所述的密封塞柱包含一圆柱状的塞柱主体,所述的塞柱主体的中心设有一连接圆孔,所述的连接圆孔的顶部设有一凹陷的汇油槽,所述的汇油槽的一侧设有一圆筒状的储油槽,所述的储油槽与汇油槽之间设有一走油狭缝,所述的走油狭缝的中部设有一调节螺孔,所述的调节螺孔内设有一可拆卸的调节螺柱。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的密封塞柱为铝合金一体成型。
本发明的带自润滑结构的空气压缩机具有以下优点:使用时,储油槽中预先储蓄了润滑油,使用者通过调节调节螺柱的深度,从而精确控制走油狭缝中的润滑油的供油量,使得润滑油充分对密封塞柱进行润滑供油,有效提高了密封塞柱的密封性,降低了空气压缩机的功耗。另外,利用汇油槽,当密封塞柱上行时,能使得润滑油暂时收集在其中,能有效提高润滑油的供油量。该带自润滑结构的空气压缩机结构简单,效果明显,成本低廉,实用性强。

如图1至图4所示,该带自润滑结构的空气压缩机1包含一泵壳2和一盖板3,该泵壳2内设有一驱动轴4,该驱动轴4的头部设有一偏心转盘5和一塞柱安装座6,该塞柱安装座6上设有一可拆卸的塞杆7,该塞杆7的顶部设有一可分离的密封塞柱8,该密封塞柱8包含一圆柱状的塞柱主体81,该塞柱主体81的中心设有一连接圆孔82,该连接圆孔82的顶部设有一凹陷的汇油槽83,该汇油槽83的一侧设有一圆筒状的储油槽84,该储油槽84与汇油槽83之间设有一走油狭缝85,该走油狭缝85的中部设有一调节螺孔86,该调节螺孔86内设有一可拆卸的调节螺柱9。
该密封塞柱8为铝合金一体成型。
使用时,如图1和图2所示,储油槽84中预先储蓄了润滑油,使用者通过调节调节螺柱9的深度,从而精确控制走油狭缝85中的润滑油的供油量,使得润滑油充分对密封塞柱8进行润滑供油,有效提高了密封塞柱的密封性,降低了空气压缩机的功耗。
另外,利用汇油槽83,当密封塞柱8上行时,能使得润滑油暂时收集在其中,能有效提高润滑油的供油量。
该带自润滑结构的空气压缩机结构简单,效果明显,成本低廉,实用性强。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种带自润滑结构的空气压缩机,其特征在于,所述的带自润滑结构的空气压缩机(1)包含一泵壳(2)和一盖板(3),所述的泵壳(2)内设有一驱动轴(4),所述的驱动轴(4)的头部设有一偏心转盘(5)和一塞柱安装座(6),所述的塞柱安装座(6)上设有一可拆卸的塞杆(7),所述的塞杆(7)的顶部设有一可分离的密封塞柱(8),所述的密封塞柱(8)包含一圆柱状的塞柱主体(81),所述的塞柱主体(81)的中心设有一连接圆孔(82),所述的连接圆孔(82)的顶部设有一凹陷的汇油槽(83),所述的汇油槽(83)的一侧设有一圆筒状的储油槽(84),所述的储油槽(84)与汇油槽(83)之间设有一走油狭缝(85),所述的走油狭缝(85)的中部设有一调节螺孔(86),所述的调节螺孔(86)内设有一可拆卸的调节螺柱(9);所述的密封塞柱(8)为铝合金一体成型。
