Abstract

本发明公开了一种对流式气体渗氮炉,包括设有交替的上挡板和下挡板,上挡板与上炉壁连接,并与下炉壁留有空隙作为气体通道,下挡板与下炉壁连接,并与上炉壁留有空隙作为气体通道,相邻的上下挡板两侧分别设有上进风口和下进风口,上进风口设于炉顶,并设于上挡板一侧,下挡板设于炉底,并设于下挡板一侧,进气口右侧设有上挡板,下挡板右侧的下炉壁开有下进气口;在炉膛中央设置有鼓风机,上下挡板上设有放置工件的工件架,本发明采用上下交替进风的方式,使气流的温度在较短时间内达到均衡,同时通过对流热交换,使整个炉膛内的气体温度达到均匀的一致。

一种低温气体渗氮炉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种热处理电炉,尤其涉及一种对流式气体渗氮炉。
背景技术
渗氮是常见的对金属表面进行强化处理的方法,具体方法为将工件置入具有活性渗氮介质中,加热后保温,使渗氮介质中分解出的活性氮原子渗入钢件表层,从而获得表层高氮层,使钢件的表面硬度和强度大幅增加,同时钢件内部仍保持原有成分的良好韧性和塑性。渗氮主要是在渗氮炉中进行,目前所采用的气体渗氮炉主要是采用井式渗氮炉或网带式加热渗氮炉,采用加热的方式使渗氮气体进入,但由于渗氮炉多采用电阻式加热,加热体分布在四周炉壁,因而造成加热时炉壁处温度较高,而炉子中心处温度较低,同时由于控温与加热系统的局限,并不能保证
加之炉内气体扩散不充分,导致炉内温度不均匀,影响了渗氮效果,造成同一批工件的渗氮层厚度波动大,性能和使用寿命不稳定,影响了渗氮效率。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种对流式气体渗氮炉。
一种对流式气体渗氮炉,包括炉体,所述炉体包括外壳和炉膛,外壳和炉膛之间设有炉衬,炉衬内设有加热体,炉体上设有炉门;
所述炉膛内包括前后左右上下四个炉壁,并在前后左右每个炉壁处设有上挡板和下挡板,以一处炉壁为例,上炉壁开有上进风口,进气口右侧设有上挡板,所述上挡板与上炉壁连接,并与下炉壁留有空隙作为气体通道,上挡板右侧设有下挡板,下挡板与下炉壁连接,并与上炉壁留有空隙作为气体通道,下挡板右侧的下炉壁开有下进气口;
前后左右四个炉壁均设有这样的上挡板和下挡板,形成“口”形结构,炉体的四周分别设有四个进风口,包括两个上进风口和两个下进风口,在炉膛中央设置有鼓风机,该鼓风机包括旋转轴,旋转轴上设有多组鼓风叶片,所述渗氮炉上进风口和下进风口分别连接渗氮气体管道,所述渗氮气体管道上设有三个阀门,所述阀门均可独立开启或关闭通道,每两个阀门之间的管道部分设有可开关的密封口,可通过该密封口加入催渗剂。
上下挡板上设有放置工件的工件架,该工件架为栅状结构。
进行渗氮的方法包括,将工件表面进行超声波清洗,去除油污后,利用活化剂进行表面钝化膜去除,随后置于渗氮炉中的工件架上,对炉内抽真空后加热到预定温度,随后开启阀门,使渗氮气体由上进风口和下进风口分别进入炉内,从上进风口进入的渗氮气体沿着炉壁下行,经过上挡板与下炉壁之间的通道再沿炉壁上行,与此同时,从下进风口进入的渗氮气体沿着炉壁上行,经过下挡板与上炉壁之间的通道沿再沿炉壁下行,两股气流在中途交汇并产生对流,在该处形成紊流,使温度和浓度均匀化,同时炉膛中央设置的鼓风机通过鼓风叶片的旋转对四壁的气体进行进一步扰动,使其沿旋转轴的旋转方向流动,在整个炉膛内实现气体的对流,并通过对流热交换,使整个炉膛内的气体温度达到均匀的一致。
本发明相对于现有技术的优点在于:采用上下交替进风的方式,使渗氮气体携带炉壁处的热量进行移动,并在中途交汇,气流的交汇产生碰撞,这样,即使炉壁处的温度产生波动或偏差,气流交汇产生的紊流也会使其混合,并且由于对流传热的速度远远大于传导传热,因而使气流的温度在较短时间内达到均衡,同时炉体中央的鼓风机对气流产生水平方向的扰动,通过对流热交换,使整个炉膛内的气体温度达到均匀的一致。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种对流式气体渗氮炉。
一种对流式气体渗氮炉,包括炉体,所述炉体包括外壳1和炉膛,外壳和炉膛之间设有炉衬2,炉衬内设有加热体,炉体上设有炉门;
所述炉膛内包括前后左右上下四个炉壁,并在前后左右每个炉壁处设有上挡板3和下挡板4,以一处炉壁为例,上炉壁开有上进风口5,进气口右侧设有上挡板,所述上挡板与上炉壁连接,并与下炉壁留有空隙作为气体通道,上挡板右侧设有下挡板,下挡板与下炉壁连接,并与上炉壁留有空隙作为气体通道,下挡板右侧的下炉壁开有下进气口6;
前后左右四个炉壁均设有这样的上挡板和下挡板,形成“口”形结构,炉体的四周分别设有四个进风口,包括两个上进风口和两个下进风口,在炉膛中央设置有鼓风机,该鼓风机包括旋转轴,旋转轴上设有多组鼓风叶片,所述渗氮炉上进风口和下进风口分别连接渗氮气体管道,所述渗氮气体管道上设有三个阀门7,所述阀门均可独立开启或关闭通道,每两个阀门之间的管道部分设有可开关的密封口8,可通过该密封口加入催渗剂,进行催渗剂更换时,只需关闭阀门,打开密封口,即可在线更换催渗剂。
上下挡板上设有放置工件的工件架,该工件架为栅状结构。
进行渗氮的方法包括,将工件表面进行超声波清洗,去除油污后,利用活化剂进行表面钝化膜去除,随后置于渗氮炉中的工件架上,对炉内抽真空后加热到预定温度,随后开启阀门,使渗氮气体由上进风口和下进风口分别进入炉内,从上进风口进入的渗氮气体沿着炉壁下行,经过上挡板与下炉壁之间的通道再沿炉壁上行,与此同时,从下进风口进入的渗氮气体沿着炉壁上行,经过下挡板与上炉壁之间的通道沿再沿炉壁下行,两股气流在中途交汇并产生对流,在该处形成紊流,使温度和浓度均匀化,同时炉膛中央设置的鼓风机通过鼓风叶片的旋转对四壁的气体进行进一步扰动,使其沿旋转轴的旋转方向流动,在整个炉膛内实现气体的对流,并通过对流热交换,使整个炉膛内的气体温度达到均匀的一致。

