Abstract

本发明公开了一种水泥发泡轻质隔墙板,所述轻质隔墙板由边框、三维结构的网片骨架以及水泥发泡板组成,所述三维结构的网片骨架与边框连接为整体结构,所述三维结构的网片骨架作为水泥发泡板内的配筋腹丝,在所述水泥发泡板浇注成形后,所述三维结构的网片骨架与水泥发泡板构成整体结构。本发明将高强度的金属边框、三维结构的金属网片骨架以及水泥发泡板进行有效的组合,充分利用每个结构的特点,是最终制作的产品与同类产品相比较,具备面密度小、与主体构件连接效果好、功能完备性高、耐久性长、造价低廉的应用效果。

Description

一种水泥发泡轻质隔墙板
技术领域
本发明属于装配式建筑技术领域,特别涉及一种水泥发泡轻质隔墙板。
背景技术
目前,市面上常见的轻质隔墙板有以下几种:SGK石膏水泥空心板、LCP陶粒轻质隔墙板、ASA粉煤灰发泡板、GRC水泥板、轻钢龙骨隔墙板。这些轻质隔墙板均不同程度的存在面密度大(荷载大)、与建筑结构构件连接不佳(易开裂、连接变形)、功能性不完善(保温、防火、隔音)、耐久性不优等缺陷。
国家建设十三五规划中,明确要求:在十三五期末的时候,建筑装配率不得小于50%。而装配式隔墙板是实现装配式建筑中的重要技术方向,轻质隔墙板属于装配式建筑中的主要构件,是国家产业政策大力鼓励和扶持的产品,有着广阔的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种安装可靠、功能完备、轻质高强、荷载可控、造价低廉的水泥发泡轻质隔墙板。
为实现上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种水泥发泡轻质隔墙板,其特征在于:所述轻质隔墙板由边框、三维结构的网片骨架以及水泥发泡板组成,所述三维结构的网片骨架与边框连接为整体结构,所述三维结构的网片骨架作为水泥发泡板内的配筋腹丝,在所述水泥发泡板浇注成形后,所述三维结构的网片骨架与水泥发泡板构成整体结构。
本发明所述的水泥发泡轻质隔墙板,其所述边框由一对具有企口结构的左、右金属边框组成,相邻的两块轻质隔墙板通过相互配合的企口结构拼接在一起。
本发明所述的水泥发泡轻质隔墙板,其所述左金属边框的截面呈凹形,所述右金属边框的截面呈凸形,所述左、右金属边框的整体厚度及宽度一致。
本发明所述的水泥发泡轻质隔墙板,其在所述水泥发泡板两侧复合有具有装饰功能的板材。
本发明所述的水泥发泡轻质隔墙板,其所述网片骨架是由X、Y、Z三个方向的金属丝通过点焊而组成的三维网架结构,其中X轴为长向,Y轴为短向,Z轴为纵向,靠近边缘的Z轴方向的金属丝设置于对应的金属边框内部,并与金属边框焊接,Y轴方向的金属丝布置于水泥发泡板的中部位置,并与对应的金属边框焊接,X轴方向的金属丝布置于水泥发泡板的中部位置,并与Y轴方向的金属丝搭焊在一起。
本发明所述的水泥发泡轻质隔墙板,其所述金属丝采用镀锌钢丝,其丝径为2~4mm,Z轴方向的钢丝布设密度为10~20支/m2,Z轴方向的钢丝长度与水泥发泡板的厚度一致。
本发明将高强度的金属边框、三维结构的金属网片骨架以及水泥发泡板进行有效的组合,充分利用每个结构的特点,是最终制作的产品与同类产品相比较,具备面密度小、与主体构件连接效果好、功能完备性高、耐久性长、造价低廉的应用效果。

