本发明涉及润滑材料技术领域,具体地说是一种高性能硅基润滑脂组合物及其制备方法。一种高性能硅基润滑脂组合物,其特征在于:所述的硅基润滑脂组合物的配方由以下原材料以重量百分比配比而成:基础油为60~90%;稠化剂为3~5%;稳定剂为1~10%;所述的基础油为甲基硅油、苯基甲基硅油中的一种或者两种混合物;所述的稠化剂为气相硅胶;所述的稳定剂为邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯、癸二酸二辛酯、异丙醇、丁醇中的一种或者多种混合物。同现有技术相比,提供一种高性能硅基润滑脂组合物及其制备方法,制备的润滑脂滴点高、低温性能好、抗氧化性能好、非常优越胶体稳定性及与PVC材料相容性良好的优点,制备方法简单,易于生产。

Description

一种高性能硅基润滑脂组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑材料技术领域,具体地说是一种高性能硅基润滑脂组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC(聚氯乙烯)材料在日常生活中是一种非常常见的材料,它曾是世界生产量最大的通用塑料,应用非常的广泛。它在建筑、日用品、管材、包装膜、发泡材料、汽车、密封材料等方面具有广泛的应用。当PVC材料与金属材料接触时需要润滑剂润滑,在选用润滑剂时需要考虑润滑剂与PVC材料的相容性,否则会造成PVC材料的变形而影响其使用。
硅基润滑脂是指用硅油制成的一种润滑材料,由于其气味低,抗氧化性好,化学惰性等特点,它在汽车零部件、家电、化工等行业有大量的应用。相比于其它类型基础油的润滑脂,硅脂会造成PVC材料收缩。在有些应用领域,不允许是有收缩的现象。为解决此问题,需要添加溶胀性物质抵消硅基润滑脂的收缩变化。通常硅油与大部分有机物及硅胶相容性差的特点,使其结构不稳定,容易分油,影响产品的使用。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高性能硅基润滑脂组合物及其制备方法,制备的润滑脂滴点高、低温性能好、抗氧化性能好、非常优越胶体稳定性及与PVC材料相容性良好的优点,制备方法简单,易于生产。
为实现上述目的,设计一种高性能硅基润滑脂组合物,其特征在于:所述的硅基润滑脂组合物的配方由以下原材料以重量百分比配比而成:基础油为60~90%;稠化剂为3~5%;稳定剂为1~10%;所述的基础油为甲基硅油、苯基甲基硅油中的一种或者两种混合物;所述的稠化剂为气相硅胶;所述的稳定剂为邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯、癸二酸二辛酯、异丙醇、丁醇中的一种或者多种混合物。
所述的基础油在25℃的运动粘度为100~10000mm2/s,并且基础油的倾点为-40~-25℃。
所述的气相硅胶的表面积为175~225m2/g,pH值为3.8~4.3,颗粒粒径为325目筛。
一种高性能硅基润滑脂组合物的制备方法,具体制备工艺如下:
(1)将一定比例的基础油、稠化剂、稳定剂放于混合罐内,并且拧紧罐盖;
(2)将混合罐放置于重力搅拌器的保持架上;
(3)开启重力搅拌器,重力搅拌器的转速为800rpm,运转3~5min;
(4)关闭重力搅拌器,取下混合罐,混合结束,制得成品。
本发明同现有技术相比,提供一种高性能硅基润滑脂组合物及其制备方法,制备的润滑脂滴点高、低温性能好、抗氧化性能好、非常优越胶体稳定性及与PVC材料相容性良好的优点,制备方法简单,易于生产。
具体实施方式
硅基润滑脂组合物的配方由以下原材料以重量百分比配比而成:基础油为60~90%;稠化剂为3~5%;稳定剂为1~10%;所述的基础油为甲基硅油、苯基甲基硅油中的一种或者两种混合物;所述的稠化剂为气相硅胶;所述的稳定剂为邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯、癸二酸二辛酯、异丙醇、丁醇中的一种或者多种混合物。
基础油在25℃的运动粘度为100~10000mm2/s,并且基础油的倾点小于-40~-25℃。
气相硅胶的表面积为175~225m2/g,pH值为3.8~4.3,颗粒粒径为325目筛。
制备工艺如下:
(1)将一定比例的基础油、稠化剂、稳定剂放于混合罐内,并且拧紧罐盖;
(2)将混合罐放置于重力搅拌器的保持架上;
(3)开启重力搅拌器,重力搅拌器的转速为800rpm,运转3~5min;
(4)关闭重力搅拌器,取下混合罐,混合结束,制得成品。
实施例1
往一个容积为2L行星式重力搅拌器的混合罐中投入25℃运动粘度为1000mm2/s的甲基硅油900.0g,气相二氧化硅50.0g,丁醇50.0g,盖上盖子,放置在重力搅拌器的保持架上,选择800rpm,运转5min的条件下,制成成品。
检测结果见表1,表1为实施例1的检验数据。

往一个容积为2L行星式重力搅拌器的混合罐中投入25℃运动粘度为10000mm2/s的甲基硅油900.0g,气相二氧化硅50.0g,邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯50.0g,盖上盖子,放置在重力搅拌器的保持架上,选择800rpm,运转5min的条件下,制成成品。
检测结果见表2,表2为实施例2的检验数据。

1.一种高性能硅基润滑脂组合物,其特征在于:所述的硅基润滑脂组合物的配方由以下原材料以重量百分比配比而成:基础油为60~90%;稠化剂为3~5%;稳定剂为1~10%,各组分含量之和为100%;所述的基础油为甲基硅油、苯基甲基硅油中的一种或者两种混合物;所述的稠化剂为气相硅胶;所述的稳定剂为邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯、癸二酸二辛酯、异丙醇、丁醇中的一种或者多种混合物;所述的基础油在25oC的运动粘度为100~10000mm2/s,并且基础油的倾点为-40~-25oC;所述的气相硅胶的比表面积为175~225m2/g,pH值为3.8~4.3,颗粒粒径为325目筛。