所述炉膛内包括前后左右上下六个炉壁,并在每个炉壁处设有交替的上挡板和下挡板,所述上挡板与下炉壁留有空隙作为气体通道,所述下挡板与上炉壁留有空隙作为气体通道,相邻的上下挡板两侧分别设有上进风口和下进风口,其中,上进风口设于炉顶,并设于上挡板一侧,下进风口设于炉底,并设于下挡板一侧,下进风口右侧设有上挡板,下挡板右侧的下炉壁开有下进风口;
在炉膛中央设置有鼓风机,该鼓风机包括旋转轴,旋转轴上设有多组鼓风叶片,
所述渗氮炉上进风口和下进风口分别连接渗氮气体管道,所述渗氮气体管道上设有三个阀门,所述阀门均可独立开启或关闭通道,每两个阀门之间的管道部分设有可开关的密封口,可通过该密封口加入催渗剂,上下挡板上设有放置工件的工件架,该工件架为栅状结构。
2.一种利用权利要求1所述的对 流式气体渗氮炉进行渗氮的方法,其特征在于,将工件表面进行超声波清洗,去除油污后,利用活化剂进行表面钝化膜去除,随后置于渗氮炉中的工件架上,对炉内抽真空后加热到预定温度,随后开启阀门,使渗氮气体由上进风口和下进风口分别进入炉内,从上进风口进入的渗氮气体沿着炉壁下行,经过上挡板与下炉壁之间的通道再沿炉壁上行,与此同时,从下进风口进入的渗氮气体沿着炉壁上行,经过下挡板与上炉壁之间的通道沿再沿炉壁下行,两股气流在中途交汇并产生对流,在该处形成紊流,同时炉膛中央设置的鼓风机通过鼓风叶片的旋转对四壁的气体进行进一步扰动,使其沿旋转轴的旋转方向流动,在整个炉膛内实现气体的对流。