下面对本发明作详细的说明。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,一种水泥发泡轻质隔墙板,所述轻质隔墙板由边框1、三维结构的网片骨架2以及水泥发泡板3组成,所述三维结构的网片骨架2与边框1连接为整体结构,所述三维结构的网片骨架2作为水泥发泡板3内的配筋腹丝,在所述水泥发泡板3浇注成形后,所述三维结构的网片骨架2与水泥发泡板3构成整体结构。
其中,所述边框1由一对具有企口结构的左、右金属边框组成,相邻的两块轻质隔墙板通过相互配合的企口结构拼接在一起。根据水泥发泡隔墙板的生产尺寸,选择厚度适当的镀锌钢板(一般为2~4mm),按图示尺寸和截面形状将金属边框加工成型,图中A为水泥发泡隔墙板的截面宽度,单位mm。
所述左金属边框的截面呈凹形,所述右金属边框的截面呈凸形,所述左、右金属边框的整体厚度及宽度一致。在凹形的左金属边框中,相对凸起部分的厚度a=H/3,凹陷部分的厚度h= H/3,凹陷部分的宽度b= H/2,所述左金属边框的整体宽度c= H/3×2,其中H为左金属边框的整体厚度;所述右金属边框的截面呈凸形,在凸形的右金属边框中,相对凹陷部分的厚度a'=H'/3+1mm,相对凸起部分的厚度h'= H'/3-2mm,凹陷部分的宽度b'= H'/2-1mm,所述右金属边框的整体宽度c'= H'/3×2,其中H和H'分别与左、右金属边框的整体厚度,且H=H',所述左、右金属边框的整体宽度c= c'。所述金属边框的作用和功能是保障水泥发泡板的生产尺寸和安装精度,采用高强度钢板作为边框,其加工精度高,便于安装和质量控制。
所述网片骨架2是由X、Y、Z三个方向的金属丝通过点焊而组成的三维网架结构,所述金属丝采用镀锌钢丝,其丝径为2~4mm,其中X轴为长向,Y轴为短向,Z轴为纵向,靠近边缘的Z轴方向的金属丝设置于对应的金属边框内部,并与金属边框焊接,Y轴方向的金属丝布置于水泥发泡板3的中部位置,并与对应的金属边框焊接,X轴方向的金属丝布置于水泥发泡板3的中部位置,并与Y轴方向的金属丝搭焊在一起,Z轴方向的钢丝布设密度为10~20支/m2,Z轴方向的钢丝长度与水泥发泡板3的厚度一致。金属网片骨架的作用和功能是承受水泥发泡隔墙板的拉应力,保障水泥发泡隔墙板的完整性,使生产大尺寸的水泥发泡隔墙板成为可能。
通过金属网片骨架的设置,在提高隔墙板的整体刚度和强度的同时,对水泥发泡板起骨架支撑作用,克服水泥发泡板的脆性,使水泥发泡板的延展性大幅提高,实现大尺寸水泥发泡轻质隔墙板的生产。
其中,水泥发泡板是本隔墙板的主体材料,所述水泥发泡板以物理或化学发泡的方式,将水泥发泡板浆料注入由金属边框、金属网片骨架合底板组成的模盒中,经收浆、找平、抹面、压光工序后,送入养护区,养护结束后脱膜,送入成品库待发,水泥发泡隔墙板的适当位置预置安装构件和预留安装孔洞。水泥发泡板的作用和功能是完成水泥发泡隔墙板的所有功能:围护、隔断、保温、防火、隔音。在所述水泥发泡板3两侧复合有具有装饰功能的板材4,使其在具有上述功能的同时,具备装饰功能,这样,荷载较轻、功能完备、适合装配、符合国家产业政策鼓励和提倡的全新墙体材料便被创造出来。
以下是本发明的产品与同类产品性能的比较:
通过上表比较可见,本发明的产品与同类产品相比较具备:面密度小、与主体构件连接效果好、功能完备性高、耐久性长、造价低廉的应用效果。

Claims (6)

1.一种水泥发泡轻质隔墙板,其特征在于:所述轻质隔墙板由边框(1)、三维结构的网片骨架(2)以及水泥发泡板(3)组成,所述三维结构的网片骨架(2)与边框(1)连接为整体结构,所述三维结构的网片骨架(2)作为水泥发泡板(3)内的配筋腹丝,在所述水泥发泡板(3)浇注成形后,所述三维结构的网片骨架(2)与水泥发泡板(3)构成整体结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水泥发泡轻质隔墙板,其特征在于:所述边框(1)由一对具有企口结构的左、右金属边框组成,相邻的两块轻质隔墙板通过相互配合的企口结构拼接在一起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水泥发泡轻质隔墙板,其特征在于:所述左金属边框的截面呈凹形,所述右金属边框的截面呈凸形,所述左、右金属边框的整体厚度及宽度一致。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水泥发泡轻质隔墙板,其特征在于:在所述水泥发泡板(3)两侧复合有具有装饰功能的板材(4)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的水泥发泡轻质隔墙板,其特征在于:所述网片骨架(2)是由X、Y、Z三个方向的金属丝通过点焊而组成的三维网架结构,其中X轴为长向,Y轴为短向,Z轴为纵向,靠近边缘的Z轴方向的金属丝设置于对应的金属边框内部,并与金属边框焊接,Y轴方向的金属丝布置于水泥发泡板(3)的中部位置,并与对应的金属边框焊接,X轴方向的金属丝布置于水泥发泡板(3)的中部位置,并与Y轴方向的金属丝搭焊在一起。
6.根据权利要求5所述的水泥发泡轻质隔墙板,其特征在于:所述金属丝采用镀锌钢丝,其丝径为2~4mm,Z轴方向的钢丝布设密度为10~20支/m2,Z轴方向的钢丝长度与水泥发泡板(3)的厚度一致。
