本发明属于日化用品技术领域,具体涉及一种液态管道疏通剂及其制造方法。本发明提供的液态管道疏通剂包括以下组分及其质量百分比:非离子表面活性剂8~10%、碳酸钠4~6%、碳酸氢钠6~8%、氧化剂8~10%、防潮剂3~6%、增稠剂1~3%、纤维素酶2~5%和水52~68%。本发明的优势在于:对于毛发、油脂等日常堵塞疏通效果好;具有优异的除菌功能,定期使用科清洁保养管道预防淤塞;氧化剂除菌安全环保无氯等刺激性气体产生;不会造成塑胶管道变形等问题,对金属的腐蚀性相对较小。

背景技术
家庭或宾馆的排污水管道,在使用一段时间后,常会因油脂、食物残渣、毛发等物质落入导致堵塞,管道中囤积的污水还会滋生微生物、飞虫、蟑螂等,散发异味。目前,疏通管道可以采用机械或化学两种方式来实现。采用机械的方式通常需要借助复杂的设备,消耗较大的人力物力,或者较难清洁细小弯道处的堵塞物。化学方式则可弥补这些不足,操作方便,并可深入弯管死角处,化解油脂、毛发等有机堵塞物,杀灭微生物,保持管道清洁畅通。
中国专利申请CN200510138236.2A公开了特效建筑物管道疏通剂,主要由氢氧化钠、氯化钠、次氯酸钠、硅酸钠、溴化十六烷基三甲基铵、酒石酸和水组成,经过专门工艺制作就可以得到相应的特效建筑物管道疏通剂,但强碱与氯漂剂组合其稳定性是行业难题,因为固体强碱具有很强的吸潮能力且吸潮放热,容易结块,氯漂剂存储过程中会缓慢分解释放出活氧的同时产生水,而且强碱本身就会显著加速氧漂剂的分解,固体强碱与氯漂剂通常很难稳定共存。当配方不当,二者极易出现活氧损失过快、产品结块等稳定性问题。
中国专利申请CN95111481.6A公开了管道疏通剂及其制备方法,主要成分为碱金属氢氧化物、氧化剂、表面活性剂、金属颗粒等。中国专利CN1049242C公开了粉体管道疏通剂及其制备方法,由细颗粒的工业强碱、铝屑、细颗粒的工业纯碳酸钠、细颗粒的工业纯亚硫酸钠和稀土铈组成。铝屑的加入,首先造成成本上升,其次铝易在空气中氧化并且易与强碱反应失去活性,铝与强碱在水中的反应剧烈,产生大量的热量,瞬间造成管道局部过热,使塑料管道、铝塑管道局部软化、接头脱胶、松动,影响管道使用寿命,此外大量碳酸盐或过碳酸盐的加入,产生大量气体,容易造成液体喷溅,不利于安全。
因此,解决现有技术中存在的问题,研发一种安全有效的管道疏通剂是目前的首要任务。

为解决现有技术中存在的铝屑、强碱的加入对管道损害以及次氯酸盐等不稳定性成分对管道疏通剂效果的影响,本发明提供一种液态管道疏通剂及其制造方法。
本发明液态管道疏通剂,包括以下组分及其质量百分比:
非离子表面活性剂8~10%、碳酸钠4~6%、碳酸氢钠6~8%、氧化剂8~10%、防潮剂3~6%、增稠剂1~3%、纤维素酶2~5%和水52~68%。
优选的,所述的液态管道疏通剂,由以下组分及其质量百分比组成:
非离子表面活性剂9%、碳酸钠5%、碳酸氢钠7%、氧化剂9%、防潮剂4.5%、增稠剂2%、纤维素酶3.5%和水60%。
优选的,所述的非离子表面活性剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
优选的,所述的氧化剂由过碳酸钠和过碳酸钾按质量比2:3组成。
优选的,所述的防潮剂为石蜡油。
再优选的,所述的增稠剂为羟甲基纤维素钠。
另外,本发明还提供了一种液态管道疏通剂的制造方法,包括以下步骤:在配料系统中加入用量50%的水,再加入非离子表面活性剂、碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠,然后加入防潮剂,搅拌均匀;搅拌下加入增稠剂;加入氧化剂、纤维素酶和剩余量的水,充分搅拌均匀,检验合格后包装即得。
辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚CAS号:9036-19-5;石蜡油CAS号:8012-95-1;羟甲基纤维素钠CAS号:9004-32-4;纤维素酶CAS号:9012-54-8。
本发明中非离子表面活性剂辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚在水中有较好的溶解性,有良好的耐硬水能力和低起泡性的特点和分散、乳化、泡沫、润湿和增溶功能。
引入防潮剂石蜡油通过共混使液体首先包覆于碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠的表面,随后加入增稠剂羟甲基纤维素钠,使羟甲基纤维素钠粘附在防潮剂的表面,这样对碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠起到很好的包覆隔离作用,减少了它们与氧化剂的接触距离,从而明显改善产品储存的氧化剂的稳定性;纤维素酶将分解、软化毛发、蛋白质,纺织物等纤维素堵塞物。
本发明配伍合理、科学,各组分相互配合、协同作用,协同增强管道疏通剂的稳定性、安全性和对管道的疏通效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优势在于:对于毛发、油脂等日常堵塞疏通效果好;具有优异的除菌功能,定期使用科清洁保养管道预防淤塞;氧化剂除菌安全环保无氯等刺激性气体产生;不会造成塑胶管道变形等问题,对金属(如铸铁管、不锈钢等)的腐蚀性相对较小。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用于例证的目的,绝不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-3,对比例1-2
表1列出了本发明实施例1-3和对比例1-2液态管道疏通剂组分及质量百分比。

