本发明公开了一种高性能防火保温建筑波纹幕墙,包括建筑结构层、固定支撑结构、固定立柱、波纹板幕墙和保温层,所述建筑结构层内设置有混凝土层,所述混凝土层外侧依次设置有防火墙板和不锈钢板,所述混凝土层内设置有预埋件,所述混凝土层通过预埋件和螺钉连接设置有固定支撑结构。本发明结构设计合理,操作使用方便,混凝土层通过预埋件和螺钉连接设置有固定支撑结构,固定支撑结构通过固定立柱连接波纹板幕墙,在混凝土层外侧设置防火墙板和不锈钢板,内侧设置带隔音棉层的防火板,达到了防火保温装饰的效果,另外在波纹板幕墙内侧设置有防水层到达防水效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性能防火保温建筑波纹幕墙。
背景技术
目前金属幕墙一般以铝板幕墙为主,其主要结构是面板采用折边的铝单板,折边通过采用间距在 250mm 的角铝连接在幕墙龙骨上,以达到合适的连接强度,但是,此种幕墙形式比较单一,而且还有黑色的胶缝,表面易出现不平整,十分不美观。防火板材的用途非常多,可以用于建筑物外墙、内墙、临时房屋等的建设当中。防火性能对板材的性能影响较大,若板材防火性能较差,则会有较大的安全隐患。若遇到明火,导致板材迅速燃烧,则会造成严重的财产损失。此外,如果板材的耐高温效果较差,在高温情况下,板材长时间受热后,会产生一定的形变,对建筑物的稳定性产生极大的考验,因此我们需要寻找一种具有良好防火和耐高温性能的板材。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、操作方便、安全性高的高性能防火保温建筑波纹幕墙。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高性能防火保温建筑波纹幕墙,包括建筑结构层、固定支撑结构、固定立柱、波纹板幕墙和保温层,所述建筑结构层内设置有混凝土层,所述混凝土层外侧依次设置有防火墙板和不锈钢板,所述混凝土层内设置有预埋件,所述混凝土层通过预埋件和螺钉连接设置有固定支撑结构,所述固定支撑结构上通过螺栓连接设置有固定立柱,所述固定立柱上通过拉紧螺栓连接设置有波纹板幕墙,所述不锈钢钢板与波纹板幕墙之间设置有保温层,所述混凝土层内侧设置有防火板;
所述保温层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:二氧化硅15-25份、膨胀蛭石10-18份、EPS聚苯颗粒10-15份、脱硫建筑石膏 20-25份、改性铝矾土10-15份、高岭土8-12份、迪开石11-22份、蛭石粉 8-15份、发泡剂5-15份、稳泡剂5-8份;
所述防火板由以下重量份的原料制备而成:双酚S型环氧树脂15-25份、氧化铝10-18份、EPS聚苯颗粒10-15份、二甲基硅油20-25份、硫酸镁溶液10-15份、羟丙基甲基纤维素8-12份、硝酸银粉末11-22份、磷酸铝钠 8-15份、玻璃纤维丝 5-15份、稳泡剂5-8份。
作为优选,所述防火板内部设置有隔音棉层。
作为优选,所述波纹板幕墙内侧设置有防水层。
作为优选,所述防火板上设置有防指纹板。
本发明结构设计合理,操作使用方便,混凝土层通过预埋件和螺钉连接设置有固定支撑结构,固定支撑结构通过固定立柱连接波纹板幕墙,在混凝土层外侧设置防火墙板和不锈钢板,内侧设置带隔音棉层的防火板,达到了防火保温装饰的效果,另外在波纹板幕墙内侧设置有防水层到达防水效果;的耐高温防火板材具有良好的耐高温和防火效果,可耐500℃下加热 30 ~ 40h 无变化,板材的阻燃等级为 A1 级。
本发明独具典型的正弦波流畅线条,突现出其复杂而精致的奇特效果。各种不同的安装方式,即水平、垂直或对角安装,不仅可以配合复杂的嵌板结构,更能轻易实现幕墙嵌板之间视觉分明的分层效果;光景交错产生的微妙效果能在大面积区域上营造迷人生动的视觉感受,具有很大的应用价值。

参阅图1-2所示,一种高性能防火保温建筑波纹幕墙,包括建筑结构层、固定支撑结构2、固定立柱3、波纹板幕墙4和保温层7,所述建筑结构层内设置有混凝土层1,所述混凝土层1外侧依次设置有防火墙板5和不锈钢板6,所述混凝土层1内设置有预埋件,所述混凝土层1通过预埋件和螺钉连接设置有固定支撑结构2,所述固定支撑结构2上通过螺栓连接设置有固定立柱3,所述固定立柱3上通过拉紧螺栓9连接设置有波纹板幕墙4,所述不锈钢钢板6与波纹板幕墙4之间设置有保温层7,所述混凝土层1内侧设置有防火板8;
所述保温层7由以下重量份的原料制备而成:二氧化硅15-25份、膨胀蛭石10-18份、EPS聚苯颗粒10-15份、脱硫建筑石膏 20-25份、改性铝矾土10-15份、高岭土8-12份、迪开石11-22份、蛭石粉 8-15份、发泡剂5-15份、稳泡剂5-8份;
所述防火板8由以下重量份的原料制备而成:双酚S型环氧树脂15-25份、氧化铝10-18份、EPS聚苯颗粒10-15份、二甲基硅油20-25份、硫酸镁溶液10-15份、羟丙基甲基纤维素8-12份、硝酸银粉末11-22份、磷酸铝钠 8-15份、玻璃纤维丝 5-15份、稳泡剂5-8份。
值得注意的是,所述防火板8内部设置有隔音棉层。

本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。

1.一种高性能防火保温建筑波纹幕墙,其特征在于:包括建筑结构层、固定支撑结构(2)、固定立柱(3)、波纹板幕墙(4)和保温层(7),所述建筑结构层内设置有混凝土层(1),所述混凝土层(1)外侧依次设置有防火墙板(5)和不锈钢板(6),所述混凝土层(1)内设置有预埋件,所述混凝土层(1)通过预埋件和螺钉连接设置有固定支撑结构(2),所述固定支撑结构(2)上通过螺栓连接设置有固定立柱(3),所述固定立柱(3)上通过拉紧螺栓(9)连接设置有波纹板幕墙(4),所述不锈钢钢板(6)与波纹板幕墙(4)之间设置有保温层(7),所述混凝土层(1)内侧设置有防火板(8);
所述保温层(7)由以下重量份的原料制备而成:二氧化硅15-25份、膨胀蛭石10-18份、EPS聚苯颗粒10-15份、脱硫建筑石膏 20-25份、改性铝矾土10-15份、高岭土8-12份、迪开石11-22份、蛭石粉 8-15份、发泡剂5-15份、稳泡剂5-8份;
所述防火板(8)由以下重量份的原料制备而成:双酚S型环氧树脂15-25份、氧化铝10-18份、EPS聚苯颗粒10-15份、二甲基硅油20-25份、硫酸镁溶液10-15份、羟丙基甲基纤维素8-12份、硝酸银粉末11-22份、磷酸铝钠 8-15份、玻璃纤维丝 5-15份、稳泡剂5-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能防火保温建筑波纹幕墙,其特征在于:所述防火板(8)内部设置有隔音棉层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能防火保温建筑波纹幕墙,其特征在于:所述波纹板幕墙(4)内侧设置有防水层。
