本发明涉及汽车内衬工艺技术领域,具体涉及用于汽车内饰表皮的JB567002氨纶布,包括如下工艺:第一步:坯布织造;第二步:后处理定型;本发明的有益效果是:本发明是通过改变传统针织工艺排针和后整理定型工艺,使表皮基布既能满足拉力、撕裂及静负荷拉伸强度要求,又能达到减小克重和厚度。减少了使用成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内衬工艺技术领域,具体的说是用于汽车内饰表皮的JB567002氨纶布。
背景技术
汽车内饰(Automotive Interior)主要是指汽车内部改装所用到的汽车产品,涉及到汽车内部的方方面面,比如汽车方向盘套、汽车坐垫,汽车脚垫、汽车香水、汽车挂件、内部摆件、收纳箱等等都是汽车内饰产品。我们国内所说的汽车内饰,其实就是在英文的Interiors System。由于这一部分汽车零部件具有一定的装饰性,所以业内目前通常的翻译都叫做“汽车内饰”。但是从英文“Interiors”,我们就可以知道,这部分零部件不光只有装饰作用,他们所涉及到的功能性、安全性、以及工程属性是非常丰富的。其中汽车内饰表皮根据不同车型必须有特定的的拉力、撕裂及静负荷拉伸强度,以及其他特定的物性要求,在日系汽车项目内饰表皮中,如需达到物性要求及品质合格,使用的基布要必须达到相应的物性标准规范,传统工艺会出现在满足拉力、撕裂及静负荷拉伸强度等物性要求时,存在克重偏重、厚度偏大,相应的生产成本较高的情况。
基于以上原因,需要新的用于汽车内饰表皮的基布被设计出来,通过对原料的改进,织造工艺、后整理工艺的提升,开发出在满足日系汽车项目内饰表皮基布拉力、撕裂及静负荷拉伸强度的同时,在克重和厚度上具有明显的改进,降低了客户的成本,即用于汽车内饰表皮的JB567002氨纶布。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有单面布工艺存在的技术问题,本发明提供用于汽车内饰表皮的JB567002氨纶布。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
用于汽车内饰表皮的JB567002氨纶布,包括如下工艺:
第一步:坯布织造。
原料:200D/96F DTY低弹丝和20D氨纶丝;
织造机台尺寸:直径30英寸;
织针:针数为25针/英寸,总针数为2352枚;
纱长:200D/96F DTY纱长为17cm/50针;
20DOP纱长为6cm/50针;
排针工艺:
排针的方式为A、B、A、B,以此类推。
第二步:后处理定型;
1)过料处理,根据订单需求选用阻燃剂509或亲水硅油整理剂或硬挺剂SST进行过料处理。
2)定型处理,定型时门幅宽度设定为173cm,烘箱温度为210℃,风机转速为1000转/分钟,车速为26M/分钟,定型超喂35,定型厚度0.53-0.55mm。
3)成品打卷处理。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明是通过改变传统针织工艺排针和后整理定型工艺,使表皮基布既能满足拉力、撕裂及静负荷拉伸强度要求,又能达到减小克重和厚度。减少了使用成本。

如图1-图2所示,本发明所述的用于汽车内饰表皮的JB567002氨纶布,包括如下工艺:
第一步:坯布织造。
原料:200D/96F DTY低弹丝和20D氨纶丝;
织造机台尺寸:直径30英寸;
织针:针数为25针/英寸,总针数为2352枚;
纱长:200D/96F DTY纱长为17cm/50针;
20DOP纱长为6cm/50针;

第一步:坯布织造。
原料:200D/96F DTY低弹丝和20D氨纶丝;
织造机台尺寸:直径30英寸;
织针:针数为25针/英寸,总针数为2352枚;
纱长:200D/96F DTY纱长为17cm/50针;
20DOP纱长为6cm/50针;
排针工艺:
排针的方式为A、B、A、B,以此类推。
第二步:后处理定型;
1)过料处理,根据订单需求选用阻燃剂509或亲水硅油整理剂或硬挺剂SST进行过料处理。
2)定型处理,定型时门幅宽度设定为173cm,烘箱温度为210℃,风机转速为1000转/分钟,车速为26M/分钟,定型超喂35,定型厚度0.53-0.55mm。