对比例1与实施例2的区别在于:不含防潮剂,增加碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠的含量。
对比例2与实施例2的区别在于:不含纤维素酶,增加碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠的含量。
实施例2液态管道疏通剂的制造方法:在配料系统中加入用量50%的水,再加入非离子表面活性剂、碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠,然后加入防潮剂,搅拌均匀;搅拌下加入增稠剂;加入氧化剂、纤维素酶和剩余量的水,充分搅拌均匀,检验合格后包装即得。
实施例1、实施例3和对比例1-2液态管道疏通剂的制造方法与实施例2类似。
产品性能评价测试
试验例1:细菌定量杀灭实验
试验方法:根据卫生部《消毒技术规范》,用实施例和对比例制备的液态管道疏通剂对大肠杆菌等进行杀菌试验,试验采用质量浓度为2%的液态管道疏通剂,检测30min杀菌率。试验菌种为大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉,除菌率见表2。

由表2可以看出实施例1-3较对比例1-2对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲菌的杀菌率更高,杀菌效果更好,说明本发明各组分按照一定比例相互配合对细菌、霉菌等具有很好的杀菌效果,且实施例2比实施例1和实施例3杀菌率更高,说明实施例2为本发明的优选实施例。
试验例2:用实施例和对比例制备的液态管道疏通剂对PVC管、PP管、45号钢、Z30铸铁四种材质进行腐蚀性影响试验,试验采用质量浓度为2%的液态管道疏通剂,作用30min,记录实验前后材质的质量并计算腐蚀量,观察记录材质的外观变化,试验结果见表3。

从表3可以看出本发明实施例较对比例液态管道疏通剂对PVC管、PP管、45号钢和Z30铸铁的腐蚀性较对比例1-2低,说明本发明各组分按照一定比例相互配合对PVC管、PP管、45号管和Z30铸铁腐蚀性较小,且实施例2比实施例1和实施例3腐蚀量更小,说明实施例2为本发明的优选实施例。
试验例3:对实施例液态管道疏通剂进行模拟对比测试,其去污力显著,化解毛发迅速,一般20分钟内即可见效,效果优于市面上的某些主流产品。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种液态管道疏通剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其质量百分比:
非离子表面活性剂8~10%、碳酸钠4~6%、碳酸氢钠6~8%、氧化剂8~10%、防潮剂3~6%、增稠剂1~3%、纤维素酶2~5%和水52~68%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液态管道疏通剂,其特征在于,由以下组分及其质量百分比组成:
非离子表面活性剂9%、碳酸钠5%、碳酸氢钠7%、氧化剂9%、防潮剂4.5%、增稠剂2%、纤维素酶3.5%和水60%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的液态管道疏通剂,其特征在于,所述的非离子表面活性剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的液态管道疏通剂,其特征在于,所述的氧化剂由过碳酸钠和过碳酸钾按质量比2:3组成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的液态管道疏通剂,其特征在于,所述的防潮剂为石蜡油。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的液态管道疏通剂,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为羟甲基纤维素钠。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的液态管道疏通剂的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
在配料系统中加入用量50%的水,再加入非离子表面活性剂、碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠,然后加入防潮剂,搅拌均匀;搅拌下加入增稠剂;加入氧化剂、纤维素酶和剩余量的水,充分搅拌均匀,检验合格后包装即得。
